Accommodation and Room Quality - The Standard Room is spacious for 2 people, but may feel cramped with extra guests. It includes basic toiletries (except a shaving kit and bed heater), a room heater, and hot water. Welcome tea is provided, and the room is beautifully furnished. Facilities and Services - The staff is courteous, professional, and helpful, assisting with finding a guide and public parking. Room service is good.

Room 101 was large n cosy in the reception lobby area ground floor. However right infront of a common toilet which was a bit smelly affair. Bathroom was large. Hotel has many secret doors like harry potter hogwarts school! there's one in the bathroom too. For service pipe probably. Weird. Breakfast was bland n not much of choice that you have for the price it charges. No dental kit provided.
