"This is my second time staying here, and the landlady is really warm, communicative, and helpful! She even helped me dry my clothes! She'll kindly tell you the quickest way to get somewhere by metro, and so on. The environment is very clean; I stayed in a single room and all the facilities were complete. My roommates were all quiet at night and kept to themselves, not playing any loud music. Most importantly, the location is superb – it's super close to the Tsim Sha Tsui MTR A1 exit, making it easy to get to almost any popular spot by subway. There are two toilets and other shower rooms available. Basically, all the necessary facilities are there. And I felt very safe! It's genuinely safe for a solo female traveler! If you want a late-night snack, there are options on Dianping about a 6-7 minute walk away. There's a 7-Eleven downstairs, and Harbour City is only an 8-9 minute walk. I'll definitely stay here again next time, highly recommended!"

The Anita Guest House(Mong Kok Station Exit E) provides a great place for travelers to relax after a busy day. The Anita Guest House(Mong Kok Station Exit E) is an ideal choice for travelers who want to take in the sights and sounds of Hong Kong. With Hong Kong West Kowloon Station just 2km away and Hong Kong International Airport only 30km away, transportation is very convenient. Just a short walk from Mong Kok Metro Station, traveling to most city destinations is a breeze. The nearby area boasts an abundance of attractions including Xiqu Centre, Hong Kong Science Museum and Temple Street. When guests have some time on their hands they can make use of the onsite facilities. Guests tell us the location of this hotel is fantastic. This hotel is a popular accommodation for guests traveling alone.

"The room was very tidy, but incredibly cramped. The only downside was that the mirror's edges were a bit dirty, showing a lack of attention to detail. The room is a typical 60s/70s style apartment with a balcony. You need to buy your own toothbrush, toothpaste, and bottled water as they're not provided. Downstairs is Mong Kok, one of the busiest shopping areas, a place where mainlanders used to flock with their shopping bags. There are also many typical Hong Kong snacks and Cantonese-style tea restaurants downstairs. I didn't get a photo of the room, but here's a view from downstairs for everyone to see, featuring Hong Kong's iconic double-decker buses and classic signs, truly capturing the essence of 80s Hong Kong. Hong Kong truly is a place where every inch of land is precious. It brings back memories of Joey Wong, Kathy Chow, Cherie Chung, Sharla Cheung, Vivian Chow, Michelle Reis, Sally Yeh, and Rosamund Kwan from my impression of the late 80s. And rushing home from school every day to watch my favorite Hong Kong cartoons. The memories of the Four Heavenly Kings accompanied us as we grew up."

"I stayed here for three days. The location is very convenient, and what I loved most was the staff! They speak mandarin, so it was also quite easy to communicate. One time, I accidentally lost my key card, and they were kind enough to help me out. The room itself is perfect for solo travellers, and since it’s Hong Kong, I wasn’t expecting a big room anyway. It was very clean, and toothbrushes and other toiletries were provided, so don’t pack them like I did haha. Overall, it was a very nice experience. I would genuinely recommend it as a female solo traveller:)"

Hong Kong Satisfy Guest House standard twin room/standard double room (choose one) 1 night + free wifi + free toiletries! The hotel is located in the central area, near Hong Kong Harbour City, Hong Kong Avenue of Stars, Hong Kong Museum of Art, Hong Kong Victoria Park, with convenient transportation and pleasant environment.Accommodation in Hong Kong is divided into two levels: "hotel" and "guesthouse". The hotel belongs to the type of "guesthouse"; it is similar to small hotels, family hotels and guest houses in the Mainland, but is collectively called "guesthouse" in Hong Kong.

"The location is great, on the fifth floor of Mirador Mansion. Many people say it's chaotic there, but I've been many times and it's not chaotic at all, just like Chungking Mansions. However, the environment is a bit run down because it's an older building, and there are a lot of Indian people around. The value for money for the location is excellent. Although the room is a bit worn and small, the bedding and sheets are very clean, and the landlady is very welcoming. Highly recommended if you're on a budget trip."

The Venetian Hostel provides a great place for travelers to relax after a busy day. Visitors to Hong Kong will find that the Venetian Hostel is a fantastic accommodation choice. The hotel is only 2km from Hung Hom Station and 32km from Hong Kong International Airport, giving guests a number of convenient transportation options. Transportation around the city is also convenient, with East Tsim Sha Tsui Metro Station within walking distance. Guests will find Chungking Mansions, Temple Street and Hong Kong Cultural Centre just a short distance from the hotel. When guests have some time on their hands they can make use of the onsite facilities. For guests traveling with groups of friends, this hotel is consistently one of the most popular choices.

"Wow, I was really impressed by the thoughtful touches the moment I walked in! For a central Hong Kong location, this hostel offers pretty good value for money. I did my homework before coming (once in Spain, I didn't plan ahead and almost got pickpocketed!). While Hong Kong's streets and alleys are narrow and prices are high, the experience here is much better than the guesthouses I stayed at in Korea and Japan. I can even say this in my (bad) Cantonese – I'm a huge TVB fan! The transportation is super convenient; just take the elevator from Tsim Sha Tsui Exit D1 directly to the 13th floor, and the front desk is right there (it's very noticeable, and the chubby guy at the front desk is quite cute). I carefully checked my booking details before arriving and contacted the hostel 48 hours in advance, so the self-check-in process was incredibly smooth and easy. The building itself is a very typical Hong Kong commercial-residential building, making you feel like you're on a TVB set – it has so much character! I'd definitely come back again if I have the chance! The only minor regret is that the Mixue Ice Cream & Tea (bubble tea shop) across the street closed down, and other bubble tea places are a bit pricey – Hong Kong is quite expensive, haha. Highly recommend!"

The My Inn provides a great place for travelers to relax after a busy day. The My Inn is an ideal choice for travelers who want to take in the sights and sounds of Hong Kong. If you are looking for a convenient place to stay, our guests have told us that this location is excellent. For guests traveling with families, this hotel is consistently one of the most popular choices.

"Hands down the best value for money in Tsim Sha Tsui, the location is absolutely unbeatable! šŸ“ Right next to Tsim Sha Tsui MTR Station Exit A1 (turn right upon exit). Victoria Harbour, Avenue of Stars, and Harbour City are all within a 5-minute walk. Nathan Road is right downstairs, packed with popular eateries like cha chaan tengs and Lan Fong Yuen – super convenient for dining and getting around! šŸ›ļø The room is admittedly small, but that's understandable given how precious space is in Hong Kong. The bedding is clean, the private bathroom has strong hot water, and free WiFi, a hairdryer, and toiletries are all provided. For this price and prime location, it's perfectly fine as a base for 'sleeping, showering, and changing'! šŸ’ Communication via WeChat before check-in was smooth, and they even offered free luggage storage, allowing me to explore more after check-out, which was a great relief. Quick tip: If you're sensitive to noise, I recommend a windowless room. Rooms facing Nathan Road with windows might have some traffic noise. All in all, for a small price to stay in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui, I'll definitely choose this place again!"

I really enjoyed my stay here! It was especially cool for me to stay in this particular building because it's where the famous movie 'Chungking Express' was filmed. That alone makes the place special and gives it a unique vibe. The room was clean, cozy, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The air conditioning worked perfectly and kept the room cool, which was especially important in the hot and humid weather. I also want to give a special shout-out to the host. He was very welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help. Check-in was quick, and I was even able to check in earlier than the set time.

Quite unique for HK, this is an actual youth hostel with a reception and a lobby and a friendly staff : ) it presents relatively tidy and spacious dorms, a convenient luggage storage, and a location close to most essential public transport options like bus and metro and high speed rail. Food in the neighborhood is a variety of local and foreign (from roast duck to malay and mcdonalds) and the area in general is a good starting point for a city trip to Hong Kong with popular areas like Sham Shui Po at walking distance and a nice cinema around the corner. Highly recommended.

Great value for money! I started looking for a hostel at 8 PM, as the one I had planned to book earlier in the day had increased its price, so I chose this one instead. The location is superb, very close to Victoria Harbour, just a 5-minute walk. There are also many affordable eateries nearby. Check-in was smooth; I used the self-service machine at the entrance, chose my language, followed the steps, and got my access card. Inside, there are electronic lockers with ample space. Considering Hong Kong, the living environment offers good value. There are backpackers from all over, and a tatami space for chatting. The 'wormhole' (common area/pod?) is quite spacious, with USB charging ports available.

The place is super convenient, the entry of subway station is nearby. The spot is hidden inside a condo, it’s a unit in the condo, not a whole building itself. There is no front desk, when you reach there u just scan the qrcode pasted on the door, and contact the owner via Wechat, he will tell you the password of the smart locker of the door. And you just pick wherever an empty bed spot. Everything is prepared inside the house, you just need to look it up yourself, especially when you check in at night where the light is switched off already. The bed and the temperature inside the room is comfortable. And I love the notes left by owner, full of HongKong spirit.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and overall, it was an excellent experience that truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm and professional service provided by the staff. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the front desk personnel were very welcoming, attentive, and helpful in answering all my questions. The room itself was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The bed was extremely comfortable, with soft linens and quality pillows that made it easy to relax after a long day. I also appreciated the thoughtful amenities provided, including complimentary toiletries, a well-stocked minibar, and reliable high-speed Wi-Fi. The room design was modern and elegant, creating a cozy and relaxing atmosphere throughout my stay. One of the highlights of my experience was the hotel’s cleanliness and attention to detail. Housekeeping did an excellent job maintaining the room daily, ensuring everything was tidy and fresh. The common areas such as the lobby, hallways, and dining spaces were equally well-kept, which reflected the hotel’s commitment to high standards. The hotel’s facilities were also impressive. The restaurant served a wide variety of delicious dishes, and the breakfast selection was especially satisfying, offering both local and international options. The amenities, including the fitness center and other recreational facilities, were well-equipped and convenient for guests who want to relax or stay active. In terms of location, the hotel is very convenient and accessible. It is situated near key attractions, restaurants, and transportation options, making it an ideal choice for both leisure and business travelers. Despite being centrally located, the environment remained peaceful and comfortable. What truly made my stay memorable was the exceptional customer service. The staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure guests felt comfortable and valued. Their friendliness, professionalism, and willingness to assist made a significant difference in my overall experience. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and excellent service. It offers great value for money and provides a pleasant, relaxing atmosphere that makes you feel at home. I would definitely stay here again and look forward to my next visit.

It's okay, but it's a bit awkward when you come home late at night and the guard is sleeping by the roadside. There's no 24-hour front desk, but there is a guard sleeping by the side. If you're not too picky, it's fine. The room is small, just enough. The location is great, right outside the MTR station and bus station in the TST area. Free water and they even provide an adapter and a dipper.

FOUR SEASONS HOSTEL

8.0/10

I originally booked the Four Seasons Guesthouse, but the staff took me to another one. The Four Seasons Guesthouse in Block A, where I've stayed before, I would rate very highly because all the facilities were new and clean. This time, however, was different. When I arrived, the merchant implied they were full, though I didn't quite catch everything. After checking in, they led me downstairs to Block B. I asked which hotel he was taking me to, and he said it was the same company running both. I thought, 'Okay, the environment should be similar then.' The owner was a dark-skinned foreigner. But once I got there, I was a bit displeased. Communication with the staff in English wasn't smooth, so I just put up with it. The other place they took me to had incomplete facilities; the air conditioner was an old-fashioned wall-mounted unit that couldn't be adjusted, only turned on or off. It was so cold at night I needed two blankets. The bathroom was fine, but the bedsheets were far from as clean as the real Four Seasons Guesthouse; they weren't as pristine white. Luckily, I didn't sleep uncomfortably. Also, the Four Seasons Guesthouse has windows looking outside, but this place's window overlooked the classic, creepy atrium of Chungking Mansions. In short, it was inferior to the real Four Seasons Guesthouse in every way. This rating is for the place I actually stayed at. However, on the bright side, despite being inside Chungking Mansions, it felt quite safe. Along the way, the owner even reminded me to secure my documents and zip up my bags. Many foreign girls also stay there alone, so sisters looking for a low-cost option don't need to worry. The downside is that the hotel experience can be a bit of a lottery.

The rooms aren't particularly spacious, but they appear clean. My room was at the end of the hall, and its layout wasn't perfectly rectangular, but it was fine for one person. The soundproofing is poor; you can clearly hear the toilet flushing next door. The air conditioning is an older model and quite noisy. There's a bathtub in the room. The front desk staff were very friendly and even provided disposable slippers, bed linens, and toothbrushes. The location is absolutely fantastic; the subway entrance is right outside, and you can walk underground directly to Victoria Harbour. There are also plenty of affordable food options nearby. If you don't mind the noise, it's a great place to stay with good value for money. The deposit can be paid electronically, and they refund it in Hong Kong dollar cash, which saves you the trouble of exchanging money.
