Rubblestone Cottage is a pretty cottage adjoining Rubblestone farmhouse with a garden for you to relax in and to enjoy the peace of the countryside. Situated in a very peaceful (owners have retired from farming) and pleasant farming countryside, only six miles from Aldeburgh, five miles from Snape Maltings concert hall, five miles from RSPB Nature Reserve at Minsmere and a 15 minute drive from seaside town of Southwold On the edge of the Suffolk Heritage Coast it is an ideal area to discover either on foot, cycle or by car. The Cottage provides comfortable accommodation for up to 4 people. On the ground floor there is a sitting room with an electric effect woodburner, television and dvd player, a well-equipped kitchen includes an electric cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine and dining area. The little room off the kitchen leads to a shower room with WC. A straight flight of stairs leads to first floor, which has two bedrooms, one a double and the other two single beds. Outside there is ample parking, a small patio area and use of the lawns (with a open pond) also storage for your cycles if required. Rubblestone Cottage is situated 3 miles from the market town of Saxmundham which has a Waitrose and Tesco supermarkets and a host of small shops, cafe's and takeaway restaurants. Heating is included.
