I chose the Radisson Hotel for my stay in Beijing, and it did not disappoint, in fact it exceeded my expectations!! The location is excellent -- just a few kilometers from Daxing Airport. Despite being close to the airport, the rooms are very well soundproofed, so there’s no need to worry about noise. I slept soundly through the night until morning. I'd like to commend the front desk staff member whose name was Summer. He was warm and attentive throughout my stay. During check-in, he proactively introduced the hotel’s facilities, and very patient and nice to us. The breakfast was especially impressive, with a wide variety of options that were both nutritious and delicious. Overall, the hotel offers great value for money and is highly recommended. The gym is well equipped, and there are also self-service laundry & drying machines available, which is a big plus to my stay! Absolutely will choose Radisson Daxing again for my future stays in Beijing, certainly a no-brainer decision that I'd make.

The front desk service was excellent, and we received a room upgrade. The room size was just right, with well-designed facilities and layout. The toiletries provided were of good quality. The breakfast was quite rich, offering both Western and Chinese options. The location is very convenient, with easy walking access to Wangfujing Street. The surrounding area also has a strong artistic vibe.

She was genuinely enthusiastic and incredibly thoughtful towards guests, always going the extra mile. When a family member fell ill during our stay, she immediately offered her concern, thoughtfully recommended nearby hospitals, and continued to check in on their condition before and after medical treatment, which was incredibly comforting. For our travel needs, she proactively provided itinerary suggestions and helped arrange a car to the airport, ensuring everything was well-planned and our journey was smooth. Whether it was check-in, luggage assistance, room cleaning, parcel collection, breakfast service, or the final step of check-out, we deeply felt her full dedication and responsibility towards her work. She truly ensured that guests could stay with peace of mind and comfort. Her attentive service not only showcased her personal sincerity and professionalism but also reflected the hotel's consistent service philosophy. The Beijing Joy Hotel sets an excellent benchmark for hospitality, one that many other hotels could learn from. The hotel's breakfast offered a rich variety of options in an elegant setting. Our room was cleaned promptly and thoroughly, and any guest request was quickly responded to and properly handled. Throughout our entire stay, from the front office to our room and all the accompanying services, everything was seamlessly connected with genuine hospitality, making us feel reassured, relaxed, and joyful. This experience was truly precious, and it makes us unhesitatingly willing to choose this hotel again and recommend it to our friends and family. Staying at the Kempinski camping room with family over Christmas 2025 was an incredibly impressive experience overall. We checked in at the 15th-floor Executive Lounge on Christmas Eve. The hotel is located on the left bank of Beijing's 'Seine River,' the Liangma River, and you can walk to the riverside via an internal passage. The main hotel building is also connected to the Lufthansa Center mall by an indoor corridor. During our stay, every staff member, whether it was the person who checked me in, the concierge in the lobby, or the housekeeping staff we met in the corridors, greeted us actively and warmly. Special thanks to Clark and his colleagues at the Executive Lounge for helping me coordinate our check-in and afternoon tea arrangements. They made a later check-in for family members (with young children) feel incredibly welcoming and festive. The camping room setup was very thoughtfully designed. For the Christmas theme this time, in addition to the original large tent, there was a Christmas tree and festive decorations. I heard that the room's furnishings and decorations are constantly adjusted according to different seasons and holidays. My child has already requested to stay at the Kempinski Hotel Lufthansa Center again for our next holiday.

Great Location near Wangfujing & Excellent Service by NOVA Location: Excellent location! Very close to Subway Line 8 (Jinyu Hutong Station). You can easily exit via in88 or APM building. There are plenty of restaurants and malls along the street towards Wangfujing Station. Travel Tip: If coming from the airport with luggage, I recommend taking Line 5 to Dengshikou Station. Walking through the alley next to the hotel is much easier for dragging luggage. Room: Great furniture layout and bathroom. The hot water is stable (temperature doesn't swing). I recommend choosing a room with a window to help ventilate the room if the heater gets too warm. Service: Special thanks to NOVA. The staff communicates very well and was extremely helpful during my stay.

I was very satisfied with my choice of this hotel. The hotel's location is excellent; it's convenient for getting anywhere. Dengshikou subway station is only 300 meters away. Wangfujing is a 10-minute walk, offering a wide selection of food and shopping. The Forbidden City is just over a 20-minute walk. The hotel's heated pool, sauna, hot tub, and gym are all fantastic facilities. I stayed for four days and swam almost every day. The staff cleaned our room very thoroughly every day, and knowing there were four of us, they provided enough bottled water for us to drink. The Christmas decorations in the lobby were beautiful, and the children were very excited. Some young people specifically came to take photos, which I think is perfectly fine and didn't affect our stay. I support the hotel's approach, allowing more people to share in the joy.

What was even more impressive was her proactive care throughout our subsequent stay. She checked in with us daily, quickly and efficiently responding to and handling all our needs, truly embodying the meaning of 'a home away from home.' The hotel's Executive Lounge was a major highlight of our stay. Located on the 17th floor, it operates from 6:30 AM until 9:30 PM, with extended hours that perfectly accommodate various schedules. Whether it was starting the day with a hearty breakfast, enjoying a pleasant afternoon tea, having a light meal in place of dinner, or unwinding with a drink in the evening, the lounge consistently offered high-quality food and a comfortable environment, significantly enhancing the convenience and sense of luxury of our stay. Most unforgettable was the hotel's exceptional location and views. From the floor-to-ceiling windows of the Executive Lounge or our own guest room, national landmarks such as the Forbidden City, the Great Hall of the People, and the National Museum were all clearly visible, like a flowing historical scroll unfolding outside our window. The serene solemnity of the morning and the dazzling brilliance of the night gave this trip an extraordinary sense of awe and memory. This was my first time staying eight consecutive nights at one hotel. In summary, the Renaissance Beijing Wangfujing Hotel perfectly exemplifies the standards of a five-star hotel with its top-notch facilities, unparalleled location, and the excellent service provided by staff members like Elaine Xia. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a high-quality trip to Beijing.

Our stay at Grand Hyatt Beijing truly exceeded expectations! Ayesha at the front desk was incredibly warm and welcoming. Seeing that I had a child with me, she proactively arranged for kids' amenities and patiently answered all our questions throughout our stay. The room was exceptionally clean, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a wonderful night's sleep. Breakfast offered a fantastic variety of both Chinese and Western options, and the taste was absolutely amazing. At check-out, they promptly asked for our feedback, and we genuinely felt their immense sincerity. We will definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit to Beijing!

I was in Beijing for a business trip and stayed in Sanlitun. I chose the Intercontinental, and I'm so glad I did! From the moment I checked in, GRO Chloe's warm welcome showed incredible sincerity – proactive greetings, thoughtful service, and attention to detail were all top-notch. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent. The location is also superb, right next to the giant outdoor screen, and super convenient for shopping and getting around. For someone like me with a packed schedule, it was truly fantastic. The staff were always available and responded quickly to any request. I even received a lovely welcome gift from the hotel, which was a really sweet touch. Next time I'm in Beijing, I'll definitely choose this place again. I've already recommended it to friends; it's truly worth experiencing!

Staying at this hotel was an unexpectedly delightful experience! The front desk staff, especially Leah, was incredibly attentive, providing comprehensive information about the hotel's operating hours and facilities. Her service was genuinely warm and efficient, making our trip completely worry-free. The room was almost pitch black, which made for a fantastic night's sleep. However, you do need to take a taxi to go shopping or dining elsewhere.
