"My challenging time in Bishkek was completely transformed by the Imperial Hotel. On June 13th, I first checked into a guesthouse run by locals. It was old, small, dark, and I couldn't communicate with anyone, and the breakfast they served was inedible. By the fifth day, I was at my breaking point. I went to a Chinese restaurant for a meal and was told about a Chinese-run guesthouse I could switch to. Seeing fellow Chinese people and being able to speak Mandarin made me happy for two days, but I couldn't stand the strong cigarette smoke from my compatriots. Switching to the Imperial Hotel on June 21st was a great blessing 🙏. Mr. Ma and his wife put their hearts into running their newly renovated hotel, making every guest feel the warmth and comfort of home. The breakfast here is incomparable to the previous two places. They also often invite guests to drink tea in their comfortable living room, and even share lunch and dinner together... As a result, the hotel is fully booked every day, and it's hard to get a room 😁 Thumbs up for the Imperial Hotel! 👍👍👍"

"The environment is very comfortable, and the owner is warm and thoughtful. Communication in Chinese is seamless. It offers great value for money, and I highly recommend it to Chinese travelers. The room is clean and tidy, with complete facilities, and the location is excellent. There's also a Jiangxi restaurant nearby. My stay was fantastic, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time!"

"Pros: Friendly staff. Very decent breakfast. Good Wi-Fi. Cons: The air conditioning only heats or cools, depending on the time of year. Even if it's 23°C (73°F) and sunny in February (like this year), the air conditioning still blows hot air, but fortunately, you can open the window. Also, there's a constant stench in the bathroom, as if they forgot to install water traps on the drains. Overall, the bathroom was finished by some incompetent people—you could cut your foot on the crookedly installed tiles in the shower."

The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was particularly useful for staying connected and planning daily activities. Additionally, the common areas were well-kept and comfortable, offering a relaxing environment to unwind. Breakfast was another positive aspect of my stay. The selection was varied enough to suit different tastes, and the quality of the food was consistently good. It was a pleasant way to start each day before heading out. If I were to mention a minor area for improvement, it would be that the hotel could expand its dining options or provide more variety in certain services. However, this did not significantly impact my overall experience. In conclusion, Lavitor Hotel offers a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay with excellent service and well-maintained facilities. It strikes a good balance between affordability and quality, making it a great choice for travelers seeking a reliable and pleasant accommodation experience. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit."

"This hotel was fantastic! It was super clean and the location is close to the city center. The shower also had hot water right away. The breakfast was just right too. I stayed here for a 10-day business trip, and what I appreciated most was the laundry service. For just a few hundred yen per load, they would wash and dry about 4-5 days' worth of clothes and return them neatly folded. At other hotels, they usually charge per item which ends up being ridiculously expensive, so this was a huge help. There are also many restaurants nearby and a 24-hour supermarket. I'd definitely like to stay here again when I come back to Bishkek!"

"A really good hotel. Located in a residential neighbourhood with lots of shops nearby. It’s also only a 15 minute walk to the center of Bishkek. My room was very clean, and the pool was a nice feature."

"About 6-8 minutes walk from Chuy Ave (the main street here). Friendly English-speaking staff at reception. Good breakfast. It officially opens at 8am, bbut if you need to leave early, you can go in and eat at 7:30.am. I did that. Laundry is a little costly - typical hotel tarriffs (like 150som for a shirt, 100 som for T-shirt, 50som for underwear etc)."

"The hotel isn't located in the city center, but it's only a 15-minute bus ride or 10 minutes by car, making it convenient. Breakfasts were delicious and varied. The staff was polite and eager to answer any questions. I was especially pleased with the electric car charging station—very convenient, something I haven't seen at other hotels."

"We love the hotel as it is right in the citycentre. Therr is a mini market and fastfood restaurant just next to the hotel. There is free water refill both cold and hot. And there is free flow of coffee and tea. The receptionist is very helpful. She arranged for our private car transfer from Bishkek direct to our hotel in Almaty. Recommended!"
