The hotel is conveniently located, just a few minutes' walk from the high-speed train station. The rooms are quite spacious, although the hotel's orientation has some drawbacks. West-facing rooms get uncomfortably hot from the afternoon sun, while north-facing rooms experience some train noise. The noise, however, is tolerable and definitely preferable to the heat of the west-facing rooms. Regarding service, the front desk staff were excellent. However, the room attendant (housekeeping staff) had a very poor attitude. Cleanliness was a major issue: I found stains on the bedsheets. When I requested a change, the attendant was visibly annoyed. The overall room cleaning was terrible, with stains on both the sheets and towels. After numerous trips, this is the first time I've ever encountered dirty bed linen and towels in a hotel. Even the tissue box was poorly managed; after the top layer, the tissues underneath were completely disarranged and crumpled, looking like previously used ones that hadn't been properly tidied or replaced. Some even seemed partially used and just pushed back into the box, leaving me unsure if any used tissues had actually been removed.

The sheets and towels were spotless white, with no strange odors. The bathroom drain worked perfectly, showing great attention to detail. ✅ Service Attitude: Everyone from the concierge to the front desk was very polite and greeted me proactively. When I contacted room service with an issue, their response was very prompt. ✅ Breakfast & Facilities: The breakfast offered a rich variety, with both Chinese and Western options, and tasted good. The gym and laundry room, though not large, were perfectly adequate. 🌟 Highlights: The floor-to-ceiling windows in the room offered an amazing view of the city/mountains.

Rooms are modern, spacious, and bright, featuring very comfortable bedding and excellent soundproofing. The front desk staff are efficient and professional. Guests will appreciate the 24-hour hot water and reliable high-speed Wi-Fi. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options. Whether for a quick stopover or an extended business trip, this hotel provides exceptional value for money. Highly recommended!

The facilities are typical of a well-established hotel. Cleanliness: Old, but not dirty. The carpet in the room had a slight odor, which was a minor flaw, but the public areas were indeed very clean. Service: A plus. The technician was very efficient when adjusting the TV, the housekeeping staff was very helpful when spraying air freshener, and the front desk staff was also very nice, even calling to check if I was satisfied. It felt like the kind of service you wouldn't find in first-tier cities. The location is three kilometers from the high-speed rail station, and there's a direct bus service. The ramen served at breakfast is delicious, so guests don't waste food. The other day, at other hotels, I saw groups of guests wasting eggs and other food. The night market at the main entrance is a real investment in both money and manpower. I hope this integrated shopping mall and hotel will prosper and provide employment opportunities for many employees.

As a frequent business traveler, this hotel perfectly met my needs. The high-speed Wi-Fi was consistently smooth, making video conferences seamless. The workspace was spacious and brightly lit, with ideal lighting for productivity. Breakfast was plentiful and left me feeling energized for my meetings. The biggest bonus was the in-room washer-dryer; it was incredibly convenient to be able to wash and dry my clothes. The hotel also features meeting rooms, which are incredibly handy for last-minute client meetings. I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to the city.

The hotel is in a good location, the front desk lady is first-class service, the room is clean and tidy, warm and comfortable, and the hotel's breakfast is rich and delicious. I am very satisfied!

The mattress was so comfortable I wished I could take it home with me! I was genuinely sad to leave at check-out, and I've already enthusiastically recommended it to all my siblings, LOL. The hotel service was so exceptional, I honestly felt like a VIP, even though I'm just a regular guest! The quality you get for this price point is truly astonishing – far superior to other hotels in the same area.

This place perfectly balances the convenience of business trips and the comfort of vacation and relaxation. Whether it is a family with children, a couple traveling or a business traveler, everyone can find their own comfort zone. The front desk lady ”Ram” took the initiative to ask about our work and rest habits and thoughtfully arranged a quiet high-rise room for us. When checking out, the hotel also gave me a small set of toiletries with a handwritten card, which was very detailed! It has been collected as a ”Treasure Hotel” and we look forward to seeing you next time!

Room was spacious but somewhat worn, with minor stained bedding, dingy shower floor and a very old water kettle. Location was excellent, very central in an older part of city, though a bit noisy with traffic. Hotel has washing machines but no dryer, which i was not told at check-in even though i asked specifically about them. Most of the staff seemed distant. Breakfast was quite good.

Great location and very good service from front door and the cleaner Warmly asked us for anything we need and try to fulfill our requirement at their best We requested water for drinking and hanger to hang our clothes after washing and dry with dryer and the hotel management helped us with it. The room is big enough for 5 pax and clean Breakfast provided for every day too.
