It was amazing, they clean the rooms if we requested but the air-conditioning worked for a few days then it stop getting cooler. However, they were quick to take action when we called them to check on it. Great area for using grab taxi. And it was close the shopping mall. Friendly and kind staff, making it easier to get to different places in Palembang.

AAnonymous UserThis is my 2nd stay. I like Batiqa's ambience so I booked again. Pros : + super good breakfast options. Main courses, local dishes (pempek/model), porridge, soup, cereal, noodle bar, egg bar, waffle, bread & cakes, salad bar, jamu & variety of drinks + mini gym with some good equipments for working out + sofa on the room + comfy beds with large pillows Cons : - the room is not soundproofed. Outside noises can be heard - when I entered the room, there is a certain smell which I don't know where it comes from
