The accommodations did not even come close to the pictures online. the pictures are for the highest cost units off the lobby. Although they claim they are renovating their units for moderate and low-cost rooms, they are very old and like staying in a jail cell. Windows didn't open or were fixed closed. No ventilation from the outside. units open to small exterior corridor with no view of anything but a wall. the breakfast was typical, bagels, waffle maker, toast, cold cereal, hot cereal packets, hard boiled eggs, yogurt. Room was clean, door keys didn't always work, bed was comfortable. Shuttle to airport and float plane area was very useful but only runs on the hour and half hour.
The hotel can arrange pick-up and drop-off, which is only 17 minutes away from the Chinese restaurant and the transportation is convenient. The most important thing is that the breakfast is very rich and highly recommended
The room is good, clean and tidy, the snow outside is vast, many people come to travel to see the aurora, the service staff is very warm and thoughtful, the advantage is that it is close to the airport, the disadvantage is that there are not many Chinese food choices here.
Located between the airport and the city center, it's not very convenient to go out without a taxi if you're not driving. However, there are fast food restaurants and a movie theater nearby, which is convenient.
The front desk staff were exceptionally nice and quickly resolved any issues we had. They also have lemonade dispensers on the first floor, which is a nice touch. Overall, the environment is pleasant, and the staff are excellent.
The accommodation conditions are acceptable, the space is relatively spacious, and the beds are comfortable. The facilities are outdated, the breakfast variety is limited, and paper cups of milk are not replenished in time. The overall experience is average and the price/performance ratio is not good

Was a good stay. The room was a bit to warm for me when I got checked in, but was able to lower the room temperature. Good clean room with a nice firm bed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Being next to McDonalds and the Breeze In are also very good options
The room was clean and tidy, free breakfast bowls were provided daily (yogurt fruit egg energy sticks and juices), the staff was very friendly and welcoming, there was free parking, more than 20 minutes drive from Denali National Park, it was very convenient to go to the park, and the hotel network was poor.
The room is small, but equipped with everything, including a refrigerator and a full kitchen in the lobby. The parking lot is large and free. Good service attitude. An inn decorated with local characteristics and very close to the airport
The room feels very new and tidy. I don't know if it has been renovated in recent years. The breakfast in the restaurant is simple but quite standard, and there are some. The front desk downstairs can buy food and common drugs to solve daily drinking water and snacks. There is a 24-hour McDonald's nearby, and there are supermarkets and restaurants across the street, about 10 minutes walk.

GGuest UserBooked and paid in full online. They have our credit card on file. Didn’t expect they want to charge extra money for room deposit. No problem we can handle the additional payment except Their machine didn’t work scanning my Apple Pay. The older lady was rude and told us we couldn’t stay. That was not our fault. It really hurts! they should fix their machine problem first rather than blaming customer. Finally the younger staff on training figured out how to charge my Apple Card by keying in the numbers. Overall check in was not as friendly and professional as it should be. Breakfast was okay, oatmeal was not done correctly super dry, a simple fix is adding a bit water , yet no one cared. Eggs are not real , artificial eggs. Just a bit disappointed.
Rooms are warm and bathrooms is clean.

SShenIt is a very economical hotel in the local area. Others are generally around 200 US dollars. This hotel is about 100 US dollars. The hotel environment and facilities are a bit old, but the old hotel rooms are also larger. In general, it's not a very good hotel, but it's still acceptable for the price, it's 6 points. If the location is 2-3 bus stops from the city center, it is not too bad. I didn't take many pictures of the hotel. Just put a few pictures to make up the number.
MMui 555Good location, better price than other hotels in this area which is quite expensive
The room has no air condition, the heater is not working
No refrigerator, no microwave, no hot water kettle, just sleep
The glass in the room is not clean, the pillowcase has stains, need to change before use

GGuest UserThis was a great hotel to stay at! It had a walking trail on property leading to Bishop Beach. I spend days and hours walking along the beach. The large suite itself had a kitchen which made it convenient to eat at the hotel. It is right across the street from a grocery store and an easy walk to many restaurants. I'd stay here again in my next trip to Homer, Alaska!
GGuest UserFriendly customer service checkin, good location next to lake and able see sunrise/ sunset and Aurora light. Only suggestion is the sliding screen door is unlockable, feel a bit unsafe in middle of night have slide screen open for fresh air in bed sleep if stay at ground level balcony room.
