Great hotel!  The room is spacious and beautiful. Facilities are great. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Got champagne and lollies for greeting at reception.  The only drawback is the location. It is about20 to 30 mins walk to the major attractions and the city center.  The hotel is value for money with the level of standard provided, comparing to the 4 star hotel at Centro. We paid 9 Euro for a cab from Centro, there is also a the bus stop right outside which makes it quite convenient.

Superb hotel! Excellent facilities, very friendly staff, amazing choice at breakfast, outstanding hotel grounds and views, and the hotel restaurant next door was lovely and served a great BBQ on Saturday night! We got offered an apartment instead of the twin room that I had originally booked and it was amazing! Outdoor pool was fabulous and the Spa and gym facilities were of a very standard. Very good value for money for such a beautiful hotel - thank you :)

A good hotel in the very historical center of Cordoba (within the historical walls of the medina). All my wishes were fulfilled, the hotel staff showed themselves from the best side. My experience tells me that often hotels located in historical buildings have problems with electricity or water pressure in the bath, but not this time: in this hotel all electrical appliances and plumbing worked perfectly. I will mention the only problem: the Internet. We had three devices, and one of them could not connect to the hotel Wi-Fi. We encountered the same problem in another NH hotel - in Seville. I recommend that the technical specialists of this hotel chain check the compatibility of the Internet equipment with devices that are five years old or more.

The front desk service was warm and welcoming. We pulled up to the hotel to unload our luggage, and the valet took care of our car. The Alhambra Palace is right across the street. Our room had two tiny balconies. It's about a 10-minute taxi ride to the Albayzín neighborhood. The streets there are narrow and complex, and it's difficult to find parking, so I strongly advise against driving there yourself. I highly recommend Restaurante Las Tomasas; you can enjoy an evening view of the Alhambra, and the dishes are exquisite and reasonably priced.

Location and facilities were excellent. Pool is large and very clean. We had relaxing massages with Luis and Eva and they were tops. Easy walk to old town restaurants and mosque/cathedral and the Roman bridge. Great stay.

The most beautiful part of the hotel is the rooftop bar and infinity pool with sea view. You must go there. Driving is very annoying because you cannot park in front of the hotel. Google map will guide you to the middle of the opposite road. Only buses and taxis are allowed to drive in on the side of the hotel entrance. In fact, the nearest public parking garage is under the garden on the left side of the road behind the hotel. There is an elevator directly to the hotel entrance. So when you get to the navigation location and see the hotel on the left that you can't enter, turn left at the intersection, turn left at the traffic light intersection, and drive a short distance. If you see a parking lot entrance in the green area on the left, don't miss it.

A very good hotel. The rooms are large, the bathrooms have separate shower and toilet areas and bathtubs, a gym, and the rooms are clean with all the necessary amenities. It's one of the more upscale hotels in the Eurostar brand. The biggest drawback is that it's a bit far from tourist attractions, requiring a 10-12 minute walk, and about 3 kilometers from the high-speed rail station. A taxi ride takes 20 minutes, but walking would take almost an hour. It's suitable for those who can afford a taxi or those who don't mind walking.

Everything at the hotel was great, especially the staff, who were warm and friendly and remembered guests' names, making us feel right at home. The restaurant was also excellent; both the food and service were a plus. It's not far from the old town (except for the churches and castles, of course), but the old town isn't worth exploring (old towns in Spain are all the same). It's better to spend your time at the hotel; the beach is just across the street, and the street has a similar feel to the Promenade des Anglais in Nice, France.

Location — On the hill, 10 min walk to the Alhambra Palace. If you fancy a short morning stroll in the same natural environment that surrounds the monumental complex, it should serve the purpose. Rooms on the city side have good views overlooking the Granada landscape, but prices are also much higher. Service — Staff are very well trained and carry with them the old English-style professionalism and dignity, being polite but not condescending or ingratiating. Amenities — Probably once modern during the first half of the 20th century, they are very old and out of date by today’s standard for a 5-star hotel. For example, the toilet is flushed by pulling (instead of pushing) the plug on the lid, something I’ve never seen in real life, but only in movies. Also the toilet had a bit of smell, not sure if it’s due to cleaning or in the pipes. Overall, this hotel should suit visitors who look for classy service and/or an immersive experience of living in close proximity to the cultural complex and overlooking the Granada city as the emirs and kings did in the past.

The hotel is just opposite to the cathedral. You can walk to palace church bullring and the city parasol. It is convenient to have meals around the hotel. The hotel has a strong smell of decoration, and it is noisy at night.

Outstanding
TTongWe spent four unforgettable days and three nights at the Seda Club Hotel in Granada. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable, with Ms. Martha providing a warm and welcoming reception that instantly made us feel at home. The personalized check-in process with Martha was exceptional, complete with a welcome drink and detailed information about the hotel's offerings and local attractions. Her kindness, patience, and respectful demeanor left a lasting impression. The breakfast crew, particularly Rafael, were outstanding. Despite attending to multiple tables, Rafael provided swift and efficient service. We also appreciated his exceptional service during dinner on one of the evenings. Special mentions go to Pablo, who provided excellent service on our departure day, and Imma, who made our checkout process smooth and warm. The concierge team, who assisted us with our bags and escorted us to the taxi, were also noteworthy. The staff at Seda Club Hotel truly made our stay special. Our beautifully decorated hotel room showcased evident thought and attention to detail in its design. Every corner of the room featured fine touches and small details that added to its charm. One minor suggestion for improvement: the coffee and kettle cabinet was slightly cramped, and we were concerned that the steam from boiling water might affect the glass shelves and surrounding food. Overall, our stay at the Seda Club Hotel was truly memorable, and we highly recommend it to anyone seeking exceptional service and accommodations in Granada.

뭐니1. Out of all the accommodations we stayed in during our 10-day trip to Spain, it was the most expensive but the worst 2. I paid in advance (including breakfast), but I went to check-in, but I said there was no payment, and I stood there for over 30 minutes. At this time, it was around 9:30 p.m. 3. Reservation details + card details + receipts, etc. are printed and shown. The staff tried to resolve it with the reservation company, but it didn't go well. He said he was sorry and said to go to bed, got the key and went to the room (moved by car) 4. I received two keys, but both of them opened the door. My husband got in the car and went to the front desk again to get them, but in the meantime, another one was missing. 5. I have to go to breakfast the next day, but no one contacted me to see if it was resolved or not. Since the hotel reservation company settled with the hotel, they said to go eat. 6. On the 1st day, after breakfast, they asked me to pay, and they said it was included, so they said yes. 7. On the 2nd day, I was leaving after breakfast, but the staff chased me out and asked me to pay. 8. I'm sorry when I check out, nothing to say

LLengnvnvThe XIII Hotel is the most satisfying hotel in my trip to Spain. Living in it is like being in a palace, with scenery in every corner. The hotel service is also very good. Miss Andra at the front desk impressed me the most during this stay. Miss Andra speaks fluent English, which is rare in Spain. There will be a tour of the hotel on the day of check-in, and the whole process is explained by the lady. Finally, we will be taken to the hotel attic to overlook the panoramic view of the center of Seville. The hotel breakfast is also very rich, and Spanish ham is enough to fill you up~ Although the hotel breakfast is a little expensive, I still recommend everyone to try it, it's very good 👍 Seville is also one of my favorite cities in this trip to Spain. I hope I can stay here again next time!

GGuest UserWe had an absolutely fantastic stay and can’t recommend this hotel enough. The staff and service were a perfect 10/10—genuinely some of the most attentive and professional people I’ve encountered. We made a very last-minute booking near malaga airport due to our flight being cancelled , and they handled it seamlessly, making the whole process completely stress-free, ensuring we could check in extremely early. From start to finish, everything felt effortless, and the team went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of. Staying here was an absolute breeze, and the service truly couldn’t have been better.
