The location is amazing. The service was very nice and attentive. Very clean. It definitely gets loud at night, Monday night it was done by 12, but Tuesday 2am. I’d assume weekends are late night as well. The pool was refreshing. It’s not a luxuary hotel by any means, but as long as you aren’t expecting that, you will be very pleased. The AC plus Fan gets COLD. The bed is firm. Bring your own soaps. Overall I really enjoyed our stay and we would stay here again!

This was a very comfortable stay! I was very silly and went to Mexico knowing I didn’t speak Spanish. But the people of Mexico are incredibly kind and helpful. The lady at the front desk used translate to help me understand. The people working here are very kind. The room is quite spacious and the WiFi is good. The location is pretty decent; 20 min walk to downtown Cancun and market places; coffee shops etc Not too bad. I would return with my partner The room itself was very good; a HUGE bed and maybe a sofa bed too? The bathroom was nice too! I like this hotel it was very good

Plus: conveniently located 1 km from the ADO stop, 1 km from the collective to Chetumal, 1 km from the viewing area.The room is clean, bed is normal.On the recession there is drinking water. Defects:No hot water, that flows, room temperature.The number killed,in the bathtub.There is no teapot anywhere.

Good value for money

The hotel is generally pleasant, with impeccable cleanliness and particularly kind and attentive housekeeping staff. The rooftop with the pools is truly superb; it's clearly the establishment's strong point. However, the room we had on the ground floor was a bit disappointing: very little light, without access to an open terrace, which somewhat spoils the experience. You should definitely request a room on the upper floors to enjoy the view. The location is convenient, fairly close to the center.

We really enjoyed our 3 nights stay. The check in process was quick within 5-10 mins and we were given the quiet room type as requested when we booked which is great. Room is big and clean with amazing ocean view and come with your own private balcony and hammock. Shower water pressure and temperature were on point too. We were worried about the Wi-Fi due to the numerous complaints seen online but surprisingly it was great throughout our stay at the highest floor! Fresh drinking water located the lobby with hot drinks making facility and they also provide microwave which is a bonus. Location is very strategic as well, just get off the ferry pier then walk straight up the road and within 2 mins you will find Rocamar. Supermarket (Super Aki) is nearby too, within 1-2 mins walk only. So as the restaurants, laundry services and souvenir shops which were less than 5 mins walk. We would highly recommend this hotel. Con: They can improve on washing the towels, though cleaned but still stained.

Excellent hotel, excellent service, and in an excellent location. Would help With the water, the shower will not be salty and the water flow will be stronger.

Place is decent but location is bad staff friendly

The bus stop is far away, but if you stop on the traffic light right near the hotel exit, the bus will definitely take you. To the beach to go 7-15 minutes. It is important to know that one side of the hotel building is coming out on the road where people with sensitive hearing can be noisy. However, this issue can always be solved with the resepshne, the other side of the hotel is very quiet.
