3-Star Hotels in Jiangsu, China

Location and amenities were great but only one big issue I really can't swallow. For the two days that I went out and clicked on the Do Not Disturb tab, both days my room was entered and cleaned up. I called the front desk to clarify if that was routine - the cleaners entering the room even if the DND button was up - and the reply was ”如果旅客不需要打扫卫生可以跟前台说一声我们再通知保洁 (If travellers doesnt require a room makeup, they can inform the front desk and we will inform the cleaners” which I asked then what's the point of installing the DND button and make up room button separately. I am pissed because I trusted that no one was going to enter the room and technically, supposedly could be in contact with my belongings as had my luggage was unpacked and lying around. Now that they breached this trust and while nothing was missing, who can possibly assure that no one touched my things or had strangers entering the room in the process. I will avoid staying here in the future and choose another place that doesn't require me to go that extra step of pressing the DND button AND informing the front desk, which is pure ridiculous.

Staff was extremely helpful and service was prompt. They helped us to carry all our luggages up to the second floor and they were extremely warm while hosting. We booked a family room and the room was very big and very clean, although I felt that the shower/toilet could be brighter as the lights was a little dim, and hoped that it could be more clean. The outside rooms were great though. Heating worked fine and our trip was kept warm throughout. Loved the bathtub and it was most importantly clean. Overall loved our stay and hope to come back again next time.

Very satisfied stay! The location of the hotel is very good, just in the European Fenghua Street scenic area, surrounded by European-style buildings, beautiful, the night view is especially beautiful, very suitable for punching in and taking pictures. There are many restaurants and supermarkets nearby, life is very convenient, and the price is good. The rooms are spacious, the facilities and utensils are quite quality, and the accommodation is very comfortable. The front desk staff are also very dedicated, serious and responsible, patient and kind.

I checked in on January 5th, and the lady at the front desk was incredibly warm and helpful. She went above and beyond to assist with any issues I had – a big thumbs up to her! When I checked out, I asked the cleaning lady for some disposable slippers, and she immediately gave me two pairs without a word. Thank you, ma'am! Overall, my stay was quite pleasant. The soundproofing in the room was excellent. The only minor thing was a slight smell when I first entered, but it quickly cleared up after opening the window for a bit. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Wuxi.

This hotel offers incredible value for money! The cleanliness is top-notch, the facilities are excellent and fully functional, and the staff are incredibly friendly. My stay here was fantastic, definitely a five-star experience! However, the in-room projector quality is mediocre; the picture isn't clear, and most of the content requires a membership, which makes it quite impractical.

This hotel is incredibly clean and in a fantastic location, with plenty of food options right outside. The service was absolutely wonderful; both the front desk staff and the manager were so kind. I was feeling unwell, and they took such great care of me, even bringing me yogurt. The front desk lady even offered me walnut shortbread that her boyfriend gave her, though I couldn't eat it due to my condition. It's a truly excellent hotel, and I highly recommend staying here.

The hotel's location is excellent, making it super convenient to get around. They also have a dryer and washing machine at the front desk. There's always someone on duty 24/7, so you can get help anytime if you have an issue. It's really close to Tiger Hill, Shantang Street, and Lingering Garden. Overall, it's pretty good.

The mattress in the room is very comfortable, and the bath set equipped in the bathroom is a good smell of white tea, reflecting the hotel's control in the details. The layout of the room space is reasonable. From the real room environment, it can be seen that the layout of the room is very reasonable. The three boxes with friends can be completely opened and opened, and it does not occupy the aisle space, which is very convenient. The hotel service attitude is very good, call the front desk to send some toiletries at night, and the response speed is fast. And the hotel door is very well recognized, very close to the surrounding business district.

This time we went to Yancheng Tourism and booked the Pinrui Hotel. We stayed for a total of three nights (first booked two nights and then renewed for one night). The hotel is located in a very convenient environment with a bus stop at the door. It is only a 5-6 minute drive from Yancheng Railway Station. After dinner, you can take a walk to the nearby Water Street attraction and cross the road to get there. The hotel has complete facilities. The cleaning aunt cleans the room every day, and all kinds of basic supplies are also provided. The smart AI in the room responds to calls at any time, which brings convenience to our lives. The hotel also provides free pick-up service. The handsome driver took the initiative to help us with our luggage, introduced us to the main attractions of Yancheng and recommended a restaurant (we had dinner at this restaurant for the next three nights). The pretty girl at the front desk was also very friendly to us guests and greeted us when we came in and out. Since the return train ticket we booked was for around 2:00 p.m., the hotel provided us with a late check-out free of charge. I believe you will definitely choose such a hotel if you come to Yancheng.
