"My wife and I stayed for one night on June 13-14. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We stayed in room 803 on the 8th floor. We didn't encounter any issues with cleanliness. The room size was quite ideal for us, and we thought it would also be suitable for longer stays. - At 8:30 AM, our door was knocked for room cleaning. Initially, we didn't understand why they came so early. As we left, we noticed that the 'clean my room' button next to the door was on. We hadn't turned it on, and since we checked in late at night, we probably didn't notice it – it must have been left on from the previous cleaning. - The sound insulation of the room entrance doors was not poor; it was nonexistent. We could hear all conversations happening in the corridor."

"Half an hour from the city center. The rooms are fine, but we were having higher expectations coming from a Radisson Blu. However, the breakfast was amazing!! Great buffet with plenty options and A La Carté dishes they will made for you. A good choice if you want to have a great start in the morning"

"It's a really nice hotel, I believe a 4 or 5 Star from what it looked like. We had a high level room with a nice view. The staff was very nice all around and we had a good time staying there."

Ayrıca oda servisinden söylediğiniz bir soda yı bile oda hesabına yaşamayız, peşin almamız gerekiyor diyerek misafiri rencide edici davranışları var. "Ankara, as the capital, does indeed have a slightly arrogant attitude. Security checks are mandatory for entry, leaving no item unchecked. One evening, after dinner, the girl on the way back indicated that I could just open my handbag to check it and then pass through the machine, as a light handbag is easily spilled. Inside were only my wallet, wet wipes, and tissues—obvious. However, the next morning after breakfast, the security guard insisted on putting it through the machine. No matter how I tried to show him my handbag, even emptying it, it wouldn't work. I should have just left it in the first place. I was quite angry and sent a complaint email. A few hours later, a lengthy reply summarized the situation as: ”That's how it is in the capital. Even hotels in the capital have security checks. The machines are disinfected and not dirty. Ankara is the capital.” I saw no remorse whatsoever, despite the numerous apologies. Furthermore, there were hair ties and clips left by previous guests in the room. Shouldn't the capital be thoroughly inspected? The room faces the street, and I was constantly woken up by the noise of motorcycles and car horns passing by downstairs at night. Oh, and one more thing that's baffling: Ctrip popped up a message reminding me that my check-in time was up and that I could send special requests to the hotel, with a bunch of options. I randomly selected two: one, I didn't want a corner room, and two, I wanted a good view. Since they gave me a choice, I figured I'd just pick something random, and I wouldn't care if they didn't let me choose. But they replied within five minutes, just a few simple words: ”The hotel has rejected your request.” Seriously, what were they asking me to choose then? No reason given, just a very curt rejection. And what's more, we ended up staying in a corner room. Anyway, we're not coming back. Whatever."

"We loved our stay at this hotel. With its unique and textured furnishings, the hotel and the room is welcoming and inviting. The staff were good- especially Ayberk on the front desk. The gym is well maintained and it’s in a good position for restaurants. The breakfast was outstanding with lots of variety for every taste."

"The hotel was conveniently located near Armada AVM. It had basic amenities and is an average hotel. There was no smart tv in the room we booked and most of the leisure services were paid, despite not clearly being listed on this app. Room was comfortable but AC wasn't operating so it was quite hot. There are events right outside the hotel which consists of loud music throughout the night. Breakfast buffet was absolutely delightful and had plenty of great options. Overall, an average experience that was comfortable enough for us and had good breakfast which made it worthwhile."

"The room was clean and well-organized, and the layout was very logical. The hotel has an underground parking lot, but getting in and out requires some skill. The front desk staff was very friendly. We couldn't find the exit on our departure day, and the staff immediately came down to help us. There's also a breakfast shop nearby, which was convenient for dining. Highly recommended!"

"Very nice hotel for my opinion in the center for my position needs, very clean hotel as per european standard, i did not tryed the food, only not full positive thing in room 712 the wall next to bath door was bit broken so I can not give 5 start for cleaness but 4 and window in room was not closing completely but for me was not a problem..I would reccomend to travel for Italians and all European"
