Highly recommend this hotel with great location which is 5 mins away from subway,train and bus station. Tons of yummy food around and just walking distance away. Clean room and nice customer service.Better free breakfast than other hotels nearby. It is a good choice to stay definetly.

Pod Times Square is perfect if you are solo, great location, room was basic but clean, cleaned every day, clean towels, hairdryer and tv. My view was of the Hudson River, what's not too like. Walking tours every day if you are interested. Bar facilities, including happy 2 hours and coffee, muffins etc available for breakfast. I really enjoyed my stay here and would come back. I stayed in a Queen room which slept two which was fine for me, just be aware if you are sharing as it is small but hey how long are you in your room in NYC.

The location of the room is close to the subway and bus station, the whole is clean , the service attitude is good, the only inconvenience is that there is no supermarket or convenience store nearby , it is recommended to come back after shopping in Manxton. 

The hotel is in a good location, within a few dozen meters of the subway station exit. This may be its biggest advantage, and the rest is useless. For so many years, except for the budget hotels I stayed in when I was young, I have seen paper cups for brushing teeth and drinking water. This time, I have learned a lot! No slippers! No spare quilts, and the safe is broken. The front desk only gave me 2 bottles of water when I checked in on the first day. I asked for it on the second day, and they said that there was only free water on the first day of check-in, and I had to buy water for myself in the future. There was no toothbrush or toothpaste. I asked for a bag of toothpaste, and then I used my own. 2800 a night is so simple, which shocked me. I haven't been to the United States for a few years. I feel that prices have skyrocketed. The price of meals is several times that of China. The hotels of the same grade are several grades lower than those of China. I thought that Hilton hotels were at least mid-to-high-end hotels, but now it seems that they are not. I stayed at Hilton in Tampa today. There were no toothbrushes and toothpaste, and the same few paper cups. I will remember it next time and choose Hilton carefully! The free Wi-Fi speed is extremely slow. If you want fast speed, you have to pay! The key point is that I will be returning to New York in a few days and I cannot refund this hotel. I have to make do with it and return home as soon as possible.

Great, central location in midtown, easily walkable to Times Square, musicals, ktown, and more! We pretty much walked everywhere! Convenient to nearby subway station (34st - Penn station). Service was great, Hilton honours members get perks, and they have a little store in the lobby, business room for printing, gym, coin washer/ dryer all in the building. Felt very safe. The hotel’s not the newest but the room size is decent for New York standards. Washroom is a good size too. We were facing the back alley so there were no noises at all, super quiet. There’s also breakfast every morning, and it was not bad though if you want nicer stuff, you should definitely goto the nearby cafes. We really enjoyed our stay here, had everything we needed! ☺️

It's close to the station, the neighborhood is safe and quiet. The room isn't that big, but it's enough for a single person. The tap water is cloudy, but it's made up of tiny bubbles, so there are no hygiene issues. If you try putting it in a plastic bottle and shaking it vigorously, it will become clear immediately.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel near JFK Airport. The complimentary van service for airport transfers was incredibly convenient. We called the hotel upon arrival and easily met the van at the designated departure point. The hotel itself is excellent—clean, neat, and well-maintained. If you’re looking for a place to stay near the airport with the added bonus of free JFK transfers, this hotel is the perfect choice. Highly recommended!

The location was perfect for a first visit to New York. Times Square, Fifth Avenue, Central Park were all right out the front door. The best thing about this hotel was the staff, particularly at the front desk, who just went above and beyond with kindness and service. This was a great value and experience. Thank you!

Overall had a good stay room was above expectations for location only improvements would be elevator situation need separate system for housekeeping causes delays has to be resolved.

Subject: Complaint Regarding Our Stay from October 17th to 23rd Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to express our dissatisfaction with the experience we had during our stay at your hotel from October 17th to 23rd, 2024. Despite the high expectations we had for your establishment, several issues occurred that significantly impacted our stay. For 3 to 4 days, we did not receive clean bath towels, despite making three requests. Each time, we were assured that the issue would be resolved promptly. However, not only was it not addressed, but on two occasions, housekeeping knocked on our door at 11:30 PM to deliver small towels instead of the bath towels we had requested. Being disturbed at such a late hour is unacceptable and baffling, especially in a hotel of this caliber. Considering that we paid 1,870 USD for our stay, we believe that the service we received fell far below the expected standard. Therefore, we are requesting compensation for the inconvenience caused during our stay. We hope you will take our complaint seriously and respond appropriately to our concerns. Nice hotel for the price, staff very friendly and helpful from front desk, to cleaning staffs and maintenance. I will book here again. Close to the airport.

The hotel is very close to the airport, but the musty smell and other sensitive smells everywhere are disgusting. It is really unacceptable to stay here.

Shopping is very convenient, next to Macy's. 10 minutes to the airport. The bus to the airport is free, which is a great feeling.

The location was great - right off the 219, very close to grocery stores, restaurants and neighborhoods. I appreciated the hot breakfast and 24 hour coffee service. The room itself was pretty standard; however, it was cold, difficult to heat up and lacked an extra blanket. The hotel was quite dirty, such as dried chunks of dirt in the ice machine room, unvacuumed common hallways and elevators. I found the staff to be friendly and generally helpful, including the night shift front desk person offering to bake a batch of cookies!

The location of the hotel is very good, in the center of Buffalo, there is a Chinese fast food restaurant nearby, the hotel's breakfast is very rich, the attitude of the staff is also very good, the only flaw is that the hotel parking lot cannot be parked overnight, paying No, you must park outside the public parking lot, but fortunately it is not far away.

The room was tidy and very quiet! Breakfast is paid separately at 7.99. An older waitress serving breakfast has a mediocre attitude, but everything else is good! There are several cash withdrawal places outside the hotel, and it is easy to walk to restaurants outside to eat.

Overall it's OK, but there are two problems. One is that the swimming pool does not have circulating water and the water is relatively dirty. The other is that the room is not very soundproof and the sounds in the corridor can be heard clearly! I probably won’t choose this hotel again

Very good, the whole city of Buffalo feels very good, the front desk staff is particularly professional and friendly, the taxi driver is very humorous and highly recommended. It is often raining, and the umbrella has to be prepared.

My time at Buffalo Marriot was amazing. It was mostly due to the outstanding service provided to me by Dawn Braggs. Truly an exceptional worker.

We stayed in room with 2 queen beds for 4 adults and 1 child. The pull out sofa bed was not very clean but we have brought a sleeping bag just in case. Other than that, the room is clean and ok. Hotel provided shampoo, conditioner and shower gel but housekeeping perhaps have missed checking it as the shower gel has run out. We just stayed for 1 night, so didn’t bother to call housekeeping to refill. And remember to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste. Breakfast was better than I thought. They offer variety of breads( bagel, toast, french toast) , juice ( orange/ apple) fruits, yogurt, breakfast sausage and eggs and drinks including Coffee tea chocolate milk. View from 6/F was nice

The room is big enough, the two double beds are comfortable, there is a coffee machine in the room, but the carpet is not very clean, it is best to wear your own slippers. The hotel is next to the waterfall, across the road is the waterfall park, and there are many restaurants around. In short, first-class location, second-class hotel.

The hotel is close to the waterfall scenic area and has a beautiful environment. The room is spacious and bright, clean and well-equipped. The service staff is friendly. The price is affordable and I will stay here again if I have the chance.

Good location! It's walking distance to Niagara Falls State Park about 6 min. The room was big enough, a little outdated room but the bed was great and comfortable. It's perfect place if you are looking for an affordable room just for sleep. Generally, hotels in NY side of Niagara Falls are outdated to compare to Canadian side. I am satisfied with this stay!

Some balcony rooms, the exhaust vent on the side, nervous people take care of it. Breakfast does not need to be packaged, it is OK to order now.

A very new hotel with good service. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to Niagara Falls Park. The hotel provides breakfast and dinner, but they are charged. There is no stove in the kitchen, only a microwave. If you want to cook your own food, you can drive to Walmart far away to buy some food, and choose simple ingredients that are ready to eat or can be heated in the microwave. In general, it is a satisfactory hotel.

The hotel is in a good location, 14 minutes drive from the Grand Falls. There are also many restaurants nearby, no need to drive, there are many things to eat in 10 to 15 minutes, and there is a supermarket next to it.

The location is great, close to niagara falls, cafes and casinos. The room was clean except for the sink, which didn't let water in, and the closet with the ironing board, which hadn't been dusted for a long time. The pool is very small for such a big hotel. We did not like the breakfast, there was little food, at the next table, the family did not get breakfast and the manager said that nothing to do with that, it was strange for a Hyatt hotel.

A real century-old restaurant! Restaurant + hotel model. The room is relatively old, there are stairs but no elevator, and it is a bit difficult to carry heavy luggage. But the room is quite large, the bedding and sleep quality are good. The bathroom facilities are also updated. The hotel breakfast is good, basically any main dish can be ordered at will. The taste is also good. You can see the Niagara River from the restaurant, and listen to the roaring sound of the water, which is a unique flavor. The hotel is 100 meters away from the Niagara River and about 400-500 meters away from the falls. The convenience is beyond words. The hotel has its own parking lot, which is free and safe.

It's great to sell cup noodles. The water is big, hot and comfortable. The breakfast is delicious.
