"I came to China for a trip, and the room was very clean. The ladies at the front desk were all very helpful, and the housekeeping staff cleaned the room exceptionally well. The best part is the fantastic location; it's so convenient to get anywhere. They were also very helpful, even assisting us with booking a car. "I stumbled upon this hotel during my trip and was incredibly surprised! The overall decor is simple yet elegant, and the common areas are clean and comfortable, creating a fantastic atmosphere. My room had great natural light, was spacious and didn't feel cramped, the toiletries were high-quality, and there was plenty of hot water. The staff were genuinely friendly without being overly enthusiastic or awkward; their professionalism was just right. It was incredibly quiet at night, and I slept soundly until morning. It's perfect for both short trips and business travel, offering excellent value for money. I truly recommend it!
The biggest highlight of my entire stay was the hotel's airport shuttle service! Communication was smooth when I booked in advance, and the driver was waiting punctually when I landed. They actively helped with my luggage, and the journey was smooth and safe. Not having to worry about taxis or finding routes to and from the airport saved so much hassle and stress. The front desk staff were also very patient and meticulous when arranging the shuttle, clearly confirming all the details, and providing thoughtful and attentive service. This service is truly practical for travelers catching flights, full of thoughtful details and excellent value. I'll definitely choose this place again for my next trip!"

"What a pleasant surprise! A room with an amazing river view! I booked the Hermès 18, and the view was spectacular, the room was cozy, and the facilities were all there. The staff were very friendly, and the cleaning lady did a fantastic job, paying attention to every detail. Plus, there's a private elevator, which made me feel very secure. The location is absolutely perfect, just 500 meters from the Bund, and you can see the Bund landscape right from your room! Overall, a five-star experience. I'll definitely be back!"

"I had a flight to Pudong Airport this time, so I booked the Redenghao Hotel in advance, and overall, it was quite a hassle-free experience. The location is very close to the airport, and the best part is the free airport shuttle service. The driver was very punctual and had a great attitude, even picking me up late at night. The hotel facilities are quite new, and the room was spotlessly clean with comfortable bedding. The owner was very welcoming and patiently answered my questions about dining options nearby. "Npte this doesn't have 24 hour reception. The reception girl was super helpful and seens to do most of the work by herself. Our TV didnt work and she got it fixed.
Pros: very helpful and responsive receptionist on the 10th floor (where you store your luggage in the corridor) great location near the nanjing Rd (very touristy and overpriced). We were on the 19th floor with a good view iver Shanghai skyline. Has a washing machine and electric hob.

wasn't possible to have an early check in or late chrck out. It's a small 1 bedroom apartment with a sofa bed. No proper towels, just kind of big paper type ones you get in a packet. Couldn't get hot water to work from the shower"

"Having traveled to so many places, I almost never feel inclined to stay in hotels in small towns costing just over 100 yuan. I've had too many bad experiences with them – either the hygiene is terrible, the floors are sticky, I'm afraid to use the kettle, the toilet is yellowed, and I'm afraid to take my clothes off to sleep; or the pictures look amazing, but the reality is vastly different. This hotel, however, seemed to have a large and clean lobby when I drove by, so I searched online and found it was newly opened and very reasonably priced. Based on my previous experience, I didn't rush to book. I checked out the room with the receptionist first, and upon entering, I booked without hesitation. The decor immediately made me feel comfortable, the room had no unpleasant odor, the bathroom was clean, and when I touched the bedding, I knew I'd made the right choice. Unlike some cheap bedding sets that feel rough and damp, this one is very skin-friendly. A thoughtful touch is the sleep mode by the bedside – pressing it turns off all the lights. The hairdryer is powerful but quiet. I've truly stayed in a hotel that meets my expectations. There's also a booth in the room, which is very comfortable for working. One minor complaint is that the delivery robot stood outside for over two minutes, and the food was already a bit cold. When I asked the front desk, they said the call button in the room was broken, and I hope the hotel can fix it as soon as possible. The candy at the front desk was quite delicious. I'll definitely stay here again when I'm on business trips."

"Good value for money.
The hotel is quite old but was clean and very functional and the room was fairly spacious. The aircon worked well and the shower was good. Breakfast was fine although only a few options for vegetarians but we did still get yogurts, fruit, cereal, toast and eggs and coffee was really good. Location was okay, just a little bit of a walk but nothing too much. Staff were great, professional and friendly. They used a translation app to help us and check in was really efficiently. They allowed us to store our luggage whilst we spent the last day exploring before our flight home. For Vegetarian travellers, there's a good restaurant literally around the corner, 5 minutes at the most from the hotel. Located really conveniently for the metro for People's Park and not too far to Nanjing road and down to the bund. We would recommend this hotel and would certainly stay here again I think. Shanghai."

YiwusanwuliuNanchang Road is a quiet, peaceful neighborhood in Shanghai, featuring old European-style houses. It's a tranquil escape from the city's hustle and bustle, yet still very close to Huaihai Middle Road, making it super convenient for shopping, dining, and exploring trendy boutiques.
The host and staff were incredibly friendly. I accidentally had a package delivered to the wrong address, and they helped me track it down and left it at my door. Check-in and check-out were smooth, they answered all my questions, and even provided great local food recommendations. Overall, it was an excellent experience.

Guest UserMy experience at this hotel was absolutely fantastic! The room was super clean and comfortable, which made my stay very pleasant. What really stood out was the staff's kindness; it truly touched me. When I was struggling to figure out how to order takeout, they patiently explained everything and even personally helped me with a drink purchase since I'm a foreigner and had difficulty with the payment. At checkout, they even gave me a hand cream as a gift, making my trip perfect right until the very end. Thanks to their warm hospitality and the immaculate room, I had a truly wonderful time. I will definitely be back!

De GiorgiOur stay has been a pleasure. The room is well furnished with all the essentials needed for an holidays of more than one day (fridge, washing machine and dryer). The beds are very soft and there is enough room for luggages. Our room is located in the French concession quarter, an interesting area with a lot of nice restaurants for all the budgets, convenience store and coffee.
The service is very kind and helpful: the host has created a weChat group for us, with all the staff to answer our needs, and they provided us all the information days before the checking, ensuring that everything was clear. They bought us also water bottles for our stay.
Few negative points to be discussed: the road in which our room (named Rome or ”Luoma”) is located is in a secondary street, unfortunately full of poor maintained house. When we saw the main entrance of the building we thought we were being scammed, since it was a mess with mold and falling paints from the wall, garbage and boxes. Fortunately the room is completely different!
Another negative point are the windows that are super thin. Even if closed, you can hear everything from the road (the last night the neighbour were arguing for more than 1 hour and we could hear everything. It was like they were with us in the room!).
The curtains are ok for the privacy, but not for the light: at 5 am the light of the sun was so strong that we needed to use eye masks to be able to sleep a little more.
In general, our staying has been very pleasant and we suggest it! We hope that the host fix soon the few negative points

Spent a whole day exploring Shanghai, and it was super convenient to get everywhere with my four roommates. For lunch, we devoured lamb skewers, beef potstickers, lamb and carrot buns, lamb pilaf, and dry-pot potatoes at Guanguanji—a serious carb overload! Afterward, we walked around two floors of Bailian, took a 20-minute break, then grabbed some bubble tea to recharge. We then tackled five more floors, rested for an hour on the sixth, and then hit the pedestrian street. We browsed Miniso, then the M&M's store. By the time we got to the Gundam store and started on three more floors, we were completely exhausted! We rushed through the remaining three floors, only to find no seating on the sixth floor, and then none on B1 either. So we went outside and rested for 20 minutes, ordered some takeout, and now we're finally relaxing.

Came to Shanghai for a performance and stayed at One Lemon again! The location is absolutely fantastic. The hotel is incredibly, incredibly clean – truly a five-star standard. Due to a typhoon, my high-speed train was canceled, and I couldn't go home, so I extended my stay for another night through the mini-program. However, when it was time to switch rooms, there wasn't a clean one available. A huge shout-out to the front desk staff (the brother and sister who helped me)! They upgraded me to a double bunk bed for free. I was so touched! I'm going to love One Lemon forever! Will definitely be back next time!

My three friends and I chose this Airbnb, and the layout with three beds was just perfect – no feeling cramped at all, which was really comfortable. The entire place was newly renovated and exquisitely decorated, with a simple yet appealing style. It was impeccably clean, and the attention to detail regarding hygiene was excellent. The location is a huge plus, very close to Lujiazui, making it super convenient for sightseeing and getting around. The host was thoughtful and easy to communicate with, and the amenities were complete, making for a very comfortable stay. It offers great value for money. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Shanghai, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time!
