The hotel's location is super convenient, making it easy to explore the surrounding area, with Central Avenue right across the street. The in-room Wi-Fi was stable, and there was 24-hour hot water. All the appliances, bathroom fixtures, lights, and door locks worked perfectly. The service was excellent; the staff were all incredibly friendly and enthusiastic. The afternoon tea was delicious, with little cakes and nuts. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay!

After seeing how the hotel handled negative reviews with a confident and unyielding attitude on Trip.com, I figured a place like this couldn't be bad. After all, a person with a clear conscience has nothing to hide. My stay at the hotel was really great. The location is incredibly convenient, very close to the subway station and Central Street. The service was also excellent; the front desk even helped me find some iodine cotton swabs. Highly recommend!

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations! The price was excellent, and the location is superb, very close to Central Street. But what really stood out was the incredibly warm, attentive, and detailed service. They seriously went above and beyond for every request, making me feel right at home. Plus, the breakfast buffet was fantastic with a huge variety. I'll definitely be back here on my next trip to Harbin!

This spontaneous trip was made even better by staying here. The friendly front desk staff immediately upgraded my room. They were incredibly warm and welcoming throughout my stay. They even offered umbrellas to guests on a rainy day. I was so touched when they refused to take the 30 yuan I offered for an umbrella and promptly refunded me upon its return! The warmth and kindness in this unfamiliar city poured out the moment I arrived in Harbin. The convenience of nearby dining and shopping is top-notch, all within walking distance. Simply perfect!

This is a newly opened hotel. You must bring your children to check in. As soon as you enter the hotel lobby, you will be greeted by the warm greetings from the front desk receptionist. The hotel lobby is decorated luxuriously and uniquely. The most important thing is that you can read and work quietly. The room is clean and tidy, and the whole house smart system makes my 19-month-old baby full of novelty. My daughter likes the hotel's breakfast. The restaurant is spacious, bright and warm, with stylish table and chair colors and a rich variety of food. The restaurant manager warmly welcomes us and proactively provides baby dining chairs. The freshly ground coffee is really delicious. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Even after checking out, the front desk manager and senior management still asked about your stay experience with great sincerity. All in all, the experience was perfect 💯, the children were very happy, even though they were locals, I would bring the children to experience it again if they chose to relax during holidays.

Great brand, it's a Holiday Inn Express under InterContinental, so the quality control is guaranteed. The facilities are all very well-equipped. Mr. (name/initials, if provided, otherwise leave as Mr.) at the front desk provided excellent service and gave me a free room upgrade. The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices. The only downside is that some of the public spaces are a bit small, like the lobby, gym, and laundry room. Also, the management of smoking in public areas should be strengthened.

## Amenities: The mattress was comfortable, two types of pillows were provided, a smart toilet, a TV with screen-mirroring capabilities, and the internet speed was very fast! The slippers were the thickest and most comfortable I've ever encountered in any hotel. ## Cleanliness: The shower drain wasn't clean and was a bit clogged; I had to deal with it myself while showering. ## Ambiance: I had requested a high floor, but was only given the 7th floor, so my view was ultimately blocked by the tall building directly in front. Additionally, the room was right by the elevator entrance. Luckily, there were no noisy tour groups blocking the elevators that day, so it was relatively quiet. ## Service: Almost non-existent. During check-in, there were two front desk staff. The male staff member was warmly smiling and assisting another group, while the female staff member gave me a cold reception. When I asked about the floor, she simply said my room type wasn't available on the 9th floor. Normally, one would expect something like, ”This room type isn't available on the 9th floor, would you like to consider an upgrade to a different room type on the 9th floor?” She offered no smile and was very curt. After she simply stated my room type wasn't available, I didn't feel like pursuing the conversation further. *Sigh*. ▶ There are self-service drinks in the lobby on the first floor, but the staff didn't inform me. I only found out about them after seeing it online. ▶ Upon check-out, there's supposed to be a farewell gift, but the staff didn't mention it. Long after I had left, I received a message on the Ctrip app saying there was one, meaning I would have had to inquire at the front desk myself. *Ahem*. ▶ I didn't book the hotel's buffet breakfast, but the restaurant allows you to order items à la carte. My companion and I spent 20 yuan and were completely full. (The fried rice was delicious!) ● Overall, in terms of value for money, it's really good! It just falls short on the details. (I wonder if this has anything to do with booking a discounted room? 🤔)

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the subway station and airport shuttle. It's also easy to catch a taxi; just turn left onto the main road. Turning left also takes you directly to Central Avenue, and it's only a few minutes' walk to the Hongzhuan Street morning market. Getting around is very convenient, and there are plenty of places to eat and shop nearby downstairs. Our room had a balcony facing the street, but it was very quiet at night. The front desk service was great, and they even provided hot bottled water. The room had a separate wet and dry area, and while it was a bit small, the layout was relatively reasonable. If you have a large suitcase, you might not have much space to open it up, but if you're traveling light, it's highly recommended. It offers great value for money. I stayed for four days and overall, I was very satisfied.

The front desk service was incredibly heartwarming! All my requests were met. Ms. Xiao Wang and Ms. Pang at the restaurant treated me and my family with such care, like we were their own! A simple bowl of noodles at the Hilton truly showcased their wonderfully human-centered and warm service. I'm so touched and grateful! Wishing all the hotel staff a smooth career path and bulging wallets!!!
