4-Star Hotels in Inner Mongolia, China

The twin beds were perfect for our family of four (two adults, two kids)! 👍 The room itself was incredibly clean, can't fault it. The location was great too, very convenient for getting around. They offer free parking with plenty of spaces available. And the revolving restaurant for breakfast was a really nice touch! 😀

Hotel is a queit good and clean also happy with the breakfast, I feel more yummy on a mongolian traditional milk tea with boortsog & urum... So I've had a 2 problems with 1 of it is, therefore an announcement were next to the elevator, was horribly for me, another problem is I've ordered and 1 queen size room next or nearby elevator & not so far from it, but it was

I'm in the city on business. I find it easy to stay at this hotel. The rooms are very hot in the winter and there is no air conditioning. The outside temperature is -20 degrees. It's not comfortable to sleep with the AC on in such a hot night.

First off, the location is truly excellent, a unique advantage. There's a hot spring hotel right next door where you can enjoy a soak. However, the overall management and service facilities are severely lacking! Let's start with the hygiene: urine stains on the toilet seat, hair everywhere you look, and debris falling from the ceiling when you turn on the 'starry sky' light – I honestly don't know what to say. Then there's the service; it feels like there's barely any service at all. For example, regarding the hot spring tickets included in the package, shouldn't you remind guests beforehand to bring their own swimsuits? (Mine cost over 300 yuan!) And for the volcano tickets, shouldn't you confirm guest information and redeem them in advance? (When I was ready to leave and went to the front desk for the tickets, they told me to buy them on the spot, then I had to provide my ID again and go to another ticket office to exchange them. This whole process took a good half hour!) I can accept your high prices, but at the very least, your service and hygiene should match. I hope you see this review and make improvements. Don't disappoint customers who've traveled so far to get here!

Staying at the Wanhao Hotel was a fantastic experience with excellent service across the board. I stayed for 10 days on business, and I was incredibly impressed. The front desk staff were warm and welcoming, and the breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of dishes that changed daily. Special mention goes to Chen Yulan and Guo Jianping for their attentive and meticulous service. Zhang Xiufeng, who serviced my room (1001), was incredibly thorough, not missing a single corner when cleaning. I hope the hotel continues its excellent work and serves even more guests in the future.

They upgraded us, an older couple, to a Russian-style room. The facilities were excellent and fully equipped, the toiletries were good, and the shower water was nice and hot – perfect for unwinding. It was clean and well-maintained, with timely housekeeping. The hotel is located on Zhongsu Jinjie, a bustling street, making shopping and getting around very convenient; it was easy to hail a taxi quickly from the roadside. The service deserves a special mention; the front desk staff were warm and thoughtful. They even allowed us to have an early breakfast because we had to catch a morning train. The Russian-style buffet afternoon tea was a comfortable spot for relaxing and chatting.

Im impressed by Atour group of hotels. This one located in Ulanqab didnt disappoint either. Its amentities, decor, cleanliness, service, bed, pillow and facilities are all top notch for a fraction of the price. It really puts Western hotel brands to shame. Almost anything that you could think of, Atour hotel has probably though of it already. They even provide alcohol wipes for sanitary purposes. There is even free self service laundry. Do yourself a favour, when you travel in China, skip the big western hotels and give Atour a go. You will be so spoilt that you wished other hotels has such service and amenities. Im only saying this because i booked Atour hotels by chance a few years back and now that I am back traveling in China, they are even better than before. Its also nearby the high speed rail station, so its convenient as well.

This time I booked this hotel temporarily. I didn’t make an appointment to pick up the plane one day in advance as required. I also made a call with the mentality of trying it out. I didn’t expect the other party to help arrange the driver immediately. The connection was particularly smooth. It was really a surprise. After I lived, The staff was very warm and friendly throughout the whole process, the service was very meticulous and caring. Takeaway can be delivered directly to the room, saving a lot of trouble for yourself. And any demand response is particularly fast, the overall experience is very good, the front desk service is also very warm and thoughtful, people feel very comfortable. There is nothing wrong with hygiene. The room is cleaned quite thoroughly. The bedding floor bathroom is clean. There is no smell in the room. The living is very practical. The smart equipment in the room is quite extra points. The operation is simple and easy. The hardware is very complete and it is very convenient to use. Breakfast was very surprised, there were many local characteristics, the overall atmosphere was very elegant, the environment was quiet and comfortable, the surrounding traffic and travel were also convenient, and it was very worry-free to go out.

However, there are some downsides: 1. The way to turn off the night light is very peculiar; you can't figure it out on your own and need to call the front desk or housekeeping for instructions. 2. It's advertised as a non-smoking room, but the smell of smoke was quite noticeable. 3. The pillows were uncomfortable. In this regard, international chain hotels don't compare to similarly priced domestic brands. The domestic competition means they often excel in providing more meticulous and thoughtful details.

The room is quite spacious, larger than what you typically find in chain hotels. Breakfast is good; in addition to common dishes, bread, etc., they also offer freshly cooked noodles and wontons. They even have Mongolian milk tea. After the meal, there's fruit and yogurt.
