Really enjoyed this stay! View was beautiful and matched the pictures. The room was spacious, clean, and modern. Service was friendly and helpful. They can help you book a morning bus to and from Xianggong Mountain to see the sunrise. Would book again!

The location is great - near the shopping malls, sanjieliangxiang and the metro. The rooms are pretty worn though it is acceptable given the price point. The first room assigned to me, on the corner of the 6th floor, was very rundown (like 15years of wear and tear - hole in the floor, water marks, rusty pipes, cigarette smell lingering all the time) but the reception kindly changed the room for me. The room I stayed in on the 10th floor was much better (see photo) but when you look closer you can see 5 years of wear and tear. Occasionally there are whiffs of cigarette smell in the room though hotel is officially non-smoking - I suspect through the ventilation system as there’s a mahjong club on the 3rd floor.

For location, you can give a 3 stars but you can give it 10stars. Because tour is about experience and this hotel provides the experience for taking a small noisy ferry across to the opposite side which is a tremendous experience of us and the kids. The ride is only 5minutes and you can check from the hotel room (window) to see if the boat has arrived. The swimming pool onlooking the mountain is breathtaking and this hotel definitely has the wow factor. Hotel looks new and trendy. Flashing sound from the toilet and some noise coming from the other rooms can be heard. I suggest hotel staff should explain to stayer to keep their volume down during check-in. I think it is quite understandable and customer should accept that since Yangshuo is considered a scenic area in the rural area. Enjoyable stay!

We had a good stay in this hotel. The front desk staffs are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is centrally located to many attractions, train stations, and many eateries. We got a room upgrade. It is spacious and fully stocked with all the daily necessities. My husband and I really love their hot ginger drink provided to their customers in the lobby for free. It is really a nice gesture, especially in this cold winter time. Highly recommend this hotel to others.

Authentic hotel, great design from the entrance to the rooms. The room is very unique and well designed, with a living space in front of the window to enjoy the tea they supply, and look down on the river. Staff are kind and helpful, providing free coffee coupons upon arrival. The coffee shop is located next door, an easy way to start each day trip. The location is slightly out of the main strip, meaning it is more relaxed and quiet, whilst being a short taxi/bus from the main action. The dog was also cute :)

The location of this hotel is spot-on with close proximity to Xiangbishan Park East and West Lane, Binjiang Road, Elephant 🐘 Trunk Hill 象鼻山步行 , The Sun ☀️ & Moon 🎑 Pagodas 日月双塔, Zhengyang Road Pedestrian Street 正阳路步行街, Jiefang West Road, Guilin Hao Chi Jie 桂林好吃菌 and JieFang Bridge 🌉 解放桥. Rooms are clean and bed 🛏️ is comfy. For SPA 💆 lovers, there are at least 3 here on different floors. The front desk also gave us a parting gift when we checked out. Highly recommended hotel.

Location is about 500m from Nanning Railway Station. Very close the Railway MRT station. Walking distance to malls and pedestrian street. Hotel building is shared by many other tenants. I understand the hotel rooms are from 10th floor upwards.It may not look grand due to ageing structure and slow elevator. The rooms are however, new clean and bright and spacious. Aircon and wifi is excellent. Highly recommend for the price.

Hygiene: The bathrooms are very clean and the auntie cleans them very well. Environment: The location is very good, very close to Sanfangliangxiang, and there is a walking distance next to it! Service: The hotel staff are very friendly and greet us every day.

I would recommend this hotel to any foreigners who are not too good at speaking Chinese. Most of the staff speak English very fluently. They taught us tourist information such as where to visit with one and half-year-old baby. The view of the Yulong River rafting from our room balcony was spectacular. The location was good. Easy to access Yulong river rafting spot. The hotel restaurant has Chinese food and Western food, which we enjoy a lot. My husband said their sweet sour pork was one of the best. He sometimes had two sweet sour pork a day. They put mosquito cents on at night so we didn't get any mosquito bites. We would like to visit again if we have a chance.

HOW TO REACH: The local name of this hotel is “Wang Jiang” tower or building. This helps if you are traveling from Yangshuo Railway Station by taxi. I traveled with my friends – 3 families (with kids), and we are non-Chinese. Typically, several taxis are available at the exit of Yangshuo Railway station. Someone approached me who can speak English – so took a 10-seater. The cost is about RMB 20~25/person & takes about 40 minutes. ROOM: Spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The balcony view helps, depending on which side the room is located on. I chose the front side view, which has both a river view and a mountain view. HOTEL: Although the hotel doesn’t have a lift, the staff delivered the luggage to the room. If you need help at the time of checkout, they may help. But I did it on my own at the time of check-out. It is conveniently located close to West Street (10 min walk). HOTEL-RESTAURANT: very good restaurant in 1F (vegetarian options as well!). It is very popular among the locals & we liked it too. But it gets very busy during the weekends. So, if the room is close to 1F, it will be loud till ~ 22:00. HOTEL STAFF: All are very friendly and do their best to help foreigners. Many staff can speak English. In my case, YAWEN is worth mentioning, as she helped us a lot in planning our local trips. Even before arriving at the hotel, we had a plan. But our interactions with YAWEN (& her feedback) made it very convenient & time-effective for us. LOCAL ATTRACTIONS: It is possible to book tickets for the Ruyi scenic spot, Silver Cave, Hot air balloon, Li-river cruise (from Yangshuo), Xinping (hot air balloon), Bus-trip to Longji Ricefields, & many more at the hotel.

The room is clean and hygienic. The facilities are complete. It is warm and comfortable. I like the decoration style, which is in line with the modern decoration style. The hotel man is very enthusiastic and down-to-earth. It is very convenient to rent a car, book tickets, and tickets for attractions.

The room was very clean and had a view of the cave entrance. The hotel also provided free laundry service and excellent customer service. The owner frequently offered us food and even upgraded our room for free. I’m always on the lookout for places that offer a memorable experience with great ambiance, ideal location, and beautiful views. This hotel truly exceeded my expectations in every way. The location is perfect: close enough to downtown to access everything easily, but just far enough from the busiest, tourist-packed streets, making it a quiet retreat. Upon arriving in my room, I was already impressed by the setup and view. Out of curiosity, I asked if they had a room with an even better view, and to my surprise, they upgraded me for free! I offered to pay the difference because the rates are already very affordable, but they graciously insisted on keeping the same price. The staff here go above and beyond. Not only did they provide detailed information, but they also directly booked tours for me. Every tour they recommended was fantastic and reasonably priced, making it hassle-free to explore the area. Additionally, they offer bicycles and electric motorcycles for just 30 yuan for the entire day, which is a huge bonus for anyone wanting to explore on their own schedule. Full disclosure, they did request a 5-star review, but I genuinely feel they earned it by going the extra mile in every aspect. The only minor note is that although some reviews mentioned breakfast being included, it wasn’t available during my stay. However, with the location and easy access to nearby cafes via the electric motorcycles, finding breakfast options was incredibly convenient. In short, I have only great things to say about this hotel. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a comfortable, well-located, and memorable stay!

Stayed in Zen VIP room on the 6th floor. It was exactly how it was described and we loved it! None of the receptionists speaks English but one of them in particular is extremely kind and helpful. Use your translation app to converse and communicate unless one of your people speaks Chinese. We are American/Japanese mixed family and our daughter assisted us as a translator (she takes Chinese at school). For Guilin and Yangshuo, it’s not easy without Chinese. I highly recommend staying at a hotel with English speaking receptionists unless you or someone in your group speaks Chinese to maximize the stay (or hire a guide). The breakfast is only 15 RMB and it’s super simple Chinese food. If you want western style, you must stay at a different hotel. They have rental bikes but they run out fast Overall, this hotel was amazing for us. The room, location, kind receptionist and room cleaning lady. The pictures are taken from our room. Highly recommend this for the right people. .

hotel room was AMAZING. biggest ive stayed in for the price point. loved the bathtub and the view was to die for. will book again! There was also free breakfast and the amenities was adequate. Also loved how the hotel accommodated with my last minute request for pick up from the train station. They also helped in linking us up with driver when we mentioned we wanted to do a sunrise hike to xianggong mountain. Highly reccomended!

Pros: - good location in the heart of the xinping tourist street amidst preserved shophouses etc. - quiet and peaceful, well managed by the team - nice amenities and toiletries provided - room is clean tidy and well designed - water pressure of shower was amazing - cute dog and cats on site. Friendly and don’t make a commotion. - lady boss is helpful and ready with advice etc Cons: - view wasn’t greater & not like the pictures online.There was a giant white rectangle block of hotel(?) in the middle of our window view. - wifi is non-existent at our top floor room - breakfast was western style with congee. While not bad tasting, was average and frankly disappointing. Chinese breakfast would have been nice.

Room is very very small, but linens are comfortable. AC is very very close to bed so a bit hard to sleep comfortably with air directly blowing in your face. There are NO ramps to get to the lobby so you must carry your luggage up and down four large steps so it’s a bit strange design for a hotel. Otherwise decent.

Location was good for high speed train and easy access for travelling just underground of east station. Just the room very noise (train pass thru cos underground) and smelly due humidity water smell very strong, in room provide purifier need on asap to keep airflow. For transit still acceptable cos really convenient to catch train

I loved this hotel, modern and with the AI Xiao du's help, it will to close Windows curtains, turn on and off your room lighting, air conditioning, and play your favourite music 😀. I requested for my idol Zhou Shen songs, we were there for his concert. And with wexin message you can request for toiletries and amenities and a cute robot will arrive within minutes. This hotel is also walking distance to the night market and train station. Highly recommended.

Convenient location, few steps to MRT and Nanning station. Very worth staying. One point to note is that the receptionist cannot speak English

It's not easy to find this hotel, but once you do, it's a great place to stay. It's very convenient for the train and subway stations. The rooms are immaculate, the bed and pillows are comfortable by Western standards, the showers are terrific, there's a fancy lighting and sound system in each room, and overall it's just a nice hotel. Plus the staff is friendly and helpful. It was my first day in China, and everything was complicated by not having the mobile payment apps set up yet. The front desk staff guided me through the hassle, and made a tough situation much easier.

The hotel is located near Nanning's landmark Jinhu Square. It is surrounded by Guangxi branches of major banks and government agencies. It is similar to Shanghai's Lujiazui Financial Center. It is a safe, quiet and comfortable place to be quiet in the bustle. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel and a few minutes' walk from the subway. It is not far away and is conveniently located near various attractions. The decoration of the hotel has become dated over time, but the new furniture still retains its warmth. The staff are very polite and considerate in treating guests, and the price-performance ratio is very high. Finally, I would like to make two comments for the hotel's reference: First, the room and bed are very large but there is only one bedside table. I don't know how my companions can place the necessary things. Second, the hotel does not have a self-service laundry room, but it provides laundry services for tourists. This is a considerate move but would be detrimental to the privacy of our passengers.

I went on a business trip with my colleagues and the four of us were very satisfied. The hotel also provides airport pick-up and drop-off services. The service provided by Xiaofeng at the front desk was also very enthusiastic and professional. He was afraid of affecting our trip and helped us issue invoices in advance. He answered all our questions and responded to our requests. A very good stay experience.
