Extremely kind people working at the reception. They allowed me an early check in that literally saved my day as I arrived from Istanbul. The hotel is super well located in a busy street with lots of local restaurants. The metro is close by as many attractions. The room was small but functional and had everything needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the room clean, modernly furnished and quiet. I think this is one of the best hires I have ever stayed. Totally recommended and I would gladly stay again.

We really appreciate the hotel manager, Mr. Lee Zhen Hui, for his friendly and helpful service. He truly pays attention to guests’ needs and is always willing to help — he even helped us look for a missing package with such a great attitude. The hotel is also very close to the metro station, which makes it super convenient. Really appreciate that!

Walking distance to subway, hotel to Huangpu area (walking street) only takes 30 minutes. To WaiThan only 35 minutes. Overall the hotel location are very good which no need to carry luggage to walk long distance.

We stayed here as a family for three nights, and it was an excellent experience overall. The apartment was very spacious, clean, and well equipped. The beds were comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and the water pressure in the shower was strong. We especially appreciated the generous supply of fresh towels and bottled water, which were replenished daily. Having a washing machine was also a big plus. The apartment had a kitchen, which is a great option, although it didn’t come with cutlery or cooking utensils by default. That said, they made it clear that anything needed for cooking could be provided on request. The location was fantastic—very central and close to everything, with an amazing view of the Bund that we really enjoyed. Check-in and check-out were both incredibly smooth and simple, and the staff were very accommodating, even allowing us to check in earlier than the official time. The only small downside was the initial entrance experience. Since there’s no dedicated reception area, you walk into a general office space that feels a bit odd as the “welcome point.” It worked fine, and the staff were kind (even storing our luggage before check-in), but a more welcoming designated area would improve first impressions. Overall, though, this was a very comfortable and convenient stay. The apartment had everything we needed, the location was perfect, and the staff were helpful—I’d definitely recommend it.

Liked this place! The location is super convenient — just about 300 meters from East Nanjing Road Station. You can take Exit 1, 2, or 3, but I highly recommend Exit 2 since it has escalators both up and down, and you pop up right inside the Hengji Celebrity Shopping Center, which makes it super easy, especially if you're carrying bags. The walk from the station to the hotel is nice too — lots of local food spots along the way. There are two small streets (Tianjin Rd and Ningbo Rd) with tons of restaurants, probably around 20 in total. Good prices and great variety. At the front desk, only one staff member spoke English, but they were all really helpful and friendly. Google Translate worked fine with the rest. Big shout-out to the housekeeping team — they were amazing. The room was cleaned daily, towels changed, and water refilled — very on point. We stayed in a family room, which is a duplex (two floors). The first room we got didn’t have a window and was a bit tight — hard to open luggage — but luckily the AC wasn’t working, so we got moved to another room with a window facing the street. That room was much better — clean, bright, and spacious enough for 3–4 people comfortably, just like in the photos. The air conditioning was super cold, which was great after a long day out, and the bed and pillows were soooo soft and comfy! There was a slight cigarette smell at first, but it went away after a day or two. Blackout curtains were great. Even though our room faced the street, it wasn’t noisy at night — Beijing Rd is surprisingly quiet, especially late. There’s a Lawson right next to the hotel, open 24/7, which was super handy. Also, there are a ton of shared bikes parked right outside the entrance — every color and brand you can think of — so getting around was easy. The bus stop is close, and you can get a Didi taxi right from the front door.

Is a short walk of about 5 minutes to the nearest Metro which call Tian Tong station. At this station, is a direct station to Hongqiao Railway as well as the Hongqiao Airport. And only 1 stop to the famous Nanking Road East. Easy to find the place and lots of eateries and shopping just around the corner. The room we chose was exactly the same as what they offered in Trip.com. Check in and out is hassle free and staff are very attentive and gives clear instruction. Will stay there again if we are back in Shanghai.

The place is a bit hidden on the 4th floor of an old building. However, the interior is really modern and comfy. The room is small but functional with all appliances and amenities that you need. In addition, the place is in a prime location, very close to the Bund, Nanjing pedestrian street and just a few minutes walk away from the metro station

The location is excellent, very close to the Bund. The service is also excellent. I just booked a room and the front desk called to send me the location. The check-in counter is also in the same building, making it very convenient to get anything I needed; the housekeeper delivered it quickly. The amenities and facilities are all what hotels have, but the room types are different. It seems all the rooms in this apartment are loft-style, which I really liked. There's also a large refrigerator and washing machine. If you're staying for several days, I feel it's more suitable than a hotel.

I stayed in a high-rise building called Yide Apartment, conveniently located about 700-800 meters from Jing'an Temple and easy to find. While the apartment building itself is a bit dated, the room I stayed in was actually quite nice. My room was on the sixth floor, accessible by elevator. It was very quiet here, with no noise experienced either in the evenings or mornings. The host delivered water and disposable slippers, and the room was well-equipped, even including a refrigerator. Overall, I was quite satisfied with the service.

Very good location and service, but not recommended for couples. It’s more suitable for business travelers. The room I stayed in was quite small—maybe because of my budget—so I recommend booking a larger room if possible. The smell of smoke was unpleasant, which was a downside. However, the location is excellent with the metro station just 1 minute away. There are also very good restaurants nearby for Muslims. Opposite of metro station we found a good beef restaurant their service is amazing.
