Everything was very clean and the stuff very friendly, we communicated successfully using apple translate. They also upgraded my room to a larger room without any fee. I moved from the airport using the bus- very convenient besides the traffic - or taxi.

The hotel has an excellent location in the heart of a lively and well-known tourist street in Beijing. The area is vibrant, full of life, and close to many restaurants and shops. One of the biggest advantages is that the hotel is extremely close to the metro. This made transportation very easy for me. I was able to reach the zoo and the mall effortlessly, and I didn’t need to use taxis at all because the metro station is very, very close. However, it’s important to note that many of Beijing’s main attractions are spread out and located on the outskirts of the city. While places like the Great Wall are considered part of the Beijing area, they are quite far from the city center and require planning and transportation. That said, the hotel itself is in a very nice and strategic location, especially for those who enjoy staying in a busy, tourist-friendly area. Just make sure to plan your itinerary in advance, as most must-see attractions are not close to each other. Overall, it’s a great place to stay with a fantastic central location.

The hotel is easy to locate even at night because of the Neon signboard outside. The rooms are of a decent size. The toilet bowl is rather techy with the leg sensor flush system. Morning breakfast was excellent with a good spread of Chinese, salad, cereals, fruits, cakes etc. Found out the next day that hotel is about 10mins from Chaoyang train station by Didi. Decent value. The staff are very friendly with plenty of good travel advice.

The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to transportation and many dining options nearby. The room was clean, and the bedding was comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking was also convenient. They offer wake-up calls and airport shuttle services.

Extremely satisfied! The hotel service was superb, very clean and hygienic, and the underfloor heating was incredibly powerful. I highly recommend everyone to stay here. The hotel even proactively upgraded us to a family room. From now on, whenever I'm in Beijing, this will be my go-to place.

I spent a long time choosing a hotel for my business trip, as I was arriving late at night and wanted to ensure a comfortable sleep. Unfortunately, I was woken up by the cold due to an air conditioning issue. I was told there was a malfunction that night. My plans changed unexpectedly, so I extended my stay for another night. Although the first night was definitely not great, after I reported it to the hotel, both the staff and management responded quite quickly and resolved the AC problem promptly. Thankfully, I had a much better rest on the second night. I noticed the hotel opened in 2024, and while the exterior looks decent, the interior facilities still need improvement; the bed was too hard. On the plus side, the airport shuttle service and the staff's attitude were quite pleasant, so I would still recommend it.

The service in this hotel is the best. The location is very convenient and safe (it’s next to the district’s police station). You can literally take line 2 and go to everywhere (including Great Wall, Airport, Forbidden City, etc). The hotel smells great. We even got free upgrade to a family room instead of business double room for free! The staff even did laundry for us when we could not do so at night. Highly highly recommended!

The best option to spend time between the flights at Daxing Airport. And it is surprisingly vast hotel of lots of rooms. It is pretty nice and comfortable room. But take into account that there is no cutlery and a shower itself is rather small and water would splash every corner within it.

The reception staff were diligent and attentive. When I checked out at around 4 a.m., the two receptionists were energetic and ready to serve. The hotel is very close to the Capital Airport and within walking distance of a medium-sized supermarket, making it easy to order food delivery.

As always, the place is sparkling clean and bright. They even have robots delivering food in the hallways now; it feels like hotels without robots are falling behind! 🤗 The parking lot is incredibly spacious, so you can park anywhere. This time they only gave two bottles of water, but their strongest selling point, which really sets them apart from competitors, used to be giving out nine bottles of mineral water. That's a unique advantage that they should definitely bring back and promote!
