Hotel near Tsim Sha Tsui,Hong Kong
The Venetian Hostel is an ideal spot for travelers wanting to discover the city. The Venetian Hostel is an ideal choice for travelers who want to take in the sights and sounds of Hong Kong. With multiple attractions nearby including Chungking Mansions, A Symphony of Lights and Tsim Sha Tsui, guests will find plenty to keep themselves occupied. "Wow, I was really impressed by the thoughtful touches the moment I walked in! For a central Hong Kong location, this hostel offers pretty good value for money. I did my homework before coming (once in Spain, I didn't plan ahead and almost got pickpocketed!). While Hong Kong's streets and alleys are narrow and prices are high, the experience here is much better than the guesthouses I stayed at in Korea and Japan. I can even say this in my (bad) Cantonese – I'm a huge TVB fan! The transportation is super convenient; just take the elevator from Tsim Sha Tsui Exit D1 directly to the 13th floor, and the front desk is right there (it's very noticeable, and the chubby guy at the front desk is quite cute). I carefully checked my booking details before arriving and contacted the hostel 48 hours in advance, so the self-check-in process was incredibly smooth and easy. The building itself is a very typical Hong Kong commercial-residential building, making you feel like you're on a TVB set – it has so much character! I'd definitely come back again if I have the chance! The only minor regret is that the Mixue Ice Cream & Tea (bubble tea shop) across the street closed down, and other bubble tea places are a bit pricey – Hong Kong is quite expensive, haha. Highly recommend!"

"The location of the hotel is 2 minutes from the subway station; the first time you check in; because of the small episode in the middle; but the beautiful owner quickly tried his best to help me solve the arrangement; let the guests be very heartwarming; we lived in 2 single beds; the bed quality was great and the bed was very comfortable; The room is decorated and the toilet is small and complete; especially the shower water column is hot and strong; this hotel with a high Cp value; it is recommended that you consider choosing to stay in 👍🏻"

"I stayed here for three days. The location is very convenient, and what I loved most was the staff! They speak mandarin, so it was also quite easy to communicate. One time, I accidentally lost my key card, and they were kind enough to help me out. The room itself is perfect for solo travellers, and since it’s Hong Kong, I wasn’t expecting a big room anyway. It was very clean, and toothbrushes and other toiletries were provided, so don’t pack them like I did haha. Overall, it was a very nice experience. I would genuinely recommend it as a female solo traveller:)"

"The hotel is in an excellent location, and even though it was in the center of the city, the room was very quiet. But the room was quite small. The hotel has the very basics needed and nothing extra for a good price. If that's what you are looking for it's excellent. If you are looking for a fancy room, you might want to look elsewhere."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ **Unbeatable Location! The Best Value in Tsim Sha Tsui | My Inn** If you're staying in Hong Kong and want to be in Tsim Sha Tsui with a limited budget but don't want to sacrifice location, this place is a real winner! 📍 **Location gets six stars!** It's right around the corner from Tsim Sha Tsui MTR Exit A1 (turn right after exiting). You can walk to Victoria Harbour, the Avenue of Stars, and Harbour City all within 5 minutes. Canton Road's luxury boutiques, iSquare, and The One are all easily accessible for shopping. Nathan Road is right downstairs, and you'll find Lan Fong Yuen and various 'cha chaan tengs' (Hong Kong-style cafes) as soon as you step out – super convenient. 🏠 **Room & Hygiene** Typical Hong Kong budget guesthouse – the room is indeed small (9-11 sqm). It might be a bit tight for two people with large suitcases laid out, but it's compact and well-arranged. The bedding is clean, the private bathroom has powerful hot water, and all the essentials are provided (hairdryer, electric kettle, free toiletries, stable WiFi). Knowing that space is at a premium in Hong Kong, I just wanted a good night's sleep and a convenient shower, and this place perfectly delivered. 💁 **Service** There's someone at the front desk 24 hours a day, and communication via WeChat before check-in was very smooth. They even offer free luggage storage, which was a lifesaver – I checked out, explored until evening, and then came back to pick up my bags. Hassle-free. **A small tip:** When booking, double-check whether you're getting a window or no-window room. No-window rooms are quieter but can feel a bit stuffy. Rooms facing Nathan Road with windows might get some traffic noise, so for light sleepers, I'd suggest a windowless room plus earplugs. **Summary:** For not a lot of money, you get to stay in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui. It's clean, safe, and the transportation is top-notch. It's the perfect base for 'sleeping, showering, and changing clothes' 🏙️ I'll definitely rebook on my next trip to Hong Kong!"

"False advertising. The room they gave us is totally different from they what have posted online for which we booked. Upon check in, they told me that my room was upgraded, but it's not. They gave us a totally different room and it was a downgrade though. It's smaller compared to the room I booked. Also what's weird is, they borrowed my phone upon check in. I thought they were just checking about my reservation details ( I can barely understand them). When they return my phone to me, I saw they left a positive review using my Google acct for Hop Inn at Nathan Road, while I booked them as Just Inn at Nathan Road via Trip.com. So, I think they're one and the same. Location is great though, (close to MTR and walking distance to Victoria Harbour), very convenient."

"Stayed with family and booked a double room. When we arrived at the building, we couldn't find any sign for the guesthouse and thought we'd gone to the wrong place, but it was actually upstairs. The entire place was incredibly clean and tidy, with air conditioning right as you entered. The room felt much more spacious than it looked in the pictures and was very clean. We could even fit a 28-inch suitcase horizontally under the bed, making excellent use of space. To our surprise, despite being right next to Mong Kok's busiest streets, it was incredibly quiet at night and we slept soundly. It's a fantastic guesthouse, and I'll definitely choose it again next time I'm in the area!"

I really enjoyed my stay here! It was especially cool for me to stay in this particular building because it's where the famous movie 'Chungking Express' was filmed. That alone makes the place special and gives it a unique vibe. The room was clean, cozy, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The air conditioning worked perfectly and kept the room cool, which was especially important in the hot and humid weather. I also want to give a special shout-out to the host. He was very welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help. Check-in was quick, and I was even able to check in earlier than the set time.

First time visiting Hong Kong! The hotel is about an eight-minute walk from Yau Ma Tei MTR station. There's a Café de Coral right outside the station, which serves decent food. We stayed in a four-person female dorm, and the communal bathroom was conveniently located inside the room, making showering and using the toilet super easy. The air conditioning was strong, which was a huge relief after a long day of walking around. The front desk staff were very friendly and even offered free luggage storage for a day.

Pros: • Super cheap • Great location Cons: • Thin pad on hard wooden board → feels like sleeping on plywood, very uncomfortable • Tiny bugs found on the bedsheet • Persistent foot odor inside unit • Noise easily travels: heard people chatting at night despite “no talking” rule • Common area gets extremely loud during meals (loud Tagalog conversations) • Wi-Fi occasionally cuts out completely Sleep quality was terrible due to the hard surface and bugs. Everything else is bearable if you’re just crashing for a short time and have very low expectations.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and overall, it was an excellent experience that truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm and professional service provided by the staff. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the front desk personnel were very welcoming, attentive, and helpful in answering all my questions. The room itself was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The bed was extremely comfortable, with soft linens and quality pillows that made it easy to relax after a long day. I also appreciated the thoughtful amenities provided, including complimentary toiletries, a well-stocked minibar, and reliable high-speed Wi-Fi. The room design was modern and elegant, creating a cozy and relaxing atmosphere throughout my stay. One of the highlights of my experience was the hotel’s cleanliness and attention to detail. Housekeeping did an excellent job maintaining the room daily, ensuring everything was tidy and fresh. The common areas such as the lobby, hallways, and dining spaces were equally well-kept, which reflected the hotel’s commitment to high standards. The hotel’s facilities were also impressive. The restaurant served a wide variety of delicious dishes, and the breakfast selection was especially satisfying, offering both local and international options. The amenities, including the fitness center and other recreational facilities, were well-equipped and convenient for guests who want to relax or stay active. In terms of location, the hotel is very convenient and accessible. It is situated near key attractions, restaurants, and transportation options, making it an ideal choice for both leisure and business travelers. Despite being centrally located, the environment remained peaceful and comfortable. What truly made my stay memorable was the exceptional customer service. The staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure guests felt comfortable and valued. Their friendliness, professionalism, and willingness to assist made a significant difference in my overall experience. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and excellent service. It offers great value for money and provides a pleasant, relaxing atmosphere that makes you feel at home. I would definitely stay here again and look forward to my next visit.

It's okay, but it's a bit awkward when you come home late at night and the guard is sleeping by the roadside. There's no 24-hour front desk, but there is a guard sleeping by the side. If you're not too picky, it's fine. The room is small, just enough. The location is great, right outside the MTR station and bus station in the TST area. Free water and they even provide an adapter and a dipper.

The room furnishings are quite new, and the owner is very friendly, but you'll need to communicate in English. They provide disposable bath towels. There were a few ants in the room, but if you can overlook that, it's pretty good value for money. The bedding is comfortable and the shower water pressure is decent.

The location is super convenient, right next to the Tsim Sha Tsui MTR exit. I arrived here after a late flight and easily found the hotel. The room was clean and tidy, with hot water readily available and a bathtub. There's also a wardrobe, and you can borrow a charging adapter from the front desk if you need one. It's really close to Victoria Harbour, just a short walk away. We got here last night after our flight, rested a bit, then walked over to the Avenue of Stars at Victoria Harbour. Highly recommend!
