Great location, right next to a snack street downstairs and very close to Jianghan Road Pedestrian Street. The room is spacious, bright, and comfortable. It's well-equipped and clean. The service is warm and attentive, making you feel right at home. The breakfast selection is rich, delicious, and convenient. Overall, highly recommended.

Choosing the Four Seasons International Hotel in Shiyan was such a smart decision! First off, I have to praise the air conditioning – the heating was absolutely amazing. The room warmed up completely within minutes, and the silent design didn't disturb my rest at all. The hot water supply was incredibly stable too; the temperature stayed perfectly comfortable the whole time, making for an excellent shower experience. Plus, the breakfast area was beautiful, with fresh ingredients and a wide variety of choices. The room itself was spacious and well-equipped. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Shiyan!

The location is super convenient, directly across from T2. You just need to cross the road to get here. The hotel facilities are excellent; my room faced the inner garden and was very quiet. Breakfast starts at 6 AM and offers a good variety of options. The restaurant on the first floor is reasonably priced, and they serve dishes in clay pots, which is quite unique. I got two dishes for just a few dozen yuan, which was great value.

11/10 trip! This is a MUST book!  Everything from the hospitality (free snacks in room, pickup and drop offs to scenic sites, super friendly staff) to the quality of the room (very clean, bathtub views were amazing) has been impeccable! Blackout curtains and accurate temperature control allowed me to have the best sleep I’ve had in months Easily the closest hotel to a 5-star in this region - easily better / on-par with many 5-star hotels that I’ve stayed at. Nothing else in this region comes close to nearly as beautiful or comfortable stay as this

This Atour hotel is truly excellent, and there were three things that particularly impressed me. Firstly, I arrived early, around 1 PM on the first day, and they immediately arranged a room for me. On the second day, they extended my check-out time until 2 PM. Secondly, I felt the original room didn't have a direct enough river view, so I specifically called the front desk, and a staff member named Xiao Lei helped me switch rooms. When I returned after dinner and a movie, the room had already been changed. Thirdly, the quality of the late-night snack was surprisingly good, exceeding my expectations. The next morning, I woke up quite late and had planned to go out for breakfast. Due to the rain, I decided to just buy something, but since I went down late, the front desk still offered two complimentary breakfasts. Upon check-out, they even gave me a souvenir. Thumbs up!

The entire experience, from check-in to check-out, was incredibly smooth. The staff were friendly, and the room was clean and quiet with excellent amenities. It was a very satisfying stay. The location is fantastic, very close to Bagongfangzi, with plenty of dining options right downstairs and popular tea shops like Cha Yan Yue Se and Grandpa's Tea nearby. The facilities are quite new and modern, and the price is very reasonable. I'd give it a five-star recommendation.

I booked this Holiday Inn Express along the river in advance on Ctrip, as I was taking my parents back to Yichang to visit family and pay respects at the cemetery. My flight landed a bit late, but the front desk service was excellent when I checked in. The hotel's overall environment is very clean, and the room amenities are complete. Although the room faced the street (with a river view), the soundproofing was good. There's also a laundry room and a gym on the second floor. The restaurant is next to the gym; while the breakfast selection isn't huge, they have hot dry noodles, which taste great. Overall, it was a very good stay.

This is the most comfortable hotel I've stayed in while on business in *****! The environment is elegant and quiet, with a design that subtly incorporates elements of the 'River City' – simple yet sophisticated. The room was spacious and bright, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, making it incredibly peaceful at night. The location is superb, right next to a commercial district, and the free parking was a huge convenience. Hilton quality is always reliable; the service is professional, breakfast is extensive, and the price is reasonable. It's perfect for both business and leisure. Highly recommended!

My stay at Dorsett Hotel really exceeded expectations. The location is super convenient, with plenty of food, drinks, and shopping options nearby. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable – I slept soundly all night. Both the front desk and the housekeeping staff were very polite and provided thoughtful service without being intrusive. It's excellent value for money. The overall environment is quiet and comfortable, making it suitable for both leisure and business trips. I honestly recommend it and will definitely choose this hotel again next time.

SShalinda WIf you don’t speak the local language, I do not recommend staying at this hotel. It was incredibly difficult getting both on, and off the mountain “scenic area”. Some hotels in Trip reached out to us in advance to help coordinate transportation, this one does not. Your only way to contact the hotel is by calling, which isn’t feasible if you don’t speak the language. The hotel website showed that parking was available, so I thought we would be able to get there by DiDi, as long as I paid the fee to get the car into the park. This was not the case. We did see private vehicles, but I’m not sure what goes into that, but I believe 4 wheel drive is one requirement. So with our luggage, he dropped us off at the base of the mountain. It took a little while to get to the ticket office, you have to walk up several stairs and through a cobblestone market to get there, so we got nice and sweaty and uncomfortable. From there, you take a bus (ours had no underside luggage stowage) about halfway up to another stop. We had to awkwardly hold our luggage in the aisle of a full bus, while going up-hill and doing switch-backs. Everyone gets off about halfway-way up, at a station with several different buses. We asked for help and someone pointed us to the correct one. From the final bus stop up top, it was a short walk to the hotel. We figured going down would be much smoother, but after getting off the first bus, we accidentally got on the wrong one and started going back up. Overall, took us about 2.5 hours from the airport to the hotel, then just over three hours from hotel to the HSR station. Minor descriptions for the room were inaccurate. Ours was listed as on floor 3 or 4, it was actually basement level. The hotel is in the edge of the mountain, so it still had a scenic view. The window in our room was dirty (I expected more for what we were paying). The hand soap in the bathroom was in a re-used bottle and was watered down. Listed amenities said sauna and massage room, there are neither here (nor was there an offer of other local places to go when I asked). The breakfast food was amazing, including a hot, fresh bar with a chef making eggs and noodles. I wasn’t able to partake in the noodles one day because of the language barrier. Hotel staff was more hesitant than other places we’ve stayed in using translation tools and I felt like too much of an inconvenience in using them to ask for noodles. There is bottled water in the rooms, you can ask for more for free (they friended me via WeChat on Check-In and is largely how we communicated). There is free tea and snacks in the afternoon, the hotel was quiet so we were able to take up one of two seats that had an amazing view outside. The staff working the tea time was great and super courteous. You can hike to South Crag Palace and Nanyan Palace by foot, both are absolutely stunning. In summary, if we were to visit the area again, I would stay at a hotel at the bottom of the mountain (not in the scenic area) and use the day exploring/getting lost on the bus. While the view was great, it simply wasn’t worth the high price and the difficulty in getting there for non-locals. If I knew a hotel in the scenic area would reach out to me in advance to assist, then I would go for it. But unfortunately, with the way Trip.com works right now, hotels have to initiate that, guests cannot. I don’t recommend this hotel for non-native speakers.

CChet and SunnyHotel was located very close to Metro and shopping street. Comfortable, clean, and quiet room with partial river view; only complaint was the window needed cleaning to give full marks for our stay. Breakfast was also very good with pleasant seating atmosphere. We enjoyed our stay and recommend it for a very good value if you're touring Wuhan!

GGuest UserThe room was quite spacious and well-designed. My husband and I were traveling together and worried about not sleeping well, so we each had our own room with two bathrooms, ensuring no disturbances. The location is also very convenient, with a mall downstairs and the subway just a short walk away, making shopping, dining, and getting around very easy. The downside is that while the soundproofing within the room was good – my husband's snoring didn't bother me – I'm quite sensitive to noise, and the sound of water being used from either the next room or upstairs, or the air conditioning starting up, would still affect me in the middle of the night. Also, the trash can in the bathroom was foot-pedal operated, which was quite odd, especially since it was positioned behind me. You'd either have to move it to your feet, which was a hassle. Finally, although the deposit was refunded quite promptly after check-out, I don't really see the necessity of paying a deposit anymore. Many five-star hotels now allow you to stay on credit without a deposit, so there's no need to add unnecessary inconvenience for guests.

GGuest UserThe room was clean and hygienic, and they offered comforting congee in the evening. I stayed in a room with a floor-to-ceiling window, and I'd definitely choose to stay here again next time. I stayed for two days; the breakfast was good, the room was nice, the guest service was excellent, and the facilities were even better – great value for money. They also offer breakfast takeaway service before 7:00 AM (reservation required 1 day in advance), and a drop-off service to Wuhan Station (Monday to Saturday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM).

Mmable0907The hotel is right by Hankou Riverfront, a short walk to Xian'anfang and the pedestrian street. It's super convenient to go see the Yangtze River at night! The rooms are perfect, and the whole hotel has that old foreign villa style. So many people were taking pictures, it really has a great vibe! The room size is just right, with a separate wet and dry area, and there's even a robot delivering food! I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time! And the cat is super cute too!

GGuest UserThe hotel's environment is great, and we chose a river-view room which offers a direct view of the river. It's only about a 10-minute walk from the Three Gorges Tourist Center. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Before we left, they even gave us two bottles of water in case we got thirsty on the way. Yichang is beautiful, and I'll definitely be back!

GGuest UserThe subway is right downstairs from the hotel, making getting around incredibly convenient. Just a short walk outside and you're on a street full of amazing food options! The hotel room style is so cozy, clean, and hygienic. My favorite part is the breakfast; it's so varied and plentiful, and the noodle soup is really delicious! The restaurant has a very elegant and high-class design. We even ordered late-night snacks to the hotel and were able to use their restaurant to eat them, which was fantastic! The front desk staff provided excellent service; everyone was very friendly and thoughtful. I'll definitely stay here again on my next business trip.
