Service: Excellent service! It was my first time staying here, and they even helped me get familiar with the room. Responses were prompt, and there were welcome snacks. Facilities: Decent. The room was a bit small but had everything I needed and wasn't outdated. Hygiene: Clean, and housekeeping was timely. Breakfast was plentiful, with freshly made noodles and wontons. The hotel is close to the subway station and not far from the main attractions, offering great value for money. There's only one elevator, but the building isn't too tall.

Our stay at this hotel was truly pleasant and exceeded our expectations. We stayed here for only one night, plus the following day, as we were in transit and needed accommodation close to the airport, with our flight scheduled for the evening. The room was surprisingly spacious and very comfortable, consisting of a separate living area and a bedroom, which made our short stay extremely relaxing. We also had a bathtub, which was a nice bonus after traveling. Despite the cold weather outside (around 3°C), the room heated up quickly and efficiently using the air conditioning system, and we felt warm and comfortable throughout our stay. Cleanliness was excellent — the room was spotless, well-maintained, and very pleasant overall. Everything felt fresh and carefully prepared for guests. What truly made a difference was the staff at the reception. They were exceptionally kind, helpful, and welcoming, with a very positive attitude. Communication was easy, as they spoke English well, and they were always ready to assist with anything we needed. They also kindly offered to store our luggage free of charge until our departure and provided a complimentary airport transfer, which was extremely convenient for us. Overall, we were very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It was an excellent choice for a short transit stay near the airport, and if we are ever in the area again, we would definitely choose to stay here again. Highly recommended.

Traveling with my baby, I was very satisfied with our stay. The service, facilities, and environment were all incredibly comfortable. The toilet in the room was very smart, and the hotel is close to both the Bund and a pedestrian street. The subway station is also very convenient. I highly recommend it!

An amazing Bund accommodation experience! The French minimalist room design is incredibly stylish, and the mattress is so soft, it feels like sleeping on clouds. Smart toilets, screen casting, and other facilities are all available, with thoughtful details everywhere. The butler service was an even bigger surprise; check-in was efficient, and they proactively recommended unique, off-the-beaten-path routes. The turndown service with small snacks and the high-quality brass luggage tag were perfect. They even organized my cosmetics by color, which made my detail-oriented self incredibly happy. The French croissants for breakfast were crispy and sweet, and the Shanghai soup dumplings paired with soy milk were a truly authentic combination. Breakfast service was excellent, and the hotel's location is absolutely fantastic. I felt pampered throughout my entire stay. This place gets full marks for both value for money and the overall experience. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Shanghai!

The hotel boasts an excellent location with views of the Oriental Pearl Tower and is very close to the Bund. A 500-meter walk will take you to the historic Bund buildings. The breakfast selection was quite good, offering noodles, rice noodles, and salads. When I mentioned that the steamed buns were out, they were quickly replenished by the staff. The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, and the bedding was soft and comfortable.

The windowless room was really stuffy, but everything else was okay. I mainly want to talk about the bathroom. The shower stall was incredibly tiny. There was no shelf to put anything on, and while I can overlook the lack of conditioner, I had nowhere to put my own conditioner, nor the towel. The showerhead only twisted to the right; no matter how much I turned it, it wouldn't rotate properly. What you see is after I managed to twist it a bit, but it just spun back as soon as I turned on the water. When the room door was locked, there was an intermittent beeping sound from the bottom. The room was quite soundproof, which was a good point.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Radisson. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. A big thank you to Jason of the front desk, he assisted us with all our questions and went the extra mile in making our stay a beautiful experience. The location was perfect, near the major attractions in Shanghai, convenient for walking to the Metro or hailing a ride thru Didi. There were lots of food options near the hotel and the area was safe for tourists. Will definitely recommend staying here.

This stay was fantastic! The hotel is super close to Shanghai Railway Station, making travel incredibly convenient. Getting to Nanjing Road and the Bund was also a breeze, so exploring and eating out was stress-free. The hotel's thoughtful service was exceptional; they offer free luggage storage, so you can sightsee comfortably even after checking out. The self-service laundry room was a lifesaver for travel laundry, and the smart robot delivery added a cool, high-tech touch – the experience was absolutely superb. Overall, it's excellent value for money, and I'm very satisfied with everything. Highly recommended!

I had a red-eye flight back from my trip, and instead of taking an expensive taxi home while exhausted, I decided to book a hotel with a shuttle service. This way, I could get some rest and head back to the airport for the subway home once I was refreshed. I initially thought 'Vienna' sounded like a privately run guesthouse, but I was pleasantly surprised from the moment I was picked up. Instead of a beat-up van, it was a clean and tidy mini-van. The driver was very polite, there weren't many people in the car, and it was a quick ten-minute ride to the hotel. The lobby had a nice atmosphere, and the staff weren't at all tired despite it being early morning. They stood up to check us in as soon as they saw us. We were lucky enough to get a free upgrade to a family room, which was larger and quieter at the end of the hallway. I then discovered the hotel is part of the Jinjiang Group, a state-owned enterprise, which explains the significant investment. They use a mini-van for early morning pickups and a large Yutong bus for daytime transfers. The hotel has a small gym and laundry room. The room itself was quite spacious, much bigger than express hotels in the city center. The bottled water was Nongfu Spring, and after returning from Queen's Palm Hotel in Hainan where they only provided additive-laden water like Ice Dew, this detail really impressed me. They even thoughtfully provided disposable toilet seat covers and child-friendly toiletries (something even Hainan didn't have), with toiletries that felt like a full care package. The room was spotlessly clean; I deliberately touched the floor, and there was no dust on my hand, which is truly commendable! The shower stall also had no residual water stains or hair. There was a QR code on the wall for feedback, showing their commitment to service. As a Trip.com member, I opted out of breakfast. After all the discounts, the room cost 240 RMB, and I could check out at 2 PM. I slept in until noon, ordered takeout, and then took the shuttle back to the airport for the subway home. My child was happy, feeling like we had another day of vacation. I slept very well with no noise disturbance. It was a very satisfying stay. Just two small suggestions: The faucet in the sink is too close to the basin's edge, so water splashes out every time you use it. I had to use a bath towel to block and absorb the water. Also, it would be great to have a high-powered domestic hairdryer, like a Leifeng, and perhaps a stand to secure it so it doesn't get taken. That would further improve the experience. Overall, I still want to praise the hotel; it was a very satisfying stay.

My recent business trip to Shanghai led me to the Novotel Shanghai Atlantis, and my overall experience far exceeded expectations – I simply have to write a glowing review! **Outstanding Location:** Situated in a prime spot, it's incredibly convenient for visiting attractions like the Oriental Pearl Tower and Super Brand Mall. The city views from the window are stunning, especially at night. **Stylish Yet Welcoming Design:** The lobby boasts a modern artistic flair, while the rooms are elegantly minimalist. The headboard design is distinctly 'Novotel.' What truly surprised me was the panoramic floor-to-ceiling window; it offered fantastic natural light during the day, and at night, watching the Lujiazui lights sparkle was truly uplifting. **Attentive Service:** From the efficient and friendly reception staff to the thoughtful greetings from housekeeping, every employee greeted me with a genuine smile. **Excellent Dining Experience:** The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety, including local specialties and classic Western options. I particularly recommend their made-to-order noodle station; the delicious broth was a perfect start to my day. **Quality in Every Detail:** The soundproofing in the room was excellent, the bedding was incredibly comfortable, and the toiletries were from a premium brand. The gym was well-equipped, and there's an indoor pool, allowing me to maintain my fitness routine even while on a business trip. Whether you're a business traveler, a family, or a couple, this hotel caters to all needs. I've already recommended it to my colleagues, and the Novotel Shanghai Atlantis will definitely be my top choice for my next visit to Shanghai!

MM350711****Excellent! I compared many hotels, and this one seemed to be the only one offering 24-hour airport pickup. Many hotels stop pickups at 11:40 PM, but this one provides both pickup and drop-off. The price is reasonable, the service is great, and the breakfast is good too, with refined desserts and a decent variety. I hope they keep up the good work; I'll definitely stay here again next time.

ἈστραῖοςLocated in the heart of Shanghai's historic Juxingchang area, the former guesthouse of Air Force Unit 4 holds an unmissable and pivotal position in modern Chinese history. To be honest, I was initially hesitant; I had originally booked the Yan'an Hotel, but was persuaded by the travel agency to switch to this place. On the eve of the 24th anniversary of '913' (September 13th), I was in the attic room here, rushing to meet my school deadlines. On the evening of September 13th, Shanghai was hit by a heavy downpour. My family and I were having dinner at the adjacent Xi Family Garden. We borrowed two umbrellas from Manager Zhang at the front desk, one of his own and one from a colleague. I'm truly grateful for this trust, and also want to thank Manager Zhang for his thoughtful service over the past two days.

GGuest UserAlthough the room was small, the experience was truly great. We even ran into Buzz Lightyear and Woody in the park, which was full of childlike wonder. The room service was excellent; they delivered water very quickly. I accidentally left my kettle charging cable behind, and the concierge contacted me to mail it back home, which was really nice. On the shuttle bus to and from the park, staff members helped us with our large luggage. The price is also very reasonable compared to the resort hotels. Thumbs up!

GGuest UserI stayed at this hotel alone during Christmas, and this was my second time staying here. Overall, I really liked my stay. The room I was given was very spacious and extremely clean, which I truly appreciated. The only difficulty I experienced was with food delivery to my room. While I was using the bathtub at night, the delivery could not reach my room, possibly due to a cleaning cart blocking the hallway. A staff member knocked on my door for several minutes. Since I do not speak Chinese and did not want to go downstairs again to collect my order, I opened the door while wearing a towel, which made the situation uncomfortable. The buffet was okay, but this was my second time trying it and I felt the staff were not very friendly. They didn’t seem willing to help when I was looking for a table, and there was no assistance to clean or arrange a table for guests, which I found a bit disappointing. The hotel itself is very clean, and well maintained, and I would still consider staying here again
