The front desk staff were warm, attentive, and spoke excellent English. They were very helpful, and the rooms were clean and hygienic. The price was reasonable, and there were several local restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Multiple bus lines were right outside the door. It was great value for money! 👍

The hotel's convenient location is its biggest plus. And the price is reasonable. We got a room on the ground floor behind reception. We could clearly hear everyone coming and going. Earplugs were the only thing that helped us sleep. The mattress was hard, but that's a plus for me.

i think for hostel that price over 200rb but dorm room is not worth it The room is spacious, the dining table is good, the kitchen is there c s service is also good what is not good is the staff cleaning services are very arrogant Pas saya masak mie instan staff cleaning services marah2 ngedumel dan kayaknya dia gak suka kita masak Even though it was a facility that was built another one that is most unworth it is that the mattress is very bad,once sitting on it,it is immediately bumped The mattress is very unreasonable because as long as we move, it will make a sound (snickering) Most of the local guests are not in a manner. - It's enough to come here.

The hotel room is large, I like his style very much, and the slippers are very good, the bottom is very thick, hahaha, breakfast has omelets, but you need to talk to the kitchen. My three-night visit was absolutely delightful. The staff were exceptionally helpful and welcoming from the moment I arrived. My room was consistently clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The hotel's central location made it easy to explore the area, and returning each evening felt like coming home. It was the perfect base for my long weekend, offering both relaxation and convenience. We love the hotel as it is right in the citycentre. Therr is a mini market and fastfood restaurant just next to the hotel. There is free water refill both cold and hot. And there is free flow of coffee and tea. The receptionist is very helpful. She arranged for our private car transfer from Bishkek direct to our hotel in Almaty. Recommended!

I enjoyed the peacefulness of this palace like hotel with its lovely rooftop for sunset viewing. The room was comfortable, reasonably priced, and clean. I appreciated the relaxation of the onsite private spa that was a lovely surprise to my stay. The staff were helpful in providing guidance for city landmarks and attendng to any requests I had. Highly recommend it!
