Close to airport with free shuttle bus
Overall clean but the air conditioner sound is too loud
I requested to change the room but the reception said it’s the same for all rooms and gave me too ear plugs instead.
So for someone who appreciates quietness during your stay maybe consider another place, but for short transit I think it’s bearable
The reception also forced me to gave five star reviews and took my phone for a long time not too sure what she wanted to do: managed to get back and left this review
I wondered if they did the same to others that their ratings is so high

Quick update: hotel parking is no longer free; it's now $5 a day. To make matters worse, after parking there for two days, my car got scratched, and there are no cameras in the parking lot to figure out who did it. The parking spots themselves are quite narrow and cramped. The hotel rooms are pretty standard, and they don't provide complimentary bottled water. If you're using the airport shuttle, be prepared for a longer wait time, so factor that into your schedule. All in all, for this price, it's really just a place to sleep, and don't expect too much from the parking lot. Honestly, if you have a larger car, I wouldn't recommend parking in their spots because you might have trouble getting out.

The hotel has a beautiful environment, and the front desk staff are attentive. The housekeeping staff are also very enthusiastic. The room itself is quiet, comfortable, and exceptionally clean. The location is excellent too; there are many restaurants on Huanghe Road downstairs, it's very convenient to get to attractions in the city center, and it's also very close to the subway station. The hotel offers excellent value for money. If I come to Shanghai again, I will definitely stay here.

Clean and tidy, with warm and hassle-free service. The common areas are cleaned very frequently and are spotless. Before arriving, I was worried about the room being small and the bedding not being clean, but upon check-in, I found it to be odor-free and very neat. The front desk staff were proactively friendly and enthusiastic, and all sorts of amenities were provided, even disposable earplugs, which I didn't expect. Although the bathrooms are shared, guests are generally very considerate, so there were no issues. The hotel also provides a hairdryer, non-slip mats, and toilet seat cleaner. All in all, for its prime location, it's the top choice for value for money, bar none! [Strong]
Cleaned room (4 people per room), free dispensary drinking water. Cleaned eating area, nice resting place at the backyard. A lot of restaurants and shopping places nearby. Few minutes to the subway.
Staff (receptionists and cleaners) were excellent and professional. Even though the mattress was thin and hard, I slept well when I added my duvet as an extra blanket. Good value for money

The best value hotel I've ever stayed in! It's well-equipped and clean, I'll definitely choose it again next time ✨. The hotel environment is very comfortable, and the room itself is clean and tidy with soft, cozy beds. The front desk staff are friendly and responsive to guests' needs. The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient for both business trips and sightseeing. Overall, this is a highly recommended hotel, and I would consider staying here again.
The hotel has been around for over a decade, and it's quite impressive how well they've maintained its cleanliness. As someone particular about hotel hygiene, I found this place genuinely good, though the room was a tad small. The only real drawback was the outdated air conditioning; it was incredibly noisy, so I wouldn't recommend it for light sleepers. The location isn't very close to the subway, requiring a taxi as shared bikes aren't a convenient option either, making it feel a bit out of the way.

The good: the room was in a great location. Tons of food and convenience stores around. The staff was friendly enough and let us store luggage. The room had a lot do nice amenities, the beds were clean and very cozy. The shower was big and had lots of hot water. Super comfortable rooms overall and great view!
The bad: it's like someone built a beautiful, modern hotel 20 years ago and didn't keep up with it. The lobby, elevators, and hallways look pretty rundown. The rooms need some basic maintenance and cleaning up high (cobwebs/dust in ceiling corners) and this place would be so nice. Overall, once in the room though, it feels nice and safe, very comfortable.

The environment here is great, perfect for a getaway with friends. The hotel is very clean and well-maintained. It's quiet at night, and the hot water runs freely, so we slept soundly. The hotel is located right in the city center with a bustling commercial area downstairs, making transportation very convenient. Plus, there are plenty of delicious local foods to try.

CCindyYe12This time, my bestie and I traveled with our families, and this three-story townhouse we chose was exceptionally stylish and beautifully decorated, feeling incredibly cozy. We had separate floors, ensuring privacy, which is rare for a trip – I actually slept really well! There's also a small terrace upstairs, perfect for my husband who enjoys a cigarette. Who says you can't have it all? Here, you can experience the leisurely nightlife, the bustling Shanghai, and the charm of old alley neighbors all at once. Step outside and you're right by Nanchang Road and the Science Hall, with Huaihai Middle Road just a block away. The streets are lined with romantic French plane trees, perfect for a leisurely stroll and some photos.

AAnonymous UserGreat location right in the city center! We were here to get our US visas, and it's less than a 10-minute walk to the consulate.
The transportation is super convenient. Subway Line 13 is right across the street, and Line 2 is just a short walk away, which takes you directly to Hongqiao Airport and Railway Station.
There's a whole street of eateries downstairs, so finding food is a breeze.
The room is very spacious, and it comes with a full kitchen, appliances, and a washing machine. For such a prime location in Shanghai's city center, it offers incredible value for money.
Highly recommended!

Llulu333100% recommend!!! I always stay in this hotel whenever I come to Shanghai! It's in a great area of the city and right across the road from Changshu Lu subway station (which has two subway lines on).
The hotel has many rooms and is spread out on the 18th, 19th, and 20th floors of the building. Which means that there are incredible views of the city! I recommend paying a little extra and getting the room with a window, just for the view!
The rooms are very clean with amazing bedding and pillows. You also have a personal TV, aircon, toiletries pack, bottle of water and slippers etc. There are water filter machines on each floor and usually free tea on the lobby floor. The staff are there 24 hours at the front desk, so you can check in anytime. The bathrooms are always really clean, and the cleaning ladies are always in out, making sure everything is nice.
Bonus: The famous SYSTEM night club is also in the same building (around 3rd floor). So you can party and then go up to your room on the 19th floor!

MM634250****Excellent value for money! The location is superb, making it super convenient for getting around. The room was spacious, bright, and well-ventilated, with meticulous attention to cleanliness. The staff were professional and polite, responding promptly to all our needs. Overall, the experience far exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely return again and again!
FFaithBI had a good stay in this hotel. I almost missed finding this hotel though as it had a small entrance. The reception was ok but didn't really speak english -- had to use google translate to communicate. There was only one elevator so at times, there are wait times. I got a double room with window hoping it would be bigger but it was quite small. It's big enough for 1 person though! Although there was a window, all I can see is the wall. 🙂↕️. I'm happy they had amenities that I needed -- towels, shampoo, hair dryer! They also provide 2 bottles of water per day, which is good! The surrounding area is convenient as well as it's near a convenience store, restaurants and subway station. I would recommend this hotel for its value, cleanliness and convenience. 👍
TTilamisu555This was my second stay here, and this Weiting Hotel is genuinely good. The room is clean, and they've even added an automatic 'Xiao Du' control this year, making it super convenient to turn on the TV or close the curtains! The front desk staff was very helpful; they didn't rush me when I checked out a bit late and even helped me send a package. Highly recommend!

DDavid TiahStayed here twice to go to Shanghai Disneyland. This hotel's location is perfect for those wanting to take a metro to Disneyland in the morning and back at night. You take the Pusan Road station for that. The hotel room itself was nice and comfy. I would say it is great for the price. Just note that the way the bathroom was built can seem a little weird and can be a bit small, especially for a big guy like me. Other then that, I would say, highly recommended.
MM510263****The room amenities are quite comprehensive, with a washing machine, refrigerator, and air conditioning. There's also a dryer outside the room, which is great for long-term travelers. The location is excellent, very close to the subway station, making it super convenient to get to The Bund by metro. The front desk staff was very warm and responsible.
MMahuadadaI've stayed here many times! I basically stay here every time I come to Shanghai for Disneyland. There are lots of restaurants nearby, and public transportation is very convenient. This time, they opened a new branch nearby, and the rooms are very spacious! Thumbs up!
MM26v7bq4o****The location is easy to find, with convenient public transport options like buses and subways nearby. The hostel facilities are well-equipped; the common area has tables, chairs, power outlets, a pantry, and a takeout rack. The decor also creates a festive atmosphere.
