We had a wonderful stay at InterContinental Zhuhai. The hotel environment is beautiful and relaxing. Although it rained during most of our stay, we still had a fantastic time and thoroughly enjoyed our vacation here. One of the highlights was the infinity pool. Swimming there was incredibly comfortable and the view was amazing, creating a truly enjoyable experience. The service throughout the hotel was excellent. We would especially like to thank Miya at the front desk. She was professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. Her warm hospitality made our stay even more memorable. Thank you to the entire team for making our visit such a pleasant one. We would definitely love to stay here again in the future.

Celebrated our anniversary at the legendary Rosewood Residences Guangzhou and it was a fantastic experience! Skylor at the front desk gave us a complimentary upgrade to an Executive Suite. The room overlooked the Pearl River and Pazhou area, and the bed was incredibly comfortable – consistent with Rosewood's signature soft bedding, which I absolutely love. The room also came with a washer-dryer combo, and with only one unit per floor, the privacy was excellent. Compared to the Rosewood Hotel upstairs, which often goes for 3000+ [RMB] per night, this was a really great value for money option.

This is my go-to hotel every time I visit! The location is superb and incredibly convenient. The rooms are spacious and clean, the service is attentive, and the breakfast is delicious. I'll definitely be back! Facilities: Excellent Cleanliness: Spotless Environment: Optimal Service: First-rate

Choosing Wyndham Grand Zhaoqing Seven Star Crags for our class reunion in Zhaoqing was absolutely the right decision! The hotel is right next to Seven Star Crags, and you can step out and walk along the Star Lake greenway – the location is superb. The lobby is grand and elegant, and the courtyard with its small bridges and flowing water creates a wonderful ambiance. Our lovely concierge, Caroline, kindly upgraded us to a lake-view room with a private hot spring tub. The room was spacious and tidy, and the private hot tub on the balcony offered direct views of Star Lake – soaking in it while enjoying the lake scenery was incredibly therapeutic. The breakfast buffet offered a rich variety, with freshly ground rice noodle rolls and Cantonese dim sum aplenty. The outdoor hot springs, heated pool, sauna, and kids' club meant there was something for everyone, ensuring both adults and children had a great time. The staff were attentive and polite throughout, and the room service was meticulous and spotlessly clean. It’s a perfect one-stop vacation experience, suitable for families and leisure travelers alike. We'll definitely stay here again next time we visit Zhaoqing!

This stay was absolutely fantastic, I truly recommend it! The room was spotless and very clean, making for an exceptionally comfortable stay. The hotel service was warm and attentive; the young lady at the one-stop service center was gentle and always handled our requests promptly and efficiently. The attention to detail truly stood out, and Jingjing's service attitude was excellent. In my free time, I tried the hotel's SPA. The technician's skills were professional and adept, and the procedure was well-organized and effective at relieving stress. Overall, the accommodation experience was superb. This hotel is definitely my first choice for any future travel!

I was torn between the Four Seasons and Rosewood for my Guangzhou trip, and ultimately chose the Four Seasons. The view was incredible, with the Canton Tower directly in front of my room and an unobstructed panoramic view of the Pearl River. When I checked in, the front desk heard I was tired and immediately sent up a bubble bath. Soaking in the tub while enjoying the Canton Tower view was absolutely amazing. At breakfast, I mentioned the limited selection of dishes, and the restaurant manager immediately brought over a menu for me to order from. The head chef personally delivered my Dandan noodles and gave a detailed explanation. The noodles tasted great, but the service was even better. It truly lives up to the Four Seasons name; the experience was perfect.

This is my second stay at the Crowne Plaza, and it's a fantastic hotel—clean and refreshing. It truly stands out in Chaozhou. This time, the account manager, Dave, provided excellent and friendly service. I chose a lavender pillow last night, and I slept wonderfully. The breakfast included handmade Kway Teow soup, rice noodle rolls (肠粉), and congee (生滚粥), which perfectly met my expectations for a Chaozhou breakfast. The river view room is absolutely stunning, both day and night. I'll definitely recommend it to friends and will be back again.

Highly recommended! The front desk staff, especially Ev, provided exceptionally thoughtful service. They were polite and gentle, and even proactively offered advice on local attractions. The room was spotlessly clean, and the soundproofing was good. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. My entire experience was excellent, and the attention to detail in their service was truly heartwarming.

The White Swan Hotel was definitely a highlight of our Guangdong trip. I specifically booked a city-view room with a breakfast and dinner package on Trip.com, and the front desk staff was so kind. She proactively upgraded us to a river-view room for free! The overall experience was very comfortable, from the dinner at Yu Tang Chun Nuan to the breakfast buffet by the river. The turndown service was also a nice touch. The only minor inconvenience was that we booked a wake-up call, but we didn't receive a call or knock the next morning. However, after I reported it to the front desk, they were very accommodating. Overall, this is a hotel I would definitely choose again for a vacation in Guangzhou.

We arrived at the hotel before 1300 and the room was not ready. The lady at the counter then offered us a free upgrade and free access to the executive lounge for happy hours. Amazing. The room is a standard hotel room with a king sized bed. The TV only has 10 local channels and none of them is English channel. The bathroom is a big plus and it comes with all basic items (comb, brush, shaver, etc). It has a shower area and a bathtub area. Quite spacious for this kind of standard hotel room. We were at 19/F and the view was also great! Highly recommended!
