We chose this hotel for its breakfast and the on-site bar-restaurant. What we got was a pretty old hotel. The bar wasn't open, and it was hard to find decent places to eat nearby. Breakfast was brought to the room, and we had to choose our meal and coffee type from a menu daily. However, they consistently forgot the coffee, so we had to remind them every day and wait 10-15 minutes after the rest of breakfast arrived. Out of 4 days, breakfast was only delivered 3 times; one day, they simply said the chef hadn't shown up. They promised a refund for one day's breakfast, but it never came. The room was very cold in December; the air conditioning was old and noisy. The shower drain was clogged, and by the second day, there was a sewage smell. On the plus side, the linens were clean, towels fresh, and slippers were provided. They offered to move us to an ”upgraded” room, which we checked out – it was indeed spacious, looked newer, and was more pleasant. However, the next morning, we were told that room wasn't available and were given a different one, which wasn't much better than our original room. Overall, everything felt disorganized and chaotic. Communication on WhatsApp was very polite, though. Getting to the city center is a long journey, and you spend a lot of time in traffic if you take a taxi. We haven't stayed at other hotels in the city, so we have nothing to compare it to. This hotel might be okay for a couple of days. All in all, not terrible, but there's definitely room for improvement.
Overall, room was spacious and as described. Toilet flush was getting stuck a lot.
Location is near the Osh Bazaar and as per the locals, the area is a bit unsafe at night. Location is further away from Ala-Too Square and those areas.
The kitchen was useful. The courtyard is large and spacious and good for resting if you don't want to go out to sightsee when it's hot.
The front desk could look into better restaurant recommendations. The ones they recommended were soso.
Overall, good value for price. I would stay here again.
I enjoyed the peacefulness of this palace like hotel with its lovely rooftop for sunset viewing. The room was comfortable, reasonably priced, and clean. I appreciated the relaxation of the onsite private spa that was a lovely surprise to my stay. The staff were helpful in providing guidance for city landmarks and attendng to any requests I had. Highly recommend it!
I stayed in this hotel 7 days in total. I spent 3 days and 2 nights just before heading to Almaty. Once my Kazakhstan trip was over, I returned to Bishkek and booked this hostel few more days. The location is in city center and is near to bus station. Staff are friendly and helpful, more importantly they can speak English. The room is clean and it has our own huge locker. Perfect !!
It was very hard to find at night. Took the taxi driver 30 mins circling around the block to find the hotel entrance!
Takes about 30 mins to walk downtown.
However, the receptionist was very helpful. Gave tips on restaurants and where to shop.
The hotel is in a good location, not far from the train station, Ala-Too Square and major attractions, suitable for citywalk, and the price-performance ratio is still a good experience. Compared with similar domestic hotels, the price is not competitive, but the breakfast is still good, and the service attitude is also very good, so be content!
Loved our stay here. Quiet with a nice breakfast (especially for the price). We liked that it was a bit off the main busy roads, but a short walk to downtown hot spots, with a supermarket around the corner. Staff were hospitable and allowed us to check in early. 10/10 will stay here again on our next stop throughs Bishkek!

GGuest UserResting here is not the first time, the management of the hotel youth service level and the quality of the hotel improve and make our rest pleasant) you can see that the hotel is not standing on the spot but developing. Rooms are clean, towels, neats, The slippers are all necessary in the room. Thermal sources, Hamam, Sauna, Russian steam on wood, cold bath and large pool all necessary for excellent rest is present. The forces have a bar area now you can order food and drink without going away from the pool. There is everything for a comfortable rest in general.
DdekknWe stayed at the hotel for 9 nights. The room was clean and cozy, equipped with all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay. The water pressure in the shower was so strong it felt like a great massage. The hotel staff are young, friendly and very attractive, always ready to help. Special thanks to the lady working as the head chef in the kitchen for the delicious breakfasts. She always smiled, which created a wonderful atmosphere in the dining room. We can definitely recommend this hotel. And if we ever find ourselves in Bishkek again, we'll stay at this hotel once more.

GGuest UserMy three-night visit was absolutely delightful. The staff were exceptionally helpful and welcoming from the moment I arrived. My room was consistently clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The hotel's central location made it easy to explore the area, and returning each evening felt like coming home. It was the perfect base for my long weekend, offering both relaxation and convenience. I will definitely be returning.
FFarell SalvadorGreat place for travellers wanting to be close to the West Bus Terminal which gets you to Kochkor and Bokonbaevo. Walking distance of 300m only. The experience staying in this guesthouse was amazing. The staff were so welcoming with cheerful smiles. The place has that homely experience with a touch of kyrgyzstan vibes. I highly recommend this place for stay. Its worth the money.
