3-Star Hotels in Chihuahua, Mexico

Hotel was ok. Elevator broke down multiple times and was extremely rough when working. It sometimes stopped to early and you had a 6inch step up to the floor. Hallways were usually fairly dirty. Room was ok. Maintenance of room was a little lacking. Toilet didn’t flush right. Carpet was never vacuumed. Never had the right number of towels for people in the room. I believe this os a management issue because what the maid did clean was done well.

The hotel was very clean, but there was no hot water for the night.

The location is in Norte (10km from Centro). Good as a business hotel when you have work to do in this industrial and university area. The room was basic but functioning. Wifi works very well. The best part is the staff, who all were very nice and courteous. The breakfast was buffet style and basic. Good value for the price.

There is no toothbrush in the room, the facilities are very old, the breakfast is average, the service is very good, I went to the front desk to ask for a toothbrush and gave it to me.

The hotel environment is OK, but the hardware facilities are relatively old. The breakfast is very rich, the transportation is very convenient, it is worth recommending, and the hotel service attitude is also very good.

The hotel is on the mountain with a great view. The hotel breakfast is made on site and is delicious. However, there are some problems with the service system, which made me take the elevator twice.

The reception was polite and efficient and the check-in process was smooth. Room service responds quickly, but there are fewer people on duty at night, and occasionally you need to wait a little. The price is reasonable and the package with breakfast is more cost-effective. Sound insulation and detailed service need to be improved

The hotel has a very good location, but its rooms are noticed deteriorated and the bed is not very comfortable, the view of the police station because it doesn't help much, it also listens to everything, and what he definitely didn't like is the breakfast they offer, with super low quality ingredients, very old and ugly dishes and vax, very disgraceful food presentation and chairs that sweep, I hope to improve or change these things because in my business stay I had was not a place to I want to get to rest why if you look bad.

Value: Great value for the price; considering the level of service and amenities, I found it very reasonable.
