The overall service is very good, the hotel environment and the outside environment are very beautiful. Especially the front desk lady, she is considerate and thoughtful, first-rate! The breakfast is rich, fresh and delicious. All facilities are very good, five-star. The hand-brewed coffee in the room is delicious The only thing to be improved: there is no cleaning kit, such as cotton swabs, etc.

Beautiful hotel, clean, modern design and great facilities. Unfortunately we didn’t have time to try their breakfast which sounded promising. The spa facilities (pool, sauna and hammam) are very clean and not busy at all. The room was very spacious and even though is a huge hotel it didn’t feel crowded.

I like this hotel very much, clean and tidy, the hotel service is meticulous, the room is large and bright. According to the front desk, it is the first hotel in Samarkand in the former Soviet Union, but it will be renovated in 2022. The hotel garden is very beautiful. The hardware and software are very good, the front desk and room service are very friendly. Go to Timur Mausoleum 1km, go to Reggiestan 2km. The surrounding environment is very good, there are big parks, towering trees and many former Tsarist and Soviet buildings.
