The biggest highlight of my entire stay was the hotel's airport shuttle service! Communication was smooth when I booked in advance, and the driver was waiting punctually when I landed. They actively helped with my luggage, and the journey was smooth and safe. Not having to worry about taxis or finding routes to and from the airport saved so much hassle and stress. The front desk staff were also very patient and meticulous when arranging the shuttle, clearly confirming all the details, and providing thoughtful and attentive service. "What a pleasant surprise! A room with an amazing river view! I booked the Hermès 18, and the view was spectacular, the room was cozy, and the facilities were all there. The staff were very friendly, and the cleaning lady did a fantastic job, paying attention to every detail. Plus, there's a private elevator, which made me feel very secure. The location is absolutely perfect, just 500 meters from the Bund, and you can see the Bund landscape right from your room! Overall, a five-star experience. I'll definitely be back!"

"Location-wise, it's super close to the Bund. You can catch a bus and be back in one stop, and the subway is really convenient for getting to places like Lujiazui. Walking to the Bund only takes about 1.5 km, which is a huge plus.
The room itself felt a bit damp, but it was very quiet – I specifically requested a quiet room, and I slept really well.
Cleanliness: You could tell they cleaned it every day.
Facilities: A bit old-fashioned, but everything worked fine, especially the shower. I highly recommend staying here."

YiwusanwuliuNanchang Road is a quiet, peaceful neighborhood in Shanghai, featuring old European-style houses. It's a tranquil escape from the city's hustle and bustle, yet still very close to Huaihai Middle Road, making it super convenient for shopping, dining, and exploring trendy boutiques.
The host and staff were incredibly friendly. I accidentally had a package delivered to the wrong address, and they helped me track it down and left it at my door. Check-in and check-out were smooth, they answered all my questions, and even provided great local food recommendations. Overall, it was an excellent experience.

Guest UserMy experience at this hotel was absolutely fantastic! The room was super clean and comfortable, which made my stay very pleasant. What really stood out was the staff's kindness; it truly touched me. When I was struggling to figure out how to order takeout, they patiently explained everything and even personally helped me with a drink purchase since I'm a foreigner and had difficulty with the payment. At checkout, they even gave me a hand cream as a gift, making my trip perfect right until the very end. Thanks to their warm hospitality and the immaculate room, I had a truly wonderful time. I will definitely be back!

De GiorgiOur stay has been a pleasure. The room is well furnished with all the essentials needed for an holidays of more than one day (fridge, washing machine and dryer). The beds are very soft and there is enough room for luggages. Our room is located in the French concession quarter, an interesting area with a lot of nice restaurants for all the budgets, convenience store and coffee.
The service is very kind and helpful: the host has created a weChat group for us, with all the staff to answer our needs, and they provided us all the information days before the checking, ensuring that everything was clear. They bought us also water bottles for our stay.
Few negative points to be discussed: the road in which our room (named Rome or ”Luoma”) is located is in a secondary street, unfortunately full of poor maintained house. When we saw the main entrance of the building we thought we were being scammed, since it was a mess with mold and falling paints from the wall, garbage and boxes. Fortunately the room is completely different!
Another negative point are the windows that are super thin. Even if closed, you can hear everything from the road (the last night the neighbour were arguing for more than 1 hour and we could hear everything. It was like they were with us in the room!).
The curtains are ok for the privacy, but not for the light: at 5 am the light of the sun was so strong that we needed to use eye masks to be able to sleep a little more.
In general, our staying has been very pleasant and we suggest it! We hope that the host fix soon the few negative points

Guest UserStayed at this hotel for a concert in Shanghai and had a great overall experience. First off, it's super close to the subway, which takes you directly to the Shanghai Stadium in just a few stops. The hotel's cleanliness was excellent; even though the bathroom was shared, someone was always cleaning it – I'd finish showering and someone would be in there mopping right away. The soundproofing isn't amazing, but it wasn't noisy at all. It's perfect for solo travelers attending concerts or events. Oh, and I found the front desk staff really helpful. Someone even personally escorted me to my room, and late check-out was also an option. If my good review could get me a discount voucher or something, that would be even better!

The bed is also very comfortable; the elderly slept well, and the kids loved it too. Customer service was very thoughtful, promptly replenishing supplies and checking in on our stay. They even offered a late check-out and luggage storage service at the end. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I'll definitely stay here again next time.

zy57628This guesthouse is located in an older residential area near Shanghai Railway Station, a bit off the beaten path. It seems to be an older establishment, so the facilities are quite basic, and the cleanliness is a bit lacking; there's a thick layer of dust on the window panes and frames. However, the bathroom has a water purification system, which is great as you can drink directly from it. For Shanghai, the price is quite affordable. It's also close to the railway, so you can hear some train noise.

Nice staff and location. Building built in 2009. A bit older. Needs renovation. Apartment smells of sewage most of the time. Bed was uncomfortable. Sheets were making me itchy, but it happens sometimes as my skin is sensitive. Washer dirty, so didn't use.
