The hotel environment is excellent, and the rooms offer stunning views of the snow-capped mountains. You can feed black swans, fish, alpacas, horses, and sheep, which kept the kids incredibly happy. The breakfast was also very good, with both Chinese and Western options available. They hand-make the wontons, but they're only available after 8 AM. The hotel's restaurant is quite decent too; we had hot pot for dinner, and the soup was really comforting.

## Facilities: The hotel boasts numerous smart amenities, including smart toilets, digital TVs, smart home systems, and a mini-fridge. The 3rd floor also features a swimming pool, laundry room, and gym, which are all quite good. ## Environment: The rooms are clean and comfortable. Lower floors facing the street can be noisy, so I recommend requesting a higher floor or a room facing the inner courtyard. ## Location: The hotel is conveniently located close to the Starlight Night Market and Gaozhuang, making it very accessible. ## Service: The front desk staff are polite, greet guests with a standing welcome, and promptly answer questions and provide directions. Check-in and check-out processes are also very efficient, which is commendable.

The InterContinental Xishuangbanna boasts a tranquil environment with a strong Dai cultural flair, and the service is exceptionally warm and attentive. Lucy at the guest services center, who assisted us, was incredibly helpful, always ready to answer questions and fulfill requests. Her service was outstanding! Additionally, the complimentary milk tea and travel photography experience offered by the hotel was fantastic. The makeup artist was excellent, and the photographer was very professional, resulting in stunning photos. Overall, our stay was a perfect experience!

Dali Junfa Pullman Hotel Review | A hidden gem offering stunning views of Cangshan Mountain and Erhai Lake right from your bed. Pullman is my top choice when visiting Dali. Its prime location directly overlooks Erhai Lake, with distant views of Cangshan Mountain, and it's conveniently close to Xingsheng Bridge and Erhai Park, making it super easy to get around and explore. As a Ctrip Black Diamond member, I received a complimentary stay in an Executive Lake View Room. The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offered breathtaking views – I could take in the full splendor of the mountains and lake without even leaving my bed! The room's decor blends seamlessly with Bai ethnic design, and the amenities provided were high quality with thoughtful touches throughout. The breakfast buffet was extensive, and the complimentary dinner, included with the room, offered a mix of Chinese and Western light meals, alongside local Dali specialties like rice noodles and rubing cheese. Dining by the window with lake views was a treat. The rooftop heated infinity pool and the grand spiral staircase in the lobby are popular photo spots. The afternoon tea was also exquisite, and heading to the Starlight bar at sunset for a drink created a wonderfully atmospheric experience. The service was warm and attentive, and check-in was efficient and thoughtfully handled. As an Accor brand, the quality is reliably excellent. It’s perfect for both couples on a romantic getaway and families traveling with children. Definitely my top pick for accommodation in Dali.

These boutique guesthouses are getting really competitive these days, and they offer many advantages over typical five-star hotels. The room design, the quality of the amenities, the rooftop view, the food and beverage offerings, and the butler service are all truly commendable. I booked two rooms this time; one had a view of West Mountain and Dianchi Lake, while the other (shown in the first picture) offered a city view. The only slight issue right now is that there's ongoing construction outside the city-facing room. The noise becomes quite noticeable after 8 AM, so if you want to sleep in, you'll definitely need earplugs or headphones.

The hotel's service was absolutely exceptional. There was a slight hiccup when booking, but the hotel staff immediately offered the best solution and even upgraded my parents' room for free. What was most touching was when my father left his walking stick behind. The staff promptly arranged for it to be shipped to our next hotel, and they didn't even charge for the delivery. It's not about the money, but the hotel staff's incredibly thoughtful and attentive service. Next time I'm in Kunming, I'll definitely choose to stay at Grand Hyatt again.

Great hotel for its price! Better than similar ones who are more expensive around! Huge villas with everything you need nice breakfast and super convenient location to go to any of old towns around ! Plus photoshoot included to the room for free with costumes 🙏

這家酒店是這次滇西旅行住宿最大的驚喜。, 酒店有停車場，前台服務熱情，有求必應。, 酒店裝修很有風格，花園很漂亮，還有室外喝茶的空間以及樓頂的露台的咖啡吧，感覺在酒店裡也可以消磨上大半天。, 房間空間大，衞浴、乾濕分離。床品舒服，全屋智能控制，洗澡水還可以調節温度，水量也很大。, 公共區域還有健身房以及洗衣房。, 整體感覺，比前兩天在芒市的住的民宿大，比瑞麗住的亞朵新，軟件設施也更好。, 唯一的一個小不足，就是洗漱枱面上沒有小垃圾桶，擦臉巾或洗漱用品包裝等垃圾不方便隨手扔。對於一個整潔星人來説，不習慣隨便扔枱面上，衹能繞一下扔到衞生間垃圾桶，建議能改進一下下就完美了。

The weather in Kunming has been fantastic lately, and the hotel is right by Cuihu Lake, which makes for a lovely stroll. The front desk staff were really enthusiastic and helpful, giving us tips on nearby attractions. They even gave us some delicious snowflake shortbread! Zoey at checkout was wonderful and gave us a small gift, which I really appreciated. Oh, and the tea in the lobby is excellent.

Having traveled to over 60 countries, this is by far the oldest hotel I've ever stayed in, boasting over 200 years of history and an entirely wooden structure. The moment I saw their promotional photos online, I was instantly captivated by the exquisite wood carving art. The white pagoda in the courtyard offers a different charm during the day and at night. On the rooftop, the prayer wheel, combined with the specially designed mirrored floor, allowed me to capture unparalleled photos! Finally, a huge shout-out to the hotel staff. The wind blew my newly bought hat into the backyard of a neighboring house, an almost inaccessible area. Yet, after we had already checked out, they managed to retrieve it, immediately contacted me, asked for the address of my next hotel in Lijiang, and sent it via the fastest express delivery so it would arrive before my check-in. This genuinely touched me deeply. If any friends plan to visit Shangri-La, I will definitely, strongly recommend they stay at this hotel!
