From the moment we walked into the Tilman we were greeted with a big smile and very friendly staff . We were given an up grade which was a lovely surprise. The bath and shower were big and lots room . The beds and linen very comfortable, the towels were thick and fluffy . Lots of tea coffee milk in the room fridge with comp water 👍👍. Very clean room snd hallways . Breakfast my word was fantastic value and great choice 2 courses . The waitress at breakfast was so nice and very pleasant. We will definitely stay again and recommend. 10/10

Host is nice and nice, the place is very suitable for relaxing, sit down with a cup of tea and look at the view of the hotel. But it is more convenient to drive by yourself. This is the best hotel I stayed in the UK for 20 days. After arriving at noon, they were warmly greeted by the hotel hostess Jan. She not only took the initiative to introduce the situation of the hotel, but also sent us to the room and asked if we would like to make tea. The lobby is very cozy, there are many cakes and sweets to eat at will. The room is almost like home, because it has everything. The sea view room we booked is also equipped with a telescope. The breakfast is cooked exclusively in the kitchen, and authentic Welsh recipes are optional. The room was clean and tidy. We spent three pleasant and comfortable days in Caernarfon. We often travel abroad. The hotel is top-notch in terms of services, facilities, and catering. Please thank Ctrip for us!
