The location was fantastic, right near Liberty Avenue, perfect for walking around and shopping. The triple room wasn't huge, but it was clean and tidy, and the staff were friendly. I originally booked thinking there was paid parking available, but it turned out there was an issue with the car park, so we couldn't use it. This meant we spent our first day driving around looking for a spot. Parking in the city center is quite complicated, so we ended up using an underground car park beneath a commercial plaza. They charged every 15 minutes, and it cost over 37 euros for one night! Luckily, the next day was a Friday, and from 7 PM on Friday until Sunday, parking was free.

Convenient transportation and smooth travel. The surrounding environment of the hotel is beautiful and the view is very convenient. Every area of the hotel is clean and tidy, and the bedding is comfortable and breathable. The kitchen is equipped with a self-service coffee machine, which is super convenient. The hotel staff is friendly and polite, warm and helpful Lisbon little handsome guy, answering questions and answering requests, very warm heart.

Arrived late near 10pm but was still greeted by a friendly night shift guy, helped me with a quick smooth check in.
got room 506, bed 6, very nice lay out in room that's not crampy, sufficient space for each bedder and bags, beds are comfy and pillows great. toilets are clean and shower water hot with good pressure.
wifi signal in room is great even at 5th floor, didn't buy the breakfast but saw they have a good spread of eggs, hams tarts and bread.
room doors need a bit of pressure to close securely when entering or leaving.
great location in Baixa with lots of food places around and easy walk to sights! will recommend anyone in Lisbon to try this place out.
common space also nicely laid out, not a very social hostel though, so if looking to connect, bear in mind.

Overall, it's a decent place for an overnight stay. The location is convenient: public transport and the metro are nearby, it's just a 7-minute walk to Oriente Station, and the aquarium is only 10 minutes away on foot. The room itself is very basic – just a bed, a table, and a chair. There are no frills; you won't find a fridge or a kettle, but there is a water cooler available in the corridor. I'd recommend it for a short stay of a couple of nights, provided you don't have high expectations.

The hotel is located opposite the bus station from where the bus guests its way to the city centre. The price of the hotel is reasonable because the facilities are enough and the breakfast are included. In fact, the hotels in the centre centre is rather expensive, so choosing this hotel is rather convenient and cheaper.

Hotel bueno, pero no tiene suficiente espacio para aparcar, encima hay una empresa al lado que no le gusta que aparques en sus instalaciones, lógico.
Las cortinas no cierran bien, así que entra mucha luz.

Given the price, some of the issues are somewhat understandable, but the facility was significantly more dilapidated than shown in the photos, and it had a distinct odor. I was looking for an inexpensive private room, but if I had known the extent of its condition, I absolutely would have spent more money to book a different place. The chair cushions were falling apart, and the old window wouldn't open or close properly. The clothes hangers themselves looked like salvaged, dented, and paint-peeling items.

I like this hotel, small but cozy and clean. Reception and the cleaning of the room is very clean. They did a great job to keep the room clean. Got a microwave and electric kettle and refrigerator to cook and keep food.

Good
Good hostel, decent breakfast - limited choice but what was available was tasty and fresh. Rooms was well ventilated, clean bathroom and most beds are very private with wooden sides to block out the light and noise.
I stayed for 2 nights. The initial explanation was quite detailed, stating that the bathroom was shared. The room was clean, with an Asian-inspired interior, equipped with a TV and a fan if it wasn't cool enough. We were allowed to use the kitchen and use the dining and cooking utensils. There was one bathroom and one toilet, and also one toilet. All amenities, including shampoo, bath foam, and towels, were provided. I still felt like I had privacy even though the bathroom was shared. The host, Ameli, was very kind, although we mostly communicated using Google Translate. However, I understood her message well. Upon check-in, all the facilities were explained, including the keys to the room, the house, and the front door. The bed was quite soft and large, allowing me to sleep soundly. There is an elevator so we won't be exhausted carrying heavy luggage or suitcases. The price is still affordable, and the location is not far from the ANJOS metro station, just a few minutes' walk away. It's close to local restaurants, so finding food is easy; if you're on a budget, you can cook for yourself. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here and recommend it.
Dom Sanchio 1 is a charming rustic-style hotel with a fantastic location. It’s well-connected, with plenty of taxis, the train station, buses, and the iconic Tram 28 just around the corner. Victor and Tarsis were absolute gems—always ready with helpful recommendations and suggestions, which made our stay even better. That said, there are some downsides. Housekeeping was very minimal, limited mostly to towel changes and a quick bed tidy-up. Breakfast was repetitive and quite basic throughout our four-day stay. The biggest challenge, however, was the bathroom—it was incredibly small, probably the tiniest I’ve ever come across in a hotel or hostel, requiring you to walk sideways just to get in. Overall, it’s a convenient and welcoming place if location and friendly service matter most, but be prepared for the compact facilities and simple amenities.
You need to take bus number 760 (1 minute walk from hotel lobby) my room was spacious , shower was hot , breakfast got sausage , omelette , beans , bacon , etc though it is the same menu for the 3 days I stayed . Service was attentive .
The reception and staff are absolutely fantastic. The rooms are big and everything is kept very clean. There is a really nice outdoor space with a giant hammock that holds 10 people. Lots of room for people to hang out with a separate quiet room for people to work online in. Awesome vibe all the way around.
