This is definitely the best hotel I have stayed in during this trip to southern Xinjiang! No one else! It is better than most five-star hotels! Environment: The scenery is very good, facing the snow-capped mountains, and the sun shines on the golden mountain every day. In front of us is Toglenxia Village, the best village to experience humanities and nature Service: The boss and staff are very enthusiastic. They will take us on a tour when we check in and tell us how to use the room facilities. At night, the car got stuck in the wetland and couldn't get out. The hotel staff was so busy that they were exhausted, but they kept helping us find a way. They helped for five or six hours until the car was out. Thank you so much. I didn't sleep all night because of this. 🫨 Facilities: The room is very spacious and tidy! ! ! ! Although it is a newly opened hotel, there is no taste of decoration at all. The bedding is also very good, the mattress is very comfortable, and even the toiletries are Hermes! It is completely comparable to the five-star hotels outside! ! The room faces the snow-capped mountains and the Jincaotan Wetland, and the scenery is amazing! And the food is also very delicious😋

Overall the check-in process was smooth and efficient including the tedious task of having to show health QR codes, having pictures taken of passport with China residence visa side by side with phone showing health code, then making copies of visa page, passport page, last China entry stamp page, etc etc. In spite of the time this whole process takes the staff knew what they were supposed to do and went about the process as quickly as possible. A small welcome gift was an unexpected surprise. Special word of thanks to Ms.爱森那赫 at the reception (not sure if this is her actual name). She was the only one who spoke English and was guiding her colleagues to check us in smoothly. She also gave us a good recommendation to try local cuisine for dinner at a restaurant which was a 5 min walk from the hotel. The only confusing bit is the fact that hotel reception is located on the 3rd floor. Our Didi drivers did not know how to get us there as the drive up to the 3rd floor was through a parking lot next to the hotel. The hotel should either post clear instructions on a sign board for taxi/Didi drivers to follow or they should have someone posted at the entrance to guide vehicular traffic up through the parking lot to the lobby for check in. But all in all a pleasant experience and we would not hesitate to stay here again should we plan another trip to the city.

The location is about a 30 minute walk south of the old city, which means you can pass through different neighbourhoods. There are also plenty of taxis that pass outside the hotel. The rooms are modern and comfortable. When I was there the weather was dusty and smoggy, so the view weren't as stunning as they could have been. The breakfast buffet had lots of choices and was hot and satisfying each time.

We went to eat on the last night and met the restaurant staff JACKY Wang who was very enthusiastic and gave us suggestions on ordering dishes. We felt warm everywhere in this hotel. The hotel is also very convenient for travel. It costs 10 yuan to take a taxi to the ancient city. There is also a water town around to walk around. I have a very good impression of Kashgar. There are two types of reception channels in your hotel, one for VIPs and the other for individual guests. Aren't individual guests VIPs? Third, there are only two bottles of drinking water in the room. If you want more water, you have to pay separately. The Global Harbor in your city defaults to six bottles. Fourth, the environment. Kashgar is very hot now. The air conditioner in the public area of ​​each floor can be turned on. Anyway, the corridor on the 27th floor where I live is too hot. Fifth, catering. Cleanliness and location are great, as well as the price. But where this hotel lacks is service. There was a MAJOR hiccup in how front desk handled my situation. I came back at 4am after a night out and lost my room key. The front desk really struggled to find my room number. After about 5 minutes of searching, she found my room and handed me a new key. Except IT WAS THE WRONG ROOM. I walked into a room that had 2 complete strangers asleep in the room. They were startled and I closed the door immediately. Went back downstairs and had to ask the front desk for another key, which the lady searched for another 5 minutes before finally finding my room. Needless to say, this is BAD. You CANNOT give someone’s room key to a stranger. That is an absolute sin in the hospitality industry. I hope they will retrain their staff and learn from this review.

We paid 700 a day for our room and felt that it was overpriced. The room is a bit outdated and we had issues with the fridge, but the staff kept dodging our concerns and insisting everything was normal. We know what a properly working fridge is, and the light sensor in the room was not working at times, yet the staff again insisted it was fine. It seems the staff is trained to avoid fixing issues. Considering the price, there are much better options available. The so-called executive privilege is just the same noodles served daily in the breakfast hall. Unless you can get a room cheaply at this hotel, don't bother staying here because it is not up to 4 or 5-star standards as claimed!
