We have stayed in this skyworlds hotel before when it was named as theme park hotel. Basically it is a 3 star hotel meant for families. So do not expect high service standards or amenities like a 4 or 5 stars hotel. Best thing about this hotel is next to the theme park and quick access to sky avenue where the main centre of genting highland. Also very close to food outlets and restaurants. As the hotel is near the road, expect vehicle noises throughout the day and night. Also close to the cable car station.
I had doubts before booking this hotel but decided to book it anyway after reading the good reviews. Strategic location and close to the city centre, the room is spacious and clean. They even provided iron and iron board in the room. The water pressure was good as well. The staffs were very helpful. I paid RM95 after discount and after deducted my trip coins, really worth it. Please consider this hotel if you are going to Kuantan. Will definitely book it again next time.
Reasonable location and price. Hotel has massage, bistro for beer and food. Hotel does not provide toothbrush or slippers etc, do prepare for your own.
Overall not so bad. Cleanliness to be improved. There’s shoe print on one of the blanket.
The floor was was not clearly clean. Some unknown liquid found next to reading table.
I am staying second floor, the noise from the opposite pub stop around 1230.
Strategically located near Menara 188, trendy coffee shops, and the Kuantan riverfront. The price is reasonable and the service is excellent. This is my second stay here, and I will definitely return again.
I recently had the chance to stay at Adena Beach Resort, and honestly it turned out to be a really refreshing getaway.
The biggest highlight is definitely the private beach. Waking up to the sound of waves and being able to walk straight to the beach in the morning is something you don’t get everywhere. The beach was clean, peaceful, and perfect for a slow morning walk during sunrise.
The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, with a relaxing view that makes you feel like you’re truly on a break from the city. The resort itself has a calm atmosphere — not overly crowded, which made the stay even more enjoyable.
Another thing I appreciated was the friendly and helpful staff. From check-in to check-out, the service felt warm and welcoming. Small gestures from the team really made the stay more pleasant.
If you’re looking for a quiet beach escape in Pahang, especially near Kuantan, Adena Beach Resort is definitely worth considering. It’s the kind of place where you can slow down, breathe, and just enjoy the sea breeze for a while.
Would definitely come back again for another short retreat.
I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Classic Kuantan. The rooms are spacious, clean, and tidy, providing a comfortable environment to relax. The front desk staff were very informative and helpful, making check-in and inquiries smooth and efficient. Parking was easy and convenient, which added to the overall hassle-free experience.
Overall, it’s a well-maintained hotel with good service and practical amenities — a solid choice for anyone visiting
Tras Mutiara Hotel Bentong offers exceptional value for money—it's spotless, well-located, and affordable. Its proximity to D’Apple Fried Chicken, Old Town White Coffee, Watson’s, Family Mart, Petronas, and an RM2 discount store makes it a great choice for quick layovers, family vacations, or business trips. With free parking and clean rooms, it's a solid option for those looking for convenience without breaking the bank.
Overall, my experience was a bit disappointing. I had informed the staff a day prior that I would be checking out at 5:30 a.m., and I was told that the front desk operates 24 hours. However, when I went down in the morning, there was no one at the counter. I waited from 5:30 a.m. until 6:10 a.m., and there was still no staff available.
During that time, I repeatedly called the number listed on their official website (+60 10-921 2677), but no one answered. At 6:10 a.m., I sent a WhatsApp message with my bank account details and left. The staff only replied around 6:30 a.m., and my deposit was immediately transferred to my account, which I appreciate.
Still, I hope the management can improve their coordination and ensure that the front desk is staffed as promised, especially when guests have notified them in advance.
Thank you.

Very Good
Located right in the middle of the town, 200 meters away from the famous clock tower, with a Maybank branch at your doorstep, this recently refurbished hotel is probably the better hotel to stay here im comparison to the other properties.
The location of this hotel is awesome and the amenities provided are as per the expectations. Well systemised check in process and top notch service. No language barrier with the hotel staffs. They are providing answers for all type of queries. When I step in to the hotel after a long travel., the first smile from the receptionist .. turned my tired in to energetic. This hotel located very close all eateries, shoppings and casinos. We can enjoy all these with in the building itself. Without expose to cold or rain.
I had a really great stay at Imperium Kuantan. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Sea view from the balcony was amazing. The facilities and swimming pool were perfect for relaxing. The room also came with Netflix, which was a nice bonus for chilling at night. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and the owner was very kind, responsive, and easy to communicate with. Everything went well throughout the stay. Overall, a very satisfying experience and I would definitely come again!
Very nice place for relaxing. Free hiking tours added to the benefit for guest. Highly recommended for the hiking tours to enjoy spectacular sunrise and sea clouds view
