Great stay! The location is excellent, making it super convenient for sightseeing. It's just a few minutes' walk to Saint Sophia Cathedral and Central Street is also easily accessible. The hotel feels safe, and the soundproofing is good. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic. For this location, the price is really good value. The room was clean, and we booked a king-size bed room. The bathroom was also quite spacious.

Not my first time staying in this hotel. We'll, would like to say that this time it was above all of my expectations. The room was super clean and the music in a bathroom was nice as usual, but the most unbelievably incredible things was that I got an upgrade from the guys in the reception. This is my second time staying at the Golden Imperial Boutique Hotel, and I'm still very satisfied with the overall experience. It's especially suitable for high-speed rail transfers and business trips. The hotel's location is truly unbeatable, right next to Harbin West Station, making travel incredibly convenient. Downstairs is the core commercial district of Harbin West, with major shopping malls like Mixc World, Harbin West Wanda, and Xicheng Hongchang all within easy reach. The Haxi Golden Street downstairs is lined with various food stalls, offering a wide selection of snacks and full meals. You can easily shop, dine, and get everything done in one stop, making both life and travel very convenient. What's most thoughtful is the hotel's complimentary shuttle service to and from Harbin West Station. The vehicle is punctual, and the service is attentive, saving you the hassle of dragging luggage and hailing a taxi. This is particularly friendly for guests catching high-speed trains or transferring to flights. The hotel is a business-oriented hotel, located on two floors (17th and 18th) of a building. The overall decor is a bit old-fashioned and slightly dated, but thankfully, the basic facilities are complete. Room hygiene is well-maintained; the room is clean with no strange odors, and the bedding is fresh and comfortable, making for a pleasant stay. The only minor drawback is that rooms on the second floor (of the hotel's section) do not have elevator access, requiring you to carry your luggage up and down the stairs yourself. This can be a bit inconvenient if you have large luggage. Overall, the hotel offers great value for money, convenient transportation, attentive service, and well-developed commercial amenities. If you're transiting through Harbin West or on a business trip to Harbin, this hotel is one of the best high-value options.

The hotel's location is fantastic, right next to Central Avenue, making it incredibly convenient for shopping, dining, and sightseeing. This saved us a lot of travel time, especially with kids. The room was spacious and well-designed, with excellent cleanliness, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The facilities were comprehensive, and the bathroom's wet/dry separation was a very pleasant touch. The staff were gentle and friendly, providing thoughtful and meticulous service. With plenty of restaurants and attractions nearby, many landmarks were within walking distance. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay, highly recommended for families with children.

The location is decent. If you're visiting Harbin during peak season, staying at a hotel outside the Central Street area like this one offers a more reasonable price. Right across the street, there's a good dumpling restaurant which is a plus. It's also convenient to call for express delivery services to send things home from the hotel. The hotel itself is quite old; the service, facilities, and room size are all pretty average.

The room was clean and tidy, with excellent facilities. They even upgraded us to a suite for free, which was amazing! The airport pick-up and drop-off service was complimentary, and both the front desk staff and the driver were incredibly nice. The food in the restaurant was also delicious. Definitely worth staying here, I highly recommend it!

Отличный отель для ночёвки! Останавливались здесь на одну ночь и остались очень довольны. В номере идеальная чистота, тепло и по-домашнему уютно. Постель удобная, спали как младенцы. Особенно хочется отметить сотрудников отеля — очень грамотные, внимательные и всегда готовы помочь. Такое отношение встречается нечасто и очень ценно! Единственное, что немного удивило, — каменный стол в номере. Выглядит необычно, возможно, не самое практичное решение. В остальном — замечательное место, смело рекомендуем!

這次入住體驗直接超出預期，從提前網上諮詢到到店辦理入住全程都特別順暢，前台工作人員態度温和有耐心，辦理速度很快還貼心告知周邊吃飯出行路線。房間打掃得一塵不染，床品柔軟乾淨沒有異味，洗漱用品品質在線，熱水供應穩定，空調隔音效果都很好，晚上安安靜靜完全不吵。酒店地理位置絕佳，出門打車、逛商圈都很方便，公共區域整潔明亮，衞生細節做得特別到位，性價比拉滿，下次來本地還會優先選擇這家，真心推薦給出行的朋友！

The hotel's location is fantastic, right next to Central Street Pedestrian Street, with plenty of dining options nearby. You can easily walk to the Hongzhuan Street Morning Market, Saint Sophia Cathedral, and the Flood Control Memorial Tower. The hotel environment is great, very clean, and the staff are warm and attentive, always ready to help with any issues. My stay was excellent, and I'll definitely come back here next time I visit Harbin in winter.

It was very comfortable, the surroundings were quiet, and the view outside was beautiful. The hotel is new but doesn't have any strange odors. I originally booked it for the free airport shuttle, but I was pleasantly surprised by the scenery too. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Harbin.
