3-Star Hotels in Cantabria, Spain

I find that the room design is a bit outdated. It was spacious and the terrace is a nice touch. The air conditioning wasn't working very well and it was hot in the room. The bathroom is clean and the water is hot and has good pressure. The breakfast is plentiful but the need to order the hot plates and it takes a while to come. I would suggest making them available on the hot trays. Another thing that was weird was the custom tongs each table had, then we had to use them to get the food. I would much rather have one tong on each tray so everyone uses them, I believe it's much more hygienic and practical.

The room is very small, some rooms can't find wifi or even no signal. The phone has been no service. My room is no light on the patio. It doesn't look like living in a cave. It's not ventilated. It's boring. Some rooms look like patios. Spain's soundproofing is poor but this place. The noise is very bad next door, what do I listen to clearly?

The hotel is good value for money, the room is spacious and clean. It's a half-hour walk from the city center. We didn't like the customer service; we tried to ask for recommendations, but they couldn't tell us anything. Furthermore, they woke us up at 9:20 a.m. on a long weekend Saturday trying to get in and clean the room.

El alojamiento es muy bonito, decorado con mucho gusto. La limpieza es impecable. El personal es muy amable y te ayuda y da consejos de que visitar. El desayuno es delicioso, además con varios postres caseros y diferentes tipos de café. Volveremos seguro . El único pero, quizás es que sería mejor poner mampara en la bañera, ya que las cortinas son menos higiénicas y además tremendamente largas y dan poco de mal aspecto al darse la ducha, pero nada gave.

We had a great time... 24 hour reception, the bar is open 24 hours a day, it's a great place, the receptionists are super friendly, anything you need they will solve it for you, the truth is that we have been to Santander many times but since I have set foot in this place I don't think I will stay anywhere else, a 10 I recommend it 1000%

Something old, but that is saved by the price. The rooms are very small, at least two beds. The restaurant is acceptable at appropriate prices.

I chose it because it was so popular, but when I went, there were really no guests, so I checked in a good room and the scenery outside was really good. It was pretty, but it's an old hotel, so the rooms are a bit old and cold. I've been there.
