This hotel is located at a very convenient location near Echigo-Yuzawa JR train station. It is also a stone's throw away from Family Mart convenience store where I get my breakfast and coffee every morning. During ski season, the area around the train station gets booked up fast due to the convenient links to the various ski resorts around the locality. The owner of the hotel was very friendly and helpful. He was showed kindness and was concerned of my well-being too after the snowboarding sessions. Thank you so much for the enjoyable and wonderful stay at Yuzawa!

Last time I couldn't stay at the Sanjo Festival because it was full, but this time there was a vacancy and it was saved. I always use it, but there is no complaint.

The hotel may refuse to add breakfast because the number of people is full. Considering the distance from the hotel to the restaurants (such as Matsuya to cross the bridge to get there, 711 convenience store is also quite a distance), it is recommended to consider carefully whether to not have breakfast when booking the hotel. The hotel also seems to offer free bicycle loan service, which seems to have at least five cars.

It's a guesthouse run by a Chinese couple, and they speak both Chinese and Japanese. The hotel is fully equipped, with its own restaurant offering breakfast and dinner. The bathroom has a soaking tub, perfect for relaxing after a long day of skiing. They also provide shuttle service from the ski resort, which is incredibly convenient. The owner is warm and attentive, and the landlady is very kind and responsive, always willing to help. For the past two weeks, I've gotten into the habit of asking her for help whenever I need anything, haha. Thank you so much for taking care of me during this time! 🙏🏻 I stayed in a tatami room, and from its window I could see all the different weather conditions over the past two weeks ☀️. During this time, I met new people and formed new friendships; everyone was wonderful. Two weeks—not too long, not too short—enough to create a beautiful memory. One choice, one connection. Next time I come to Naeba, this will definitely be my first choice again.

I really don't recommend this hotel. It is badly in need of investment. Everything smells musty and damp. The corridor leading to our room felt like a prison. The beds were very uncomfortable, far too soft, mattresses worn out. The spa baths were too hot, water dripping from the ceiling everywhere. Didn't eat anything here and glad we didn't.

The building is old and there are many insects outside because the mountain is close, but it did not come into the room. The toilets and bathrooms are shared. The boss is very nice and talkative. Behind the house is Lake Kamo. He also took us to feed the seagulls and swans. Those who need a car will drive them to the car rental office. It's a 7 or 8 minute walk from Ryotsu Port. It's easy to find. In a tatami room, there are two-layer mattresses for sleeping. Sometimes the quilt will be delivered later to help the guests make the bed. If the room is large, it may be put in advance.

The village listing is a cold tourist city, but the tourism resources are quite rich. Libo is a representative hot spring town here. The hotel can see the sunset of the Sea of Japan when soaking in the hot springs.
