My stay at this hotel was fantastic, really excellent. The environment was warm and cozy, and it's super close to Central Street and the Flood Control Monument. The room had great soundproofing, 24-hour hot water, and the bedding was super comfortable. Plus, there's a self-service laundry room on the fifth floor which was incredibly convenient!

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and tidy, and the breakfast offered a great variety. Overall, it was an excellent stay. The room was spotless, the service was warm and attentive, and the location was super convenient for getting around. The bedding was comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. It offers fantastic value for money, and I would definitely choose to stay here again.

The facilities are modern, clean, and meet general expectations. Although the room isn't huge, it's fully equipped and I'm very satisfied. The thoughtful design and layout completely met my high standards for accommodation quality, even for someone as picky as me. While the window view isn't great, it perfectly satisfies the need for a good night's sleep – after all, I'm not here to gaze at the scenery from the hotel. The breakfast selection can cater to above-average needs and is highly recommended. PS: The essential oil scent of the hand soap is wonderful! They even provided Red Sausage from Li Dao and a Modern brand popsicle. Each floor has a water bottle dispenser by the elevator for guests to take, and the room also comes with complimentary Coke and Sprite. The attention to detail is impressive! I just had to write a glowing review! Hope it stays this way!

This is a great hotel right on Baroque Style Street, very easy to find. You can set your GPS to 'Xintiandi Supermarket Baroque Style Street Branch,' and it's just about 50 meters further in. The decor is a charming Chinese retro style. I booked a mini-room, and while it was small, it had everything I needed and was incredibly clean. I especially want to highlight the bathroom, which was very spacious and dry, and even came with disposable towels. It's one of the best value-for-money places I've booked recently.

The hotel's cleanliness and overall environment are excellent. The clean rooms, tidy public areas, thoughtfully decorated rooms, and rich and varied breakfast offer a comfortable and pleasant stay. The professional and friendly service team is quick and attentive to guests, providing prompt and thoughtful responses to check-in, directions, and daily needs. As a frequent business traveler, I've experienced convenient and efficient travel. Although a bit out of the city center, the hotel is conveniently located for transportation and easy access, especially with its own parking lot, making it a reassuring and convenient place for those traveling by car. The city's Public Security Bureau is across the street from the hotel, giving me a strong sense of security. A highly recommended place!

Great brand, it's a Holiday Inn Express under InterContinental, so the quality control is guaranteed. The facilities are all very well-equipped. Mr. (name/initials, if provided, otherwise leave as Mr.) at the front desk provided excellent service and gave me a free room upgrade. The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices. The only downside is that some of the public spaces are a bit small, like the lobby, gym, and laundry room. Also, the management of smoking in public areas should be strengthened.

## Amenities: The mattress was comfortable, two types of pillows were provided, a smart toilet, a TV with screen-mirroring capabilities, and the internet speed was very fast! The slippers were the thickest and most comfortable I've ever encountered in any hotel. ## Cleanliness: The shower drain wasn't clean and was a bit clogged; I had to deal with it myself while showering. ## Ambiance: I had requested a high floor, but was only given the 7th floor, so my view was ultimately blocked by the tall building directly in front. Additionally, the room was right by the elevator entrance. Luckily, there were no noisy tour groups blocking the elevators that day, so it was relatively quiet. ## Service: Almost non-existent. During check-in, there were two front desk staff. The male staff member was warmly smiling and assisting another group, while the female staff member gave me a cold reception. When I asked about the floor, she simply said my room type wasn't available on the 9th floor. Normally, one would expect something like, ”This room type isn't available on the 9th floor, would you like to consider an upgrade to a different room type on the 9th floor?” She offered no smile and was very curt. After she simply stated my room type wasn't available, I didn't feel like pursuing the conversation further. *Sigh*. ▶ There are self-service drinks in the lobby on the first floor, but the staff didn't inform me. I only found out about them after seeing it online. ▶ Upon check-out, there's supposed to be a farewell gift, but the staff didn't mention it. Long after I had left, I received a message on the Ctrip app saying there was one, meaning I would have had to inquire at the front desk myself. *Ahem*. ▶ I didn't book the hotel's buffet breakfast, but the restaurant allows you to order items à la carte. My companion and I spent 20 yuan and were completely full. (The fried rice was delicious!) ● Overall, in terms of value for money, it's really good! It just falls short on the details. (I wonder if this has anything to do with booking a discounted room? 🤔)

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the subway station and airport shuttle. It's also easy to catch a taxi; just turn left onto the main road. Turning left also takes you directly to Central Avenue, and it's only a few minutes' walk to the Hongzhuan Street morning market. Getting around is very convenient, and there are plenty of places to eat and shop nearby downstairs. Our room had a balcony facing the street, but it was very quiet at night. The front desk service was great, and they even provided hot bottled water. The room had a separate wet and dry area, and while it was a bit small, the layout was relatively reasonable. If you have a large suitcase, you might not have much space to open it up, but if you're traveling light, it's highly recommended. It offers great value for money. I stayed for four days and overall, I was very satisfied.

The front desk service was incredibly heartwarming! All my requests were met. Ms. Xiao Wang and Ms. Pang at the restaurant treated me and my family with such care, like we were their own! A simple bowl of noodles at the Hilton truly showcased their wonderfully human-centered and warm service. I'm so touched and grateful!
