2-Star Hotels in Davao Region, Philippines

We arrived 7 am to stow luggage. We sat for several hours before leaving for business. The staff is engaging and very helpful, including wifi before check-in. Upon completion of business, we returned to check-in. No elevators, so staff helped take luggage up. The rooms and facilities are immaculate with hot water showers. The rooms are very large with TV. TRULY better than the hotels stayed at before. For Breakfast, the bread we chose and the coffee were excellent. We will be back there in about a month, and will stay again for about three days. Truly excellent find. Our new Davao hotel!!!

If you accidentally choose the wrong hotel, it is best for girls to not go to a remote area. If it is a family, it is still good. There is a swimming pool, a small bar, the service is OK, the facilities are too old

Great location,very accommodating staff and the room is soo spacious for 2pax..I booked the twin single bed room and select with window ur view at night is the Roxas Night Market during our stay..what u see on the page is what you see in person..😉 P.S sorry forgot to take pic on my room..😁😉

Jotel is a clean and affordable place for an overnight stay. It’s conveniently located near shopping malls, which makes it very practical.

My daughter and I arrived at the hotel around 10 in the evening. We went straight to the hotel from Davao Airport. Good thing it was late in the evening as we were able to escape the heavy traffic in the city area. The hotel attendant was nice and was able to assist us with our room. He was kind of having a hard time finding our booking, good thing he was able to sort everything out. We got a room on the 3rd floor, we got two beds, and didn't check if the TV was working though. The water pressure in the shower is okay. We have towels and toiletries provided. Air-conditioning is working fine. Just a bit of cleaning needed under the bed. We had a good sleep and went to check out before noon the next day as we needed to catch the bus going to Gen San. Thanks GV Hotel for a safe and sound stay in Davao

The room is small but clean, with minimal amenities. Location is near SM Davao.. The apartelle has nice interior design.. Its value for money!

The hotel is rather old and not that well maintained, the ceiling of the common area leaks due to no good roof, looks like the upper story was never completed. Wi-fi does not work in the room or on the second floor you have to sit in the hotel lobby. Hotel is generally clean, but under bed, and corners of common areas are covered in dust. Generally its ok for a few nights at a good price, but hotel is deteriorating rapidly due to lack of maintenance.

The place seems to be residential so the taxi driver had difficulty searching for the hotel since it was situated inside. The room was not spacious enough as we expected. We have five luggages and we have difficulty in accomodating the space. The bathroom door doesn't have lock. The water in the bathroom is very slow especially the shower. The bed and the bedmaking was presentable.

Good value. Nice restaurant with good, inexpensive food. Smoking area on floor 2 was nice.
