3-Star Hotels in Henan, China

Ok for tourists coming here for a layover, here is what you need to know. Free pick up: when you arrive at arrivals, go up to the 4th floor (departures level), exit the airport and there will be big numbered boards. The pick up spot is number 5. From here, call the hotel (they use a translation app). You can catch some WiFi inside the airport so you'll have to call from inside or near the wall of the airport. The van says ”floral hotel” on it so it's easy to find. If you find someone on the plane who speaks mandarin and English you can get them to help you call and check the instructions. The place is nice and clean, a little run down. Staff were very helpful. I had to try every plug socket to find one that fit my universal adapter but I did find out eventually Food: you can download Alipay to pay for food, it's easy to use but you need internet for it to work. At around 6pm a night market opened up right outside the hotel, although I didn't try the food it looked good. Also when I left the hotel at 5am there was a street food vendor outside so you have an option if you leave before breakfast.

Facilities: good Health: good Good environment Service: Good 👌 Everything was good. I climbed Jigong Mountain and had a drink in Xinyang Maojian. I had a very pleasant trip and played very happily. It’s a really fun stay for my kids, there’s 2 cats that hangs out at the lobby. The location is close to two night markets and fun to go out every night with the kids. The ladies at the front office was really nice, they help me with the laundry while we’re out exploring the city. The breakfast was at a nearby restaurant stall with mutton soup, very yummy! The window view of the riverside in the room is relaxing. We were window watching locals fishing sometimes. Fun stay, especially with the cats!

This hotel is absolutely great! Facilities: The facilities are excellent, with a super spacious room and a very comfortable bed. The toilet and bathroom are both great! Cleanliness: Very clean! The separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom are fantastic, and the bedding is spotless! Environment: The location is close to the airport, less than 10 minutes each way, which is very convenient. Service: The service is amazing!!! I arrived quite late and they upgraded my room for free. The service was spot on! The staff are super, super awesome!!!! 🤓👍🏻

The executive room I stayed in on the first day was quite nice, except the air conditioning wasn't working effectively. By the second night, I simply couldn't tolerate it anymore. (I returned to the hotel quite late, close to 11 PM.) I called housekeeping to report the issue. The housekeeping staff couldn't fix it and had to call in the engineering department. The engineers then determined the AC was broken beyond repair and instructed the front desk to assist with a room change. The result? I was moved to a standard room. To add insult to injury, the housekeeping staff member seemed quite annoyed, insisting that the new room was the same type and price as my original booking. Then, at nearly midnight, I still had to personally go down to the first floor to get my key card exchanged. Is *this* what they consider an executive room??? I generally don't leave negative reviews, and these photos were personally taken by me. As the saying goes, 'the public has discerning eyes,' and with photographic proof, this level of service truly disgraces the 'Henan Grand Hotel's' reputation!!!

This hotel is a fantastic value for money! The environment is beautiful, and the front desk staff, especially one lovely lady, was incredibly nice. She even gave us a free room upgrade. When you open the curtains, you're greeted with a stunning view, and there's a big balcony – the living environment is truly excellent. The bed is so comfortable, you'll want to fall asleep the moment you lie down. The TV is huge, perfect for watching movies, and the air conditioning is quiet. The smart toilet with constant warm water was a pleasant surprise. They even gave us a welcome gift, and the front desk lady gave me a little horse figurine, haha – so thoughtful! I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Luoyang. I really didn't want to leave this hotel! Seriously, everyone should come here! They even provided umbrellas on a rainy day, which was very considerate. Plus, it's located right inside the ancient city, and a snack street is just steps away. Hehe!

The room is spacious, comfortable and hygienic. The coke sent by the front desk lady and the jujube clip walnut produced by their group. The service of the listed company is really very good. It is better than the service of Huazhu Club and Jinjiangyan. Mainly for three people and a triple room, it takes more than 200, and three breakfasts are also delivered, which is super cost-effective. There is also a 24-hour shuttle service.

Was very happy to find such a great modern hotel not far from Luoyang Longmen station. Location: relatively not far from metro station, but if you would like to go by foot with luggage, be ready that the road is not luggage-friendly. Picked that location to be close to high-speed railway station, and it was very convenient to get there. Breakfast: amazing, have all required types of food, everything is delicious. Other conveniences: small sports gym and laundry room are very easy to use. On the first floor next to reception you will find free snacks and tea, that is very convenient. Attractions: easy enough to get to main attractions of the city by public transport/taxi, didn’t have problems with it. Around hotel there is s lot of tasty restaurants. Staff: people in the hotel are very friendly and can share information if needed. Completely recommend this hotel.

The front desk service is too intimate, take the initiative to recommend the room type, also send children's toiletries, women's supplies are also very complete, very satisfied, the room is large, and breakfast is very good.
