I really liked the location. If you go there by car, you need to have the skills of a professional driver. The view from the upper rooms is very beautiful. At the moment, until November 30, there is a renovation of the pool located in the hotel. But all hotel residents are accompanied by a pool located below and there is a beautiful view of the mountains. Very good photos of the lounge pool, I highly recommend. In terms of price, most likely average of all those presented in this area, in terms of quality, a very quiet hotel not far away, the nearest street, we went down to the cafe for 6-7 minutes, this should be taken into account if you are not a sports person. Then it will be difficult for you. Tomorrow, the average European American fried eggs sausages salad. Nothing extra. Great hotel, with unbeatable view of Ella rock on the balcony. However the room did not have universal plug sockets, the hotel provided a hairdryer but did not fit the plug socket. It is also very difficult to get to with suitcases. Fine if you’re backpacking, but carrying suitcases up the massive hill is very difficult. Perhaps the hotel should look into purchasing their own tuktuk to ferry customers up and down the hill. Not everyone is a backpacker!

The view from the breakfast balcony was amazing and the breakfast was delicious. We asked for extra pancakes! The staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean. It is a short walk to the city centre - good location because it is quiet.

The room is large but not clean enough and without air con. The staff are helpful and friendly. For the location, it is next to the city centre so there are many restaurant nearby and there are many options that we can choose. However, the hotel is difficult to find and hair dryer, body wash and shampoo are not provided.

The hotel was a little out of the way, but a beautiful location, and the owner drove me to the city center and picked me up, and also took me to the train station….all for FREE ! The breakfast was amazing (but way too much for one person). I would stay the again.

A very magical travel experience. We went to the campground at 9 o'clock in the evening. The jeep was bumpy for ten minutes and felt almost sold. After we arrived, we found the new continent. The hotel has incredibly beautiful views, the windows overlook the cliff, the jungle, tea plantations. The breakfast is good, hearty. The staff is very responsive, always ready to help. It's cool at night, so ask for extra blankets. The only downside is the pedestrian road to the hotel, as half of it is on concrete, the other half is on the ground, where there are leeches in the wet season, they have time to stick to you in 4 minutes of walking. The hotel can only be reached by tuk-tuk along a narrow road, the staff kindly gave us a ride to the car on the day of our departure. I would gladly stay at this hotel again.
