Excellent hotel if you have an early flight out of Beijing. Rooms are very nice and very clean. Beds very comfortabel. Staff speaks sufficient English and there is a free pick up service from and to the airport by shuttle bus. Gym an swimming pool are good to relax the last hours before leaving. Surrounding area is just developed. 2 other hotels next door as well.

This hotel boasts an excellent location right in the heart of Wangfujing, within walking distance of Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City. It's incredibly convenient for both sightseeing and shopping. The lobby is grand and impressive, and after a recent renovation, the rooms are clean and tidy with comfortable bedding. The bathroom has a great wet/dry separation, and the soundproofing is quite good. The service is warm and attentive; the front desk handles check-ins efficiently, and the housekeeping is meticulous and thoughtful. The breakfast offers a rich variety of options, combining both Chinese and Western dishes that are delicious. There's also an indoor pool and a gym, making it suitable for both family trips and business travel. It's a quiet oasis amidst the bustling city and offers great value for money. This is my top choice for a trip to Beijing, and I'll definitely stay here again!

I am writing to share my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service I received during my recent stay at your hotel. In particular, I would like to commend 吴轩宇and 刘莉 for making our visit truly memorable. The Housekeeping Staff, 刘莉 did an impeccable job maintaining my room. It was consistently clean and tidy, and I especially appreciated the diligence in replenishing the bottled water every day without fail. It is these small, thoughtful details that make a stay feel comfortable and well-cared for. I also want to highlight the proactive service provided by 吴轩宇. He truly went above and beyond by taking the initiative to assist with our luggage and provided very helpful guidance on how to use the hotel’s apps. His advice and welcoming attitude added significant value to our experience. The high standard of service provided by these two individuals is a credit to your team. Because of the excellent hospitality I experienced, I will certainly recommend this hotel to others and look forward to staying with you again on my next trip.

I came to Beijing for the weekend to visit a friend. While doing my research, I found that if you want to stay in the Chaoyang District, most of the hotels are older establishments. The Kempinski seemed like a good choice, being close to the embassy and hosting many international guests, so I figured the quality would be good. I booked an Executive River View Twin Room. The main advantage was the fantastic view from the window, overlooking the Liangma River. I purchased a pre-sale 3-day, 2-night package, which was cheaper than booking two separate nights. It included executive lounge access, a Peking duck dinner, and a minibar. Service: The service was very professional. The staff were clearly divided into roles, very enthusiastic, and quick to resolve any issues. On our first day, we didn't use the afternoon tea, so we asked if we could use it after checking out the next day. The front desk confirmed over the phone and agreed. They also granted us a late checkout until 2 PM. Room: It was smaller than I expected, and both single beds were only 1.1m wide. The highlights were the small bathtub in the bathroom and a desk in the main room. The overall decor was rather business-like; I'd say it was just okay, nothing special. Breakfast & Afternoon Tea: Breakfast was good with a wide variety of options. The muffins, scrambled eggs, smoked salmon, and hot rice noodles all get high marks. The coffee was average, which was a bit disappointing as I had high hopes. The Eggs Benedict was a letdown; I'm not a fan of the English muffin pairing. The afternoon tea was very, very, very mediocre. There were only about four or five kinds of pastries, very little fruit, and drinks like canned soda and sparkling water. Pros: ▪️The Liangma River is right downstairs, making it convenient for a morning stroll and some sun. The location is excellent, close to Solana, Sanlitun, and Chaoyang Park. Taxis to these places usually take around 20 minutes. ▪️The Peking duck included in the package was delicious. The description said it was a single serving, but we two couldn't even finish it. Personal cons: ▪️Soundproofing: There was a thin, locked wooden door between our room and the next, which resulted in very poor sound insulation. My friend and I were just talking at a normal volume in our room, and we woke up the neighbors who were trying to sleep. We felt terrible. ▪️Corridor Ceiling Height: I've never paid much attention to this in hotels before, but it was very noticeable here. The ceiling felt like it was only about 2 meters high, making me feel a bit dizzy walking through the hallway.

Every time I visit Beijing with my kids, I choose InterContinental. It's just across the street from Sanlitun, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. Plus, there are two subway stations nearby, so getting anywhere is a breeze. The room was comfortable, quiet, and spotless, with great natural light. Mika Flora, one of the staff members, was incredibly gentle and responsible, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The hotel's breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the service was prompt. My only suggestion would be to improve the quality and variety of pastries in the dessert section. For instance, most hotel restaurants seem to have savory floss bread, and adding more sweet and savory options could make the selection even richer.

The room isn't huge, and it's not a brand-new hotel, but the facilities and service are excellent. Let's start with the facilities: 1. The bedside lamps aren't directly overhead; they're adjustable, so you won't disturb anyone sleeping next to you. 2. The toilet is a Toto Washlet, and the flush is incredibly quiet. Many hotels now have smart toilets, but their flushes can be deafening, waking up everyone in the room in the middle of the night. This hotel's smart toilet is the quietest I've ever encountered, which is a huge plus. 3. The curtains are electric blackout blinds that move up and down, which I prefer because they don't collect dust easily. 4. The breakfast selection is quite extensive and very good. 5. The small garden isn't large, but it features rockeries, a waterfall, flowers, and several different types of trees, including hawthorn, apple, and even a Japanese Puxian cherry. Now, about the service: 1. There's an AI photo booth and a claw machine on the first floor, both free. The staff are incredibly enthusiastic. If a child can't grab a doll, they'll even open the machine to adjust the doll's position, making it easier for the child to win. The photo booth generates AI photos based on your shots and chosen backgrounds, printing them out as a fridge magnet – very cool! 2. When my child was taking a bottle of mineral water to go out, a staff member on the first floor noticed and proactively came over to attach a portable clip to the bottle so it could be hung. We stayed here for two days, and it felt more and more comfortable with each passing night. The room was also very quiet. Additionally, right next to the hotel is an ancient observatory, which was once the Royal Observatory. It's well worth a visit, with volunteer guides who explain China's astronomical history beautifully. Highly recommended.

My stay at Capital Hotel completely exceeded expectations; it truly lives up to its reputation as an established five-star hotel! 📍Location: Situated in the heart of the city center, right next to Chongwenmen subway station, surrounded by attractions and shopping areas. Getting around is a breeze. 🏡Environment: The hotel boasts its own traditional Chinese garden, with beautifully arranged corridors and greenery. The lobby's ancient paintings and bronze ornaments create a wonderful atmosphere. It's a tranquil oasis in a bustling area. 🛏️Room: The room was spacious and bright, and the facilities were well-maintained. The mattress was just right—not too soft, not too hard—and hot water supply was consistent. The toiletries were high quality, and the cleanliness details were perfectly handled. 🙋Service: From the doorman and front desk staff to the cleaning aunties, everyone was polite and attentive. Check-in and check-out were efficient, and requests were handled promptly. The entire experience was flawless! They even upgraded us to a suite for free! Overall, the value for money is exceptional. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Beijing for travel or business!

We stayed here for a family trip during the May Day holiday. The hotel's location is excellent, making it super convenient for getting around and finding places to eat. The service was pretty good too. As for the facilities, the room size was a bit on the smaller side, which I guess might be due to the hotel's overall positioning, so I can understand that. The biggest letdown, though, was the breakfast. It was extremely mediocre; our group of three families all felt there was absolutely nothing good to eat. We ended up just having some fruit and eggs. It pales in comparison to business hotels like Atour, Jianguo Puyin, or Orange Crystal, which feels mismatched with the hotel's caliber. I hope they can improve this in the future.

Thank you so much! Since it was our anniversary, the hotel prepared a small cake for us in advance! The greeting card even had hand-drawn designs, and so did the window! It was incredibly thoughtful! Every staff member we encountered at the hotel greeted us. The front desk lady, knowing I collect room cards, even gave me a special bunny-themed room card! I'm so happy we got to stay here on such a special day. I'd love to experience the Beijing Four Seasons with you again in the future!

After comparing many hotels online, and considering we were traveling with a child, we were ultimately drawn to the Grand Hyatt's unique swimming pool and spacious family suite with an independent washer-dryer combo. It turned out to be the right choice – the hotel's location is convenient, with a mall downstairs and direct access to the subway station. The pool and gym facilities are new and well-equipped. Besides the main pool, there are two smaller heated pools, and the changing rooms even have hot spring baths, a sauna, steam room, showers, hair dryers, and a swimsuit spin dryer. Our child absolutely loved it! Our personal butler, Chris, was incredibly responsive to all our requests. We didn't expect to get an extra bed during the May Day holiday, but to our surprise, they provided a very comfortable one. The breakfast spread was rich, a blend of Chinese and Western cuisine, with fresh and delicious ingredients, comparable to the Ritz-Carlton in Sanya. When we returned to our room in the evening, the housekeeping staff not only tidied our charging cables but also left laundry detergent. All of this was included in the room rate I booked in advance, making it excellent value for money. We will definitely choose this hotel again next time we visit Beijing.

GGuest UserThis was my first stay at the Grand Millennium Beijing, and it exceeded my expectations by far. It wasn't overly crowded, so it felt very peaceful and quiet. The swimming pool is a major highlight, integrated seamlessly with the gym on a different floor, creating a spacious, high-ceilinged area with a Southeast Asian vibe. I encountered many Hong Kongers there, from business travelers in the elevator to an elderly couple in the executive lounge; they were all very humble and friendly. The surrounding area boasts a wide variety of restaurants, and the Fortune Plaza Mall is practically a canteen for Beijing's white-collar workers. The night view is also top-notch, with the CCTV Headquarters lit up beautifully. A pleasant surprise was bumping into a celebrity while working out – the 'rooster among roosters,' haha. The Grand Millennium is fantastic, giving me every reason to return. The male manager who handled my check-in was very gracious, and the service was just perfect.

AAnonymous UserWhat a pleasant surprise! Every detail in the room made us feel incredibly comfortable. My son especially loved the setup of the lounge area; the wall art and lighting were perfectly matched, creating a stylish ambiance. The kitchen was an absolute bonus, fully equipped with a Siemens dishwasher and washing machine, and all the dishes and pots were neatly organized. Traveling with a child, I didn't have to worry about a thing – it was so convenient to prepare baby food or warm up meals for him. It truly felt like home. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Beijing!

Wwfr0123I spent a long time choosing this room, and after checking in, I truly felt like I made the right choice 🥰🥰. The front desk staff were also very enthusiastic; when I checked in and saw a crowd, they guided me to an adjacent counter to process my check-in 🫰. The hotel facilities are relatively new and all feature smart technology. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and it's spacious with two sinks. The faucet water flow is very quiet, with no strange noises. The room design is excellent and the layout is well-planned, with thoughtful touches everywhere 😘😘. Coffee and tea are neatly arranged in separate drawers, and there's even a mini-bar cart. I highly recommend it. The hotel offers a shuttle service to Universal Studios, and you can even see Harry Potter from the hotel.

LLynn2hannaThis hotel is located on Wangfujing Street, within walking distance of the Forbidden City, and just two bus stops from Tiananmen Square, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing. The executive lounge was a lifesaver, providing two meals a day and afternoon tea for the elderly and children, saving us the hassle of planning where to eat. The swimming pool was the biggest surprise—it has both a regular pool and a heated children's pool. After swimming, you can even use the sauna in the changing area before heading back to your room feeling refreshed. The service was generally good. The only downside is that the executive lounge is a bit small and the food selection is limited, so I'd recommend having breakfast downstairs. We'll definitely be back, highly recommend!

JJinganheleFirst off, I want to commend the front desk, the bellhops, and the housekeeping staff – they were all incredibly attentive and responsive. They even surprised me with a tiramisu cake for my birthday, which I really appreciate. On the downside, the facilities are showing their age. For example, in room 2025, the bathtub caddy kept popping open on its own. The first time, after my bath, I almost scraped my leg on it. I’d push it back in, and it would just pop open again. I understand that after so many years, wear and tear is normal, but maintenance really needs to address these issues promptly. Also, the doormen outside are a few middle-aged men with large bellies; you can tell they wouldn’t be much help with heavy luggage, and they’re not very observant either – they won’t come over unless you wave them down. Lastly, the tea provided in the room feels a bit cheap. It would be much better if it were all Twinings.

AAeroXOverseas Chinese Mansion Refined Hotel Beijing | A luxurious and refined stay with an overseas Chinese touch, right by the Imperial City 🏯 Located in the heart of Wangfujing, this is a refreshed masterpiece among China's top ten buildings, perfectly blending historical heritage with modern luxury and elegance. The location is absolutely superb! It's super close to the Forbidden City, the National Art Museum, and Wangfujing, all within walking distance. The subway entrance is right next door, making sightseeing and dining a breeze. The lobby is incredibly artistic, with sculptures of the Six Steeds of Zhaoling Mausoleum and a Fuchuan boat model, subtly showcasing its overseas Chinese heritage everywhere. FFanfanbufanMy stay at Mandarin Oriental Qianmen, Beijing, was truly unforgettable, and I deeply appreciated the brand's consistently high standard of service. From the moment I arrived at the hotel entrance, my butler, Melody, personally greeted me and assisted with check-in. Throughout my entire stay, from check-in to my departure, she maintained a perfectly proactive yet unobtrusive service rhythm – meticulous and thoughtful, yet making me feel comfortable and at ease. Whenever I needed assistance, she was promptly there, while also maintaining appropriate boundaries. This professional yet warm and personalized service truly showcased Mandarin Oriental's service excellence. I also want to specially commend Carla at the front desk. She was incredibly efficient and professional during both check-in and check-out, with smooth processes and a very warm and friendly attitude. The dining experience was equally impressive. While dining at The Courtyard, Iris provided professional and detailed introductions for each dish, making the meal much richer and more enjoyable. For in-room dining, I chose to have hot pot in the courtyard, and Daisy and her team made thorough preparations. The ingredients were incredibly fresh, and the overall setup was exquisitely arranged, creating a fantastic ambiance and perfect photo opportunities. The experience was absolutely exceptional. Regarding the SPA, I'd like to extend a special thanks to Tiana at the front desk. She patiently explained the different treatments and helped me choose one that was perfectly suited for me. The next day, I returned for a facial treatment. The entire process was incredibly smooth and relaxing, and both therapists, Ivy and Sunny, were highly professional. The experience was excellent. Every single staff member I encountered during my stay was highly dedicated, and you could truly feel the team's commitment to service quality. My experience at Mandarin Oriental Qianmen, Beijing, was delightful, and I look forward to returning in the future.

Zzqshining1. We stayed here during the Spring Festival. Two families booked a two-bedroom apartment, and on New Year's Eve, we gathered in the living room to watch the Spring Festival Gala and play games, which the kids absolutely loved. 2. Getting a taxi to and from the city center was convenient, and there's a Siji Minfu restaurant right across the street. 3. Breakfast could be ordered as takeout, and there were plenty of options. 4. Although the apartment building is a bit older, it's well-maintained overall. 5. Having a kitchen, washing machine, refrigerator, and microwave made our stay incredibly convenient.
