The hotel was very modern and clean. My husband and I were both impressed with the decor. We were confused by the listing on trip compared to the actual hotel so the images may need updating; we were expecting a bath in the room however there was only a shower. We were still happy and felt well looked after. I would recommend the hotel.

Outstanding Gold Standard Hotel. We stayed five nights in the hotel, and from the time we arrived, we enjoyed the most outstanding professional and welcoming hospitality of the hotel staff. To our suprise, most of the staff communicated well in English and were always welcoming, professional, and friendly. The superior studio provided a spectacular view of the Danube River and the majestic Chain Bridge. The view of the city was absolutely magnificent, especially at night time. Everything in the room was of high standard, and having stayed at many hotels around the world, we could say without hesitation that the soundproofing in the room was Gold Standard. For the first time, we were not disturbed by any external noise from the hotel or from traffic noise from outside the hoìtel. This made our stay enjoyable and memorable. We would like to say a huge thank you to everyone in the hotel for making our stay in Budapest spectacular!

The hotel is gorgeous!! Breakfast spread was alright; nothing too special but the architecture of the space was very lovely. The live classical music was an added bonus. We had issues with the shower and after two attempts to fix it, we were moved to another room. We appreciated the gesture. The weather was extremely hot and it was very unpleasant to be out but we were able to walk down to the port in 20 mins, so the location was great. We tried to get in a spa treatment but it was fully booked, we should've pre-booked before arriving! All in all, a lovely few days.

The location is excellent, all high-end goods are on the street of the hotel. It is within a kilometer radius, and there are many varieties of breakfast ingredients. You can also order a la carte and include breakfast in your room if it includes breakfast. I used BOLT taxi app for 5 days in Hungary. I don't know much about the subway or bus, but the subway station is just 50 meters outside the hotel gate. Public transportation is very convenient. I was in Budapest from September 9th to 13th. The hotel service is absolutely excellent. In the market economy, there is a difference in attitude between giving and not giving tips. It's not discrimination against human nature. It's the same all over the world. I left Budapest and entered Vienna on the 14th.

This is a well-established five-star hotel. The rooms are old, but clean and comfortable. The breakfast is good and you can enjoy it slowly. Most of the guests are retired elderly people. The best thing is that the hotel is in a great location. The scenery outside the window of the river view room is as beautiful as a postcard.

The hotel locates at a very excellent location. Many main attraction points around it. The restaurant for breakfast buffet has a very good view. ALL the staff of the front desk is very helpful and nice. I arrive on the morning and they help to check the availability of the room. They allow the customer to have early check in early when the availability of the room is OK. Everything of the hotel is good. I recommend other people to stay at this hotel when they come to Budapest. I will stay again in Hilton Budapest when I visit there again.

Budapest Marriott Hotel Hungary's location is one of the best and convenient for tourists, business people. Any view of this hotel is marvellous, either walking, jogging or driving is enjoyable. Taking photos neither Day or Night are wonderful! There're sight seeing areas anyone will have great moment. Of course, listening classical music while you are at Dan Nube river with blueish sky will get you a fantastic moment! Brilliant!

The hotel staff is unfriendly. We stayed for 5 consecutive days and were not allowed to check out for 1 hour later. The breakfast service is slow and poor. It takes half an hour to order an omlet. There are not many breakfast options. The taste is very average, but the price is not cheap. Many small details make the guests feel not warm at all.
