I would like to share my great experience staying here. I would like to send my recognition to housekeeping name Muhid. He is so honest because he found my thing and give it back to me. I always staying here when travel to Bangi or Putrajaya. So convenient stay

Lovely hotel. Love the room space and the amenities. The service was top notch. Appreciate the cookies upon check in. You can have a nice view of i city theme park from the steam room. Will definitely go back again.

We can’t use digital keycard because it wasn’t book directly with the hotel, pool wasn’t open due to maintenance, great hotel but recommend to stay here after they done renovate, they have a great gym room though

The room was good , with balcony and compfortable Bed. Service was Always friendly and helpful. the Location of the Resort is totally Out of the Zone. which means If you want to do some actions, then is Not the right place. very quiet and some where No where. If you stay longer then 4 days will be defenetly boring. the breakfast was OK , have Seen better places for the Money they charging ! the swimming pool is to small and dirty, WE was Not even one day inside . ...which makes the whole Holidays more worse....because the SEA also dirty and Not even possible to swim. This was our first and Last time . and WE also will Not reccomand it. WE think this is a place for writing people or old people Like to have really quiet time.

Great location, nice size room, very attentive staff. Just a walk away from the KLIA terminal. Buggy is provided for free to those who did not like to do 10 minutes walk. Easy check in and check out. Great stay! We stay during Ramadan nice Ramadan decorations.

Staff is very friendly. The concierge took alot of initiative to provide a perfect service. I didn't stayed long due to my late check-in. Check out experience is the best.

The check-in process was quick and hassle-free. The room was spacious, clean, and well-designed for families. The hotel amenities were a major highlight. The kids absolutely loved the pool area, which included a shallow kiddie pool and a few fun water features. Meanwhile, we enjoyed relaxing by the poolside with plenty of seating available. There was also a play area and an activity room where the children could stay entertained. Breakfast each morning was a treat. The buffet had a variety of options, from fresh fruit and cereals to hot dishes like eggs and pancakes. They even had a kid-friendly section with smaller portions and fun presentation. The location was perfect for families, with nearby attractions and restaurants that catered to children. The hotel staff was knowledgeable and gave us excellent recommendations for family-friendly activities in the area. Overall, we have a wonderful environment for our family. It was clean, safe, and full of thoughtful touches that made our stay enjoyable and stress-free.

I had a great stay at this hotel near 1 Utama Shopping Mall. The location is excellent, making it very convenient for shopping and dining. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, providing great service throughout my stay. One of the highlights was the water pressure in the bathroom—it was strong and made for a refreshing shower experience. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay. Would definitely recommend!

Overall, the hotel location together with the biggest shopping mall - IOI City mall are fantastic combination for those planned for family staycation. With the kid pool (ensure the kid’s safety) and with good scenery adult pool plus kid play room, then with easy access to the mall are the ideal location for family with kid trip.
