"I chose this because of the location which is perfect for my trip as I am taking A Line to Yoron the following day. The facility is clean, thanks to those maintaining it. How can I rate the service when it's just check in and there's even a machine? Check in process is straightforward. Trip.com should adjust their survey."

"Is value for money. Although look a bit outdated but it is cleaned and effort has been put in to make sure it can carry operating like any other hotel Staff are very helpful and able to cater to your needs. Comprehensive briefing and instructions are given on breakfast and the room door key system Breakfast is good and it started as early as 5.45am which is able to cater for those taking early flights Pillows are a bit too small and flat. I am still able to sleep with that though"

"There are two types of rooms: capsule rooms and rooms with personal space. I chose the latter because I wanted to have some space for my luggage and belongings. The location is great, about a 5-minute walk from Kenchomae Station! It's near Kokusai Street, so there are many buses coming and going, making it super accessible. This is especially good for solo travelers who often book tours, as most tours meet at the Prefectural Citizens Plaza. The Plaza is also just a short walk from the accommodation, so I could sleep in a bit more, which was awesome! Truly the best! At first, I was a bit worried because the room used a curtain instead of a door and had no lock, but contrary to my fears, there were no issues with theft. The downside is that you can easily hear sounds from the next room or people passing by. Because of this, I occasionally woke up in the early hours... I guess that's just how it is with capsule hotels. There's a shower room and a large public bath, but I really loved the public bath. After walking all day and feeling tired, soaking in warm water and using the sauna really helped relieve my fatigue, so my legs didn't ache when I went to sleep. The lounge also offers free drinks, and there's a vending machine where you can buy snacks and beverages. This was my first accommodation in Okinawa, and the location and facilities were so good. If I ever go alone again, I'll definitely book this place! ㅠㅠ!"

"It’s very good, and really cheap for the location and things to do around the hotel. There is a huge commercial area with various shops and restaurants, along with the Prefectural Museum and Art Museum very near. Kokusai-Dori is also near by walk, 10~15 minutes from hotel. The room was small, but very comfy for a solo traveler. There is also a coin laundry area, along with a microwave oven, free drinks and popcorn on the first floor."

"The hotel itself is okay, and the rooms are decent, but the annex building is inconvenient and feels almost desolate. You’re told to walk two streets away to a separate building with only a tiny map — it feels strange. The annex is rarely staffed, offers minimal amenities (towels only, house cleaning every four days), and anything else, like slippers or cotton swabs, comes from a paid vending machine. The bigger problem is the location: the annex is right next to bars, clubs, restaurants, and even barbecue spots, so it’s quite noisy at night. Even as a heavy sleeper, I was frequently woken, making it hard to get proper rest. Budget travelers may see this as cheap, but if you’re relying on buses and trying to save money, you’ll already be tired from traveling. It’s better to stay a little further from the nightlife to actually get a proper night’s sleep. Staff are polite, but policies, location, and lack of included amenities make it hard to recommend unless you just need a very basic place to sleep."

"For my trip to Okinawa I stayed here for 3 nights. The gentle men at check in was really nice and we switched to English as best he could to help me out which was very nice. The room was good and bathroom as well. It's all you need for your stay. I booked it with breakfast included, which it was, you just have to think about it that this hotel only serves riceballs, miso out of a package and a coffee machihne for breakfast that is it. However there is a 7 eleven down the street where I got my breakfast from which is fine. While there it's a good idea to take a day ticket for the mono rail and just travel that way. I enjoyed it and got to Shuri castle and to a Urasoe Castle which I really enjoyed and it's beautiful. I would definately recommend as it's clean, easy for transport and I enjoyed my stay for sure."

"The hotel is located right in the shopping arcade, so it's super easy to find. Inside, it's just as other guests described: the rooms aren't fully enclosed at the top, so noise can travel easily. There's a TV you can use with the headphones provided by the hotel. Just a heads-up, the earliest check-in is 4 PM. If you arrive early, you can hang out in the lobby on the first floor. Oh, and the burger place next door is really good!"

"1. Excellent location, just a 3-minute walk from Tsubogawa Monorail Station. 2. Front desk service hours are very short. If you need anything, you must ask for it or purchase it upon check-in on the first day, such as bath towels, hand towels, pots and pans, etc. 3. Convenience stores, restaurants, izakayas (Japanese pubs), and Don Quijote (with currency exchange machines) are nearby. 4. There is a parking lot, but it seems to be fully booked, with very few spaces… However, there are nearby parking lots, but remember to look for 24-hour metered parking, which is cheaper!"
