"Ich hatte einen großartigen Aufenthalt in diesem Hostel in Puerto de la Cruz! Alles war super – saubere Zimmer, angenehme Atmosphäre und eine tolle Lage in der Nähe von Restaurants, Strand und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Besonders positiv hervorheben möchte ich das unglaublich freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Man wurde immer mit einem Lächeln begrüßt, Fragen wurden sofort beantwortet und man fühlte sich einfach willkommen. Ich kann das Hostel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und komme gerne wieder!"

The hotel is a very friendly hostel or guest house where everyone is able to communicate and where you can easily make new friends ! Host and her colleague ”1 volunteer” supers sympas though not always present 😁 Situation good to see the panorama of the ”charcos” at 15 min walk and less D'1h and 1 beautiful 3h RO on the other side of the 6-bed large chamber charco With great casier qui ferme avec loquets avec une clé fournie par l'hostel. + sdb à l'intérieur de la chambre + serviette fournie + couvercles supplémentaires heureusement car il n'est pas très chaud 😅 Petite mais suffisante cuisine par rapport aux nombres de chambre, The hotel is located in the heart of the city centre, and the hotel is located in the heart of the city centre.
Not really pleasant comfort space to relax because the terrace is good but not when it is cold and it is warm not comfortable chair or pump 😅

No d'eau fraise filtre à disposition, d'autant plus que avec la pluie tombée (remander) l'eau du robinet qui est en général potable n'est pas l'eau. Donc si prévoir un budget d'achat deau, penser au prix total du lit en conséquence
Another point that may disturb some especially for those who have already been in hostels in Tenerife that is nearly 24/24, is not being hosted by anyone live. Perso this is not my case as I had all the information I needed dont request specific by what's before my arrival what's absolutely agreed to me. 🥰🙏 ́"

"Buena experiencia, el sitio estaba limpio, ordenado, es verdad que no había mucha ocupación el finde q fuimos. No le falta detalle, secador, cocina, plancha,.lavadora.... Quizás le falta aire acondicionado, la habitación de arriba hacia mucha calor cuando está cerrada. Por lo demás todo muy bien."

"Cheap and cheerful budget hotel. Pillows are a little strange. Thin sheets (good for the hot climate). Beds not the most comfortable but not the worst. No AC just a fan that’s a bit tired. And the view from the frosted window is a bit depressing. Tv is just Spanish tv. Staff are very friendly and most speak good English. Good for a short stay but I wouldn’t recommend for more than a few nights. Didn’t try the breakfast (reasonably priced) and the bar is only open for that. There are other bars nearby open till small hours though. Fairly safe area but not the prettiest. A 1 min walk to either beach and lots of restaurants. No water produced in the rooms or fridges. "

We are repeaters of this apartment, we love and what more your close workers careful and friendly, make you feel like at home, we always advise you :) the only stick that would wear is that there are few shadows and hams to the number of customers who has the apartments.

Everything corresponds to the description and photographs, clean, cozy, friendly staff, nearby there is a store, a kiosk with excursions, a bus station, a beach (waves, always a red flag), you can walk to the city beach with swimming pools, the nature is very beautiful, everything is super.

Extremely clean throughout, room cleaned and towels changed daily. Sea view terrace from communal well equiped food prep area. Plenty bathrooms. Very friendly staff...go out of way to help. Room great tv,wifi english tv too! Good value and great location adjacent to old town vlass resteraunts etc

The location is good, a quiet area, and you can almost always find parking. It's a bit far from the city center. The service was adequate. Breakfast and dinner were fine.

The hostel is in a small street near the center of the city. You only have to walk some 7-8 minutes from the stop Parque viejo of the bus 22 (on weekdays). The nearest stop of the excursion buses is at a distance of 20-25 minutes walking. Supermarket and small bay with restaurants nearby.
I had a double room with bath.
The facilities in the room are very basic but with abundance of place for the clothes and suitcases. Nice terrasse on the third floor. Nights can be noisy if the people in the rooms around are noisy.
Only real problem is the baths, whose floor absorbs the humidity of the shower.

Guest UserThe staff here are wonderful. They gave us an upgrade to a higher room with lovely sea views. Also on the last day they allowed us to keep our room on until the afternoon at no extra charge. The apartments are a good size with nice size balconies too. The pool is heated and cleaned every day. There is a path near the apartments that cuts through to town which takes about 5 minutes to walk.
Plenty of on road parking. A nice little bar at the adjoining camels spring which is where reception is also located.
This is a lovely place to stay and very friendly we would highly recommended

We really enjoyed our stay in Vilaflor 😁 the self check-in was straightforward and our room and the communal areas were very clean. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Vilaflor with plenty of on-street parking available nearby. We found the bed to be comfy and the room to be warm in the evenings. The complimentary tea and coffee was a nice bonus.
As noted in other reviews, the only negative for us was the thin walls separating the upstairs bedrooms which made it difficult to sleep at times.

Someone walking up and down to toilet regularly from about 1am then washed pans for about 15mins at 2am. Also up again running water for what seemed like ages at 4am I didn’t have earplugs so got no sleep . Appalling behaviour .
Light from hall / toilet brightens room and curtain not big enough to cover window .
