We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Raddisson Daxing Airport Hotel! The. Our room was spacious, incredibly clean, and the bed was so comfortable we slept soundly. The front desk staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful with directions and recommendations. The breakfast buffet offered a huge variety of delicious, freshly made options. We would definitely return!”.

1: The hotel boasts a great location, surrounded by several unique parks in Beijing, making it incredibly convenient and quick to get anywhere. It's an excellent choice for out-of-town visitors, especially given its relatively good value for money. 2: Putting aside out-of-town tourists, as a local, I wouldn't choose to stay here again. First, there's hardly anything edible for breakfast. The bread is truly awful, and there aren't even any omelets. The restaurant staff offered zero service; when I asked for baby utensils, I was given a filthy set with a huge smudge, and I had to get my own coffee. 3: As someone with mild mysophobia, the general cleanliness of the room was acceptable, but the sliding bathroom door definitely hadn't been wiped down by the cleaning staff – the long-standing grime was evident. The side of the sink and the towel bar were also very dirty; I had to clean them myself with a cotton wipe and water. 4: The bathtub's placement was very awkward, making it difficult to lay out a disposable tub liner. The open-plan bathroom design meant a constant draft while bathing. 5: I woke up at 4 AM scratching uncontrollably. I don't know if it was the water or the sheets, but I was incredibly itchy. I'm not known for having sensitive skin, and in all the hotels I've stayed at, I've never experienced such intense itching. This is the first time in my life I've felt such an all-over prickling sensation. It's been 12 hours since I returned home, and I'm still incredibly itchy. I have no idea what at the hotel made my skin so sensitive. To sum up, this hotel's overall standards are mediocre. I can accept the 80 RMB parking fee cap, but in other aspects, it certainly doesn't live up to a five-star standard.

My stay at the Beijing Joy Hotel truly exceeded all expectations – it was absolutely outstanding. From check-in to check-out, every single staff member demonstrated incredible professionalism and politeness. Their service attitude was consistently warm and meticulous, making us feel genuinely at home, comfortable, and at ease. I'd like to extend a special thank you to Zhan Yuying from the front office. She was genuinely enthusiastic and incredibly thoughtful towards guests, always going the extra mile. When a family member fell ill during our stay, she immediately offered her concern, thoughtfully recommended nearby hospitals, and continued to check in on their condition before and after medical treatment, which was incredibly comforting. For our travel needs, she proactively provided itinerary suggestions and helped arrange a car to the airport, ensuring everything was well-planned and our journey was smooth. Whether it was check-in, luggage assistance, room cleaning, parcel collection, breakfast service, or the final step of check-out, we deeply felt her full dedication and responsibility towards her work. She truly ensured that guests could stay with peace of mind and comfort. Her attentive service not only showcased her personal sincerity and professionalism but also reflected the hotel's consistent service philosophy. The Beijing Joy Hotel sets an excellent benchmark for hospitality, one that many other hotels could learn from. The hotel's breakfast offered a rich variety of options in an elegant setting. Our room was cleaned promptly and thoroughly, and any guest request was quickly responded to and properly handled. Throughout our entire stay, from the front office to our room and all the accompanying services, everything was seamlessly connected with genuine hospitality, making us feel reassured, relaxed, and joyful. This experience was truly precious, and it makes us unhesitatingly willing to choose this hotel again and recommend it to our friends and family. My heartfelt thanks to Beijing Joy Hotel for such a warm, comfortable, and memorable stay. We look forward to seeing you again.

For the past few months, every weekend, I've enjoyed finding a quiet place to unwind from the week's fatigue. Booking an executive room at a five-star hotel and savoring the exclusive afternoon tea and happy hour has become my unique weekend ritual. After experiencing several different five-star hotels, I still unequivocally chose Kempinski again. Although its executive rooms are more compact and refined compared to executive rooms in other hotels, the beautiful view of the Liangma River outside the room always captivates me. The lounge's afternoon tea and dinner genuinely surpass many five-star hotels; the rich and delicious food always satisfies my taste buds. On the first day of the New Year, I met service staff member Feng Xiangchao again, and he was as enthusiastic and attentive as ever. Knowing I can't eat very cold food, he warmed up all the seafood for me, which was incredibly thoughtful. The next day, we met another service staff member, He Xu, who recommended the best-tasting desserts and, seeing a child nearby, kindly reminded the child and parents to be careful. The attentive service from every staff member here truly makes us feel warm and comfortable. At dinner, I chanced upon a couple with their child. Like us, they also spend every weekend at a five-star hotel. They, too, chose Kempinski again after trying several other five-star hotels because they shared our experience of warmth, excellent service, and delicious food here. This is more than just a hotel; it's a sanctuary for many loyal customers, a haven where they find solace in their busy lives. For future weekends, we will undoubtedly continue to choose Kempinski to enjoy this wonderful time that belongs solely to me. We've already booked our stay here for this coming Chinese New Year, and we're looking forward to it…

The hotel boasts an excellent location, right at the entrance of Wangfujing Pedestrian Street, next to Wangfujing Church. It's incredibly convenient for getting around, shopping, and dining, with a hot pot restaurant just across the street. While the hotel itself appears a bit older, the room facilities have been renovated and are very new and clean. The hotel can accommodate foreign guests and also hosts large-scale banquet events.

Stayed at the Legendale Hotel at the end of 2025. The lobby had a strong Christmas atmosphere, and many people came to take photos, making it a bit crowded. There were also many hotel guests. The rooms felt a bit dated but were fully equipped, and the service was warm and attentive. Every time I stay, I enjoy walking in the corridor outside my room; I really like this atrium-style design. Another reason I choose to stay at the Legendale Hotel is its close proximity to Peking Union Medical College Hospital, which is within walking distance, making it very convenient for medical check-ups.

Finally checked into the Renaissance Beijing Wangfujing Hotel, which I'd been looking forward to, and the experience far exceeded my expectations! **Excellent Location**: The hotel is situated in the heart of the Wangfujing commercial district. Step right out into a bustling shopping street, and you can walk to the Forbidden City and the National Art Museum of China. It's incredibly convenient for dining, entertainment, and experiencing Beijing's culture. For tourists, this is truly the perfect starting point to explore Beijing. **Impeccable Service**: From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I felt the thoughtful and attentive service. The front desk staff were efficient and friendly, quickly handling my check-in. The concierge proactively helped with my luggage and guided me, which was very welcoming. **Comfortable and Elegant Rooms**: We stayed in a Forbidden City view room, and the view was absolutely unbeatable! Watching the silhouette of the Forbidden City light up gradually at night created an incredible ambiance. The room design was modern with a touch of Beijing flair. The bedding and bathrobes were soft and high-quality, ensuring a great night's sleep. The bathroom amenities and rainfall shower also enhanced the stay. **Outstanding Dining Experience**: The breakfast selection was incredibly diverse, with a wide range of Chinese and Western options, plus authentic Beijing snacks. Staff cleared plates promptly, and the dining environment was very comfortable. **Overall Impression**: Whether for business or leisure, the Renaissance Beijing Wangfujing offers a high-quality accommodation experience. I'm completely won over by the heating at Grand Hyatt Beijing! Even though I visited during the coldest time of the year, the entire hotel was wonderfully warm, almost like the 25-degree weather in Shenzhen. The front desk service was incredibly prompt; someone came to take my luggage before I even reached the counter, and check-in was handled swiftly and seamlessly. The fresh flowers in the lobby were elegant and sophisticated, and the carefully placed greenery brought a touch of vibrant green to the winter. The gym facilities are comprehensive, and the swimming area recreates a tropical beach vibe, making guests feel as if they're on a beautiful island at sunset. The breakfast selection is extensive, offering a blend of Chinese and Western dishes and catering to various regional tastes. Room service was warm and attentive. Special thanks to Amy and Anya for their thoughtful service.

As a detail-oriented person, my stay here was absolutely perfect! Before I even checked in, Mika called to ask about my needs, which was a lovely touch. The cleanliness was impeccable; every nook and cranny, from the floor gaps to the corners of the nightstands, was spotless – even the air conditioning vents were dust-free. The service was equally outstanding. Rose was always smiling and proactively offered tips for local attractions. Yolanda and Mia were incredibly responsive. The room facilities were complete and modern, with blackout curtains and effective air conditioning being huge pluses. What really impressed me were the thoughtful little details: after check-in, I received a refreshing pear drink to soothe my throat, and the small bottled hot water was not only clean and hygienic but also convenient to carry around. Such thoughtfulness is hard not to love, definitely five stars!

Bringing my family together at the Sofitel Beijing for New Year's Day was an incredibly smart choice! The hotel's location and views are superb, the rooms are fantastic, the food is delicious, and the service is top-notch! We upgraded to a 100 sqm double suite by paying the difference, and it was absolutely stunning, with floor-to-ceiling windows on two sides overlooking Chang'an Avenue and the East Second Ring Road – the night view was simply breathtaking. Equipped with two king-size beds and a large sofa, the whole family stayed comfortably and happily! The lobby's holiday decorations were warm and inviting, and I savored the rich aroma of hand-poured Kopi Luwak coffee. The Cantonese cuisine at Yipin Hall was authentic and delicious, and the breakfast was extensive and exquisite. What touched me most was Mr. Leo from the business department, who coordinated everything from room type recommendations to check-in arrangements with thoughtful consideration, making us feel truly at home! The staff at the front desk, the executive lounge in the lobby bar, Ms. Zhao Ying from Yipin Hall restaurant, and the three hardworking housekeeping staff (Zhao Xiangqin, Liu Huaju, and Su Nannan) were all incredibly friendly and professional. In short, I highly recommend Sofitel Beijing; it truly embodies the high quality of a five-star hotel!

GGuest UserThe room attendant cleaned promptly, and there was a dedicated person in the lobby to operate the elevators. The gym and pool staff were friendly and welcoming. The deluxe view room, facing due east and located on floors 25 and above, is part of the executive level, offering panoramic views of the East Third Ring Road. In the mornings, you can gaze at the 'fog city' (referring to Beijing's occasional haze), and at night, admire the iconic illuminated landmarks. The nearby multi-story PwC building, lit 24/7, evoked many similar memories for me. The pool facilities were also excellent – a truly worthwhile experience!

XXiangyaofujidezhongniandashuThe room layout was a bit long and narrow, which I wasn't used to, but it did have its advantages – the sound of the washing machine didn't bother the bedroom. The gym and pool were both very spacious, and the fitness facilities were comprehensive, even including a billiards table, which exceeded my expectations. Breakfast was standard, and the service was quite good.

Though it’s slightly away from the city center, the amenities and pricing make it a smart choice. Highly recommended.

__M1363120****Really enjoyed my staycation at the Mandarin Hutong with my favorite person. We booked the hotel's basic room type, and the hotel generously offered a complimentary two-level upgrade at check-in. During our stay, they also provided tea and bottled water for brewing it. The room itself already came with a wide selection of complimentary soft drinks and a bottle of white wine. Sticking to the principle of not wasting anything, haha, and with a local friend joining us for a game of 'Guandan' (a Chinese card game) in the room, we made sure to fully enjoy all the beverages, trying not to let anything go to waste! 😁 The only minor point of criticism was one of the Mandarin staff members; it seemed like her knowledge of the hotel's room types was less than mine, who just browses forums, which was a bit awkward. 😅 Overall, it was very much worth it. I look forward to coming back here for a second visit with her in a different season in the future.

MM303531****This hotel is great for a weekend getaway with kids. Juyongguan Great Wall and Shuiguan Great Wall are nearby, with Shuiguan Great Wall being closer and less crowded, though a bit challenging to climb. The hotel is nestled in the mountains, offering a pleasant environment with individual villas dotted up the hillside. Our room was quite far, so we needed to drive to the lobby and restaurant. The hotel also offers many family-friendly activities. On our second morning, we participated in a valley hike, which was essentially a mountain climb – it requires some stamina. There were also quite a few downsides. Given how spread out the rooms are and how far they are from the lobby, one would expect butler service, but there was none. Moreover, it was very difficult to get through to the front desk from the room phone. For a self-proclaimed 'family-friendly hotel,' there weren't even children's slippers in the room. After finally getting through on the phone, it took an hour for them to be delivered. Why weren't they provided directly at check-in when they saw we had a child? The room itself was fairly large, but the bathroom lacked air conditioning/heating, and the shower was open-concept. This design might be fine in Sanya, but in Yanqing, showering at night was absolutely freezing. There was also water pooling, and when staff came to check, they said it was because the floor drain was too high, and nothing could be done, which was a bit frustrating. We had two meals at the hotel restaurant; the food was good, albeit a bit pricey. We also ate at a farmhouse restaurant down the mountain where the iron pot stewed fish was delicious – I forgot its name, but it had “Tell Old Mo I want to eat fish” written on the wall. Despite the downsides, it's still a good place for a weekend with kids. The hotel has an outdoor pool and a children's splash pool, which were closed due to the cold weather. We'll definitely bring the kids back in the summer.
