The hotel's location is excellent, just a 5-minute drive from Daxing Airport, and they offer a complimentary shuttle service. There are also a few restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The hotel's decor is stylish and elegant. The front desk staff even upgraded my room. The room was spacious and bright, especially the large bathroom which had a bathtub, separate wet and dry areas, and a very roomy shower. The bedroom also featured a walk-in closet. The hotel facilities are quite comprehensive, with a gym and a heated swimming pool on the basement level. The restaurant also provides late-night supper service. All departments offered warm and attentive service. For an airport hotel, it offers great value for money!

Really enjoyed my stay here. The location is a major plus, right by Wangfujing and within easy reach of key attractions, shopping, and public transport, which made getting around Beijing very convenient. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, especially appreciated after long days of walking. Everything felt well maintained, and housekeeping was consistent throughout the stay. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet at night, which made resting easy. Service was professional and efficient. Staff were polite, helpful, and handled check in and check out smoothly. Breakfast had a good spread and quality was solid. Overall, a very reliable hotel with a great location, good comfort, and good value for money. Would happily stay here again on my next visit to Beijing.

This is my second time staying here. Last year, I brought my parents and we also stayed at this hotel. First off, the location is excellent; it's close to the subway, making it easy to get around. It's also quite close to the Forbidden City, Shichahai, and other attractions. Plus, it's directly connected to Xidan Joy City, which is super convenient for dining. The hotel rooms are quite spacious, and the beds are larger than those in hotels near the Forbidden City and Tiananmen Square. It's definitely the top choice for a trip to Beijing.

For the past few months, every weekend, I've enjoyed finding a quiet place to unwind from the week's fatigue. Booking an executive room at a five-star hotel and savoring the exclusive afternoon tea and happy hour has become my unique weekend ritual. After experiencing several different five-star hotels, I still unequivocally chose Kempinski again. Although its executive rooms are more compact and refined compared to executive rooms in other hotels, the beautiful view of the Liangma River outside the room always captivates me. The lounge's afternoon tea and dinner genuinely surpass many five-star hotels; the rich and delicious food always satisfies my taste buds. On the first day of the New Year, I met service staff member Feng Xiangchao again, and he was as enthusiastic and attentive as ever. Knowing I can't eat very cold food, he warmed up all the seafood for me, which was incredibly thoughtful. The next day, we met another service staff member, He Xu, who recommended the best-tasting desserts and, seeing a child nearby, kindly reminded the child and parents to be careful. The attentive service from every staff member here truly makes us feel warm and comfortable. At dinner, I chanced upon a couple with their child. Like us, they also spend every weekend at a five-star hotel. They, too, chose Kempinski again after trying several other five-star hotels because they shared our experience of warmth, excellent service, and delicious food here. This is more than just a hotel; it's a sanctuary for many loyal customers, a haven where they find solace in their busy lives. For future weekends, we will undoubtedly continue to choose Kempinski to enjoy this wonderful time that belongs solely to me. We've already booked our stay here for this coming Chinese New Year, and we're looking forward to it…

The room was spotless and tidy; the cleaning staff came every day to make sure everything was sparkling clean and replaced all our amenities. The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Wangfujing shopping area and the Forbidden City. A special shout-out to Apple, the guest relations manager, whose service was exceptional. She was very engaging and shared many recommendations for local food and attractions. She even treated me to afternoon tea, where I enjoyed some fruit and tea. Seeing that I was alone, she kindly kept me company and chatted with me. She also helped me resolve an issue with my parcel by contacting the courier company. Furthermore, she proactively helped me carry my luggage to the car. I'm incredibly grateful!

The hotel's French palace style is indeed beautiful and great for photos, but the lunch was... questionable? There's no buffet for lunch now, only set meals. It was almost inedible, not even as good as breakfast. Facilities: A bit old. The showerhead was completely weak and sparse, and the hot water from the bathtub was only lukewarm. Service: Housekeeping was very thorough, and the restaurant service was excellent. However, other aspects of the service were completely inconsistent with a five-star hotel; I'd even say there was no service at all. The security guard at the entrance parking lot was incredibly loud. As soon as I arrived, I heard him yelling at and shooing away drivers, which I found perplexing. Executive Club Benefits: What executive club benefits? I didn't experience any, and the front desk didn't explain what the executive privileges entailed. It's hard to give this place another chance.

The room was great, with a practical layout, a bathtub, and stunning views. The king bed and a smaller bed were perfect for two adults and one child. We were very satisfied with the Executive Privileges package; we enjoyed all meals except lunch, which was fantastic! Breakfast, afternoon tea, happy hour snacks, and evening soft drinks were all perfectly to our taste! We absolutely loved having the continuous Executive Lounge access and services – it was definitely a bonus! Plus, the hotel's location is excellent, with a subway station right outside, making it convenient to get anywhere! We'll definitely choose this hotel again next time.

I had a short trip to Beijing, and this hotel was the biggest surprise! The entire experience, from booking to check-in, was excellent. The lobby is grand and upscale, and Anya and Amy were incredibly attentive. The hotel is easy to find, and parking is convenient. There's a mall right downstairs, making dining and shopping super easy. It's also within walking distance to Tiananmen Square, and right on Chang'an Avenue – truly a perfect location! I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Beijing.

My recent stay at the InterContinental Beijing Sanlitun was an absolute five-star experience from start to finish! The only tiny quibble was the hotel's somewhat understated entrance, but once inside, I was overwhelmed by pleasant surprises. That minor detail was completely overshadowed by how incredibly satisfied I was with everything, from the service to the facilities. I have to specifically highlight the exceptional service from the Guest Relations team – it was truly the most impressive aspect of my stay. Before I even arrived, a staff member proactively contacted me, patiently and meticulously asking about my check-in needs and travel preferences. They thought ahead to make sure our trip would be smooth, and the communication throughout was seamless, making us feel incredibly welcome even before we set foot in the hotel. After check-in, we found refreshing pear juice specially prepared for us in the room. A sip of the warm, soothing drink was perfect after a long journey, and these thoughtful, heartfelt touches really showed how much care was put into every detail. It immediately gave us a comforting, 'home-away-from-home' feeling. To receive such personalized and warm service in a prime location like Sanlitun, where every inch is precious, is truly remarkable. I was also completely taken with the room design. It totally broke my preconceived notions of traditional InterContinental hotels, boasting a modern and stylish aesthetic combined with practicality, perfectly aligning with Sanlitun's trendy vibe. The room layout was flexible and well-planned, with clever use of lines and geometric elements, maximizing space without feeling cramped. The interior color scheme was sophisticated and elegant, exuding quality, and the soft furnishings showed impeccable taste in every detail. What's more, the room had fantastic natural light, with large floor-to-ceiling windows offering expansive views, allowing us to soak in the bustling atmosphere of Sanlitun right from our room. Yet, the soundproofing was excellent; once the windows were closed, all external noise was blocked out, providing a quiet sanctuary in a lively, central area. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the bathroom facilities were comprehensive and high-quality, making for a superb washing experience. It was such a comfortable and pleasant stay, filling me with a sense of happiness whether I was resting or relaxing.

The room was spacious and bright, and the surrounding transportation was convenient, only a ten-minute walk from Metro Line 1 and Line 2. It was very easy to get to Wangfujing, Tiananmen, the Forbidden City, and the National Museum. If you want to watch the flag-raising ceremony in the morning, you can get to Tiananmen by shared bike in about ten minutes. The hotel service was excellent. After a long day of walking, I was too tired to go out for dinner, so I ordered a lot of takeout. When the robot couldn't deliver it, a staff member would kindly bring it up to my room, which was a very thoughtful touch. Sightseeing in Beijing is definitely a workout; I walked over 20,000 steps every day. There's a Ziguangyuan nearby that you can try – the food is pretty good. Wangfujing also has Donglaishun, which is worth a visit. I thought both places had decent food. The hotel breakfast also offered Beijing local snacks.
