This is a wonderful trip. 3 days 2 nights unlimited access of theme park. Include - buffet dinner . Chimelong is the best theme park in the world . Hope I can see chimelong theme park built all over the world.

After we searched for a long time, we came across the Pullman.  It is the only hotel connected to the shopping area FuHuaLi. It is literally right behind the hotel and there is a lot of shopping and some good restaurants. It is an outdoor mall so coming in winter was perfect. The attached photo shows the view from our room. The service was also very good. Evelyn at the front desk was extremely helpful especially when we had a problem with our room. They were also able to accommodate our request for a higher floor and late check out. All in all, a great experience and we would stay here again.

The rooms were spacious and clean, and the amenities provided made our stay even more enjoyable. The location was perfect for exploring the local attractions. St Regis Hotel Shenzhen is located at the Grand Theatre Station which is a few stops from Lo Wu Station. It’s also on the way to KK Mall so it is extremely convenient to go eating and shopping there. The guest room is very spacious with a good city view. We particularly enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and the water temperature is just perfect. From the swimming pool, there is also bright sunlight shining through the big windows. The only drawback is that there is some cigarette smell in the toilet and I am not sure it’s inherited from the immediate guest before. Overall, I think it is a first class hotel in SZ and it is good value for money to stay there for a short trip.

Very close to Sunac Snow Park, the hotel will arrange for shuttle to go and come back. Breakfast spread was good. Not sure if it was low season when we went, but we had to take a buggy to another affiliate hotel nearby for breakfast because our hotel restaurant did not open. Unfortunately, the room we were given had bed bugs! Everyone woke up with bites. We informed the front desk, and the manager was apologetic and applied antiseptic and medicine to my daughter's bites. They changed our room and thankfully no more bites.

The suite was amazingly big and comfortable for a reasonable price. Location is great, like 4mins walk to Guomao station. Surrounding filled with shopping malls, variety of food outlets and most of all many clean and reasonable prices massage parlour around. The services was exceptional fantastic especially kudos to Eason who is very approable, friendly and attentive to your five star services needs and enquiries. Giving the hotel a top notch service experience. The buffet breakfast has a vast variety and the revolving Restaurant on 50th floor has amazing views, vast variety of food selections and live seafood buffet menu at a fantastic price. The hotel is conveniently located next to Shenzhen train station, which takes less than 8 mins walk through the underpass. Was happy to have the room upgraded to 22nd floor. The room view was spectacular with the border of HK and the City of Shenzhen, including the railway track consisting of high speed rail train and slow train. Breakfast was good with a variety of choices to pick from. Was actually thrilled to receive the spa voucher of 88 but alas, it was a disappointment as the service was poor. I came at 10pm, after changing my booking. The person in charge, just came hurriedly and spoke to me in Chinese( whereby my Chinese language was not so good as I am still a beginne) quickly and left me all alone by myself. As the massage room was in another area, where you need to step out from changing room, I was waiting for 10 mins to get a changing gown as I was only given a towel and disposable underwear. I went looking around for the attendant and found most of them in the front of entrance and none in the room, attending or checking on me. I just left without doing the massage. I report this to the hotel manager the next day, as I tried calling the guest service center and operator a couple of times after the incidentto give them feedback but nobody picks up the phone!

it was an amazing experience staying in the genpla hotel. all the staffs are very friendly, helpful. the place is very new, clean and spacious. the house keeping even wrote me a personal note and gave me extra pencils and paper because i asked for one more pencil once. They are very thoughtful, the service is way better than the 5 stars international hotels. the hotel is also close to a mall and mtr. very convenient. i highly recommend to friends and everyone!

Absolutely loved our stay.  we stayed with a small child of three years old. He enjoyed every bit of it. The hotel has eye for detail for children. For example, it has bath slippers for children, bathrobes,  and also children’s shampoo and washing gel.  the most extravagant part is the breakfast you have so much choice and  you can enjoy your breakfast next to real life penguins as a sightseeing. Definitely recommend staying here when you visit Chimelong Park with children and also definitely recommend the breakfast.

Really loved this hotel. Can't be more thankful about the superb service by all the staff in this hotel from helping with luggage storage to parcel delivery to facilitating room changes. Rooms were clean, bed was comfortable, shower was just right. Would definitely stay here again!

Premium location. The hotel is located in the heart of Shenzhen . Cool staff , very welcoming , Got an upgrade from the with a wonderful large room and bathtub with a splendid view of the city 🌆. Enjoyed the stay , the breakfast and the meetings I had at this facility .

We arrived at hotel at 3pm for check in but staff called only around 5:15pm for check in. We were suppose to be able to check in at 3:30pm. Cleaniness not upto a 5 star hotel standard. Hair still on floor and stain around bathroom. Breakfast buffet is good and fresh.

This Pullman hotel is right next to Shenzhen North high speed rail station. Less than 5 minutes walk from the station. Also number 4, 5 and 6 Metro stop in this station too. There is a shopping mall next to the rail station with many restaurants. I pick up some snacks and drinks from a 7-11 shop there. Check in lobby and breakfast room are on 46 floor with a great view of the Shenzhen north area. All rooms are on high floor. I stay in room 5608 with a nice view. Room is clean, has decent size, modern and relaxing design with bath tub, which is an added bounce. Breakfast is buffet style with good selection. Coffee is decent too. I have a relaxing stay there. Do not mind to go back for an other visit.

Booked Intercity hotel instead of a chain hotel because of the great rating. Arrived and the outside is impressive with someone to help you with luggage’s. Checking in was a bit difficult as we didn’t speak Mandarin and their knowledge of English wasn’t good but somehow we got there. They made a big effort to try and take our order when we did room service even sending someone up to personally take our order. Nice touches are their service with a smile and always so helpful. The rooms were tastefully decorated Japanese minimal style and we ordered a corner view room but because we were 6th floor there wasn’t much of a view. Only of the highway but it was still nice and bright. Shower and toilet were separated which was quite nice. Only thing was the pillows were a bit high and the air conditioning was a either too hot or too cold. Otherwise everything was great. I would come back again. Front desk lady Hui Ling made a great effort to help us so would definitely return if staying again. In terms of location, there is a KK ONE mall next door but we found that it’s a bit more local than what we would like. So we did day trips a lot. Overall I can’t fault this hotel! It’s a very pleasant stsy.

As one of the better hotels in that area, of the 4 nights we stay, the room make up never have the cups washed or spoon cleaned. The scale was broken, and the cabinet door holding the fridge need to be opened to keep the fridge cool. The bedsheets were never changed despite we did not put the “no change sheet” card on the bed. Also the mattress was quite hard. However in view of the convenience to Bonski, it might be still a good choice to stay in.

There was no way to get out of resort for meals if one is not driving . Meals can be costly when you have it at the Chimelong hotel . One better option is to take an internal shuttle bus to Pandan Hotel Food court as you are able to get cheaper option this way . Overall during autumn , the air in one of the room we booked is rather stale . Have to turn on the aroma fragrance oil . This is quickly resolved by leaving one keycard to have the room aircon stay on while we are away for meals . But I must say the hotel staff from lobby staff to room cleaners are all very helpful and kind . They will greet the guests whenever they see us and always come over to offer their assistance

we stayed at the Hilton Tianhe in Guangzhou for one night and the service was amazing. Nicole from front office was around to ensure that nothing went wrong, and kimi at front-desk was very warm and friendly. The check-in also didn't take long. this gave us the feeling of being valued as guests. We were also given an extremely early check-in at 11am, and the 23rd story (the building has a total of 24 stories), and a nice birthday cake as an amenity. The price is reasonable and it is located a short walk away from the mrt (we used exit B2). Based on the hotel's TV information, a shuttle bus might be available, so do email them to ask. Booked this hotel for its two famous restaurants. It’s turns out that the room is also well-maintained and rather spacious. The soundproofing is poor though, not sure whether it’s for all rooms or because we are assigned a room with connected one.

Nice hotel with lot of art installations in the lobby. Rooms are spacious, they have separate bathroom and restrooms, moreover they got cocktail shaker so you can do your own cocktail in the room. Also one of the best locations in Guangzhou, near to everything. I did expect the breakfast would be something spectacular like in W hotel Hong kong, but it was just a regular breakfast like in every hotel.

Very friendly and accommodating staff; charging ports are on wall ( but charging heads needed) but also usb ports and charger located on the alarm clock; breakfast was so-so but enough variety; great location to subway and 4 malls surrounding the location; overall great stay

The hotel building is old and has been renovated. The rooms are large and have very good facilities. The hotel breakfast is located on the 30th floor and is very complete and has a beautiful view of the city. The staff is very nice. Unfortunately, I saw a cockroach in the hotel lobby, which was very pathetic!!!

Hotel is very cool, able to see peacocks, rabbits, giant birds while eating breakfast and also in the lobby as well. It is a big hotel so we had to take time to go from 1 end to the other. You have to be on the advanced user of Wechat/Alipay to fully enjoy chimelong if you are not a local. Ordering room service requires wechat and also i had to connect to their wifi to access the food menu. there is also a convenience store at lvl 1, also a vending machine (using wechat) at every lift lobby. Take note that you have to walk 10-15mins out of you want to order food. Buying of circus tickets etc, all using wechat. For foreign travelers, we have to go to the ticketing station to register our faces. It is more of a themepark for locals, have to squeeze in the buffet line + shuttle buses to ferry you to the attractions. Managed to take the free cable car and see the panda at the zoo. The circus is a MUST GO, super impressive, upgrade to the VIP if you can, don't seat too near the front, the middle lane has performances as well. Recommended for family with small kids!

This hotel is just amazing with service, atmosphere, gym and swimming pool, all outstanding. Next to a mall is just speechless, can eat all you want from morning to night. Would definitely come again. My family especially my kids love it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your hotel. We truly appreciated the hotel arranging a cake for me and providing a playground pass for my child. The breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of food options. The service was professional, thanks to the check-in staff and the concierge. The hotel is quite new, and it was convenient to have the mall on the hotel's second floor. The rooms were clean, tidy, and quiet. Jisoo at the children's playground was exceptionally polite and patient.

Me and my family had an amazing experience staying at this hotel. The facilities were amazing, and the outdoor swimming pool is gorgeous. There is also a tennis court, a gym room, an indoor swimming pool and also other facilities. The room is spacious, and the sea view is magnificent. There is also a massive balcony that faces the gigantic ocean. The tub was very nice and there is also a walk-in closet. The hotel lobby is stunning, and the television has movies, tv shows and other kinds of entertainment. Moreover, the staff was helpful. They helped us a lot. For example, we asked to get a bag of ice, and the staff gave us a whole bucket of ice! They even helped us to put the ice into the drink! Also, they gave my 13-year-old son a free breakfast buffet which were not included in the package of the hotel room we booked, which only offers a 2-adult breakfast buffet meal. The hotel is also very clean. Moreover, we would love to thank Minnie and Jane, the two of the most helpful and kind staff we have ever met. They were very nice and helped us with a lot of things and we really appreciate what they helped us. We strongly recommend you stay at this hotel as everything is perfect there and again, we want to thank you Jane and Minnie for their warm services.

Nice hotel. Room is spacious. Only one sliding door shared between bathroom and toilet, so only can use one at a time if need door. Breakfast so so only.

Hassle free check in, process is quick, staff were very friendly and helpful. Children playground was beside the check in counter. Best experience is their Meituan order and delivery service is right to your room door step . Will come back again.

Marriott Hotel has always been one of our favorite brands, known for its comfort and reliability. This time, we chose it to celebrate a birthday. They acknowledged my request for room decorations via WeChat, but unfortunately, they overlooked the flower delivery. When we checked in, the flowers were still sitting at the concierge, despite my earlier message—it was quite disappointing to see. On a positive note, we appreciated the room upgrade for the birthday occasion. However, the receptionist at night mistakenly mixed up our room key cards with those of another group of friends, which somewhat spoiled the surprise. The room itself was spacious, and we loved the bathtub, although the air conditioning could have been cooler. Overall, while there were some hiccups, we still enjoyed our stay and the special celebration.
