We had such an amazing experience at this Disney hotel, and I truly feel like this property deserves every bit of praise. My husband, our 6 kids, and I traveled all the way from Orlando, Florida in America, and after such a big trip, staying somewhere this welcoming, clean, and well-run meant so much to us. From the moment we arrived, the staff made such a strong impression on me. Every single person we interacted with was incredibly kind, welcoming, patient, and genuinely helpful. It did not feel fake or forced at all, it felt like they truly cared about making sure our stay was comfortable and special. One thing I really want to mention is that even with us traveling from America, the language barrier was honestly not hard at all when dealing with the staff. That was something I truly appreciated. Everyone was so kind, so patient, and so willing to help that communication never felt stressful. They made everything feel easy and comfortable, and that meant a lot, especially traveling with a big family and small children. No matter what we needed, they did their best to help us understand and made sure we felt taken care of. That level of effort, patience, and kindness goes a very long way, and they really made us feel welcome. The staff went above and beyond in so many little ways, and those things really added up. Any time I had a question, needed help, or wasn’t sure about something, someone was there with a smile, ready to help without hesitation. That kind of service stands out, especially when you are traveling with family, and it made such a huge difference for us. They were not just “nice” .They were the kind of staff that makes you stop and think, wow, these people really care. You can feel when people are just doing a job, and you can also feel when people are truly making an effort to give guests a great experience. This staff absolutely did that. Now let me talk about the cleanliness, because honestly this is one of the cleanest hotel properties and rooms I have ever seen in my life. I do not say that lightly. The moment we walked in, everything looked absolutely spotless. Not just tidy, not just “good enough,” but truly immaculate. The room looked fresh, polished, and cared for in a way that is hard to explain unless you see it for yourself. Every surface looked pristine. The floors were clean, the bathroom was shining, the bedding felt fresh and perfectly maintained, and the entire room gave that rare feeling of being deeply, properly cleaned. There was not that uneasy hotel feeling some places have where you start wondering what has or has not really been cleaned. This place felt the complete opposite. It felt sanitized, refreshed, and cared for to the highest standard. The room was so clean that it immediately made us feel comfortable enough to fully relax. When you are staying with children, cleanliness matters even more, and this hotel absolutely exceeded expectations. I noticed the details, and the details matter. The bathroom was spotless, the beds looked crisp and fresh, the furniture was clean, the floors looked amazing, and the whole room felt like it had been cleaned with real care and pride. Even beyond the room itself, the entire property was unbelievably clean. That is what impressed me so much. Usually a hotel might have a nice room, but the hallways, common areas, elevators, or grounds do not always match that same level of care. Here, the cleanliness was consistent everywhere. The entire property was beautifully maintained, and you could clearly tell that cleanliness is taken seriously at every level. Everything looked so well-kept, so polished, and so intentionally maintained that it honestly made the whole stay feel even more luxurious and relaxing. It is such a good feeling to be able to fully settle in and enjoy your stay without noticing dirt, neglect, or things being overlooked. This hotel gave us that peace of mind completely. This hotel far exceeded my expectations! First off, the huge floor-to-ceiling windows really brightened my day, and the daily room cleaning was impeccable. Second, a special shout-out to the housekeeping lady – I have back issues and can't sleep on soft beds, so I mentioned it to her when I left. When I returned, I found the mattress had been flipped, and I slept incredibly comfortably. Third, the room service was prompt and polite. Fourth, the breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious, and the late-night noodles were fantastic – who knew I could come back at 11 PM and get a piping hot and tasty bowl of soup noodles! Lastly, the airport drop-off service was such a thoughtful touch. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Disneyland!

The bathroom is separated from drv and wet. with complete toiletries. and hot water comes out quickly. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, and the check-in and check-out are verv efficient. If vou have anv questions, please answer them patiently. The location of the hotel is verv good, convenient to travel and there are manv choices for dining and shopping around. The overall environment is quiet and the sound insulation effect is good. It is verv cost- effective and exceeds my expectations. I will choose this one again next time I come here. I highlv recommend it!

Traveling alone with my 6-year-old daughter, I was truly touched by the warmth of the service here. The front desk staff upgraded our room for free during check-in, and they even provided a thermometer when we needed one in the middle of our stay. When it was time to leave, the front desk was so kind as to help me tie my daughter's hair, something I'm not good at. All the front desk staff were wonderful, and they even prepared a little gift for my daughter when we checked out.

Good afternoon, everyone! Here are a few impressions of the hotel. The first thing I’d like to mention is the location! It’s very convenient. The main attractions in the city centre are within a 5‑minute walk from the hotel — the Bund waterfront, the pedestrian street, the Yuyuan Garden, and others. It also takes about 5 minutes to get to the metro. And the line 2 (green) is convenient — it leads to the places you need or to the necessary transfers, for example, towards Disneyland, the Safari Park, or other locations. As for cleanliness, the hotel is clean. The rooms are cleaned daily. Towels are changed daily. Moreover, each towel is packaged in its own separate bag. We booked a family room with a balcony and two beds. The room had bathrobes and slippers. The beds are comfortable and large. There is a TV, of course, but in theory it’s useless because it doesn’t have Russian channels. There is a convenient remote control for the curtains and lighting next to the main bed. The only thing is that the remote control buttons are constantly lit, even at night. Sometimes it’s distracting. But at least you can see it at night. The sockets and chargers are of the appropriate format. Therefore, you either need to bring adapters or be content with two USB chargers. Moreover, there are no chargers near the second bed (the one for the child). A separate point regarding the bathroom: I don’t know why the lighting is arranged in such a way that when you go to the bathroom, the light in the hallway also turns on. Apparently, this is because the sink is also located in the hallway (outside the bathroom). The reason for this arrangement is unknown, but it’s quite common in Chinese hotels. Since the door to the shower (and the toilet, which is the same thing) is sliding, there’s certainly no point in talking about any sound insulation. Also, light from the shower gets into the room, which is inconvenient. In the bathroom, there aren’t enough hooks to hang towels and robes separately (there’s only one hook). There aren’t enough shelves to store your belongings above the sink. Overall, the room needs some improvements for family use. If you’re staying with three people, you’ll need three chairs instead of two around the table on the balcony (don’t count on a view from the balcony — there isn’t one). The staff at the hotel is very friendly. They provide excellent 24‑hour assistance at the reception. There are voice translators for various languages. It’s very convenient. The hotel is located somewhat away from the street, so you don’t hear much street noise. We hired a tour guide, and he really praised the location. Overall, we’re satisfied. There are various shopping and historical sites within easy reach. You can even get around on foot if you wish. But the metro also works great! I forgot to mention the breakfasts. I’ll be straight with you: if you like Asian cuisine, you’ll like it. My family and friends were pleased. And, interestingly, this hotel also offers a free dinner starting at 9:30 p.m. You can make it in time for salads and dumplings. Overall, it’s a good hotel — if you’re prepared for a few nuances.

The hygiene is excellent, and there are even robots that deliver food. On the first floor, there's also a free laundry room and gym. The front desk staff are incredibly helpful. If I ever have the chance to visit this area again, I'll definitely choose this hotel.

Rooms are spaceous and clean. Wifi connects easily without a million settings . TV in the room connects to your personal devices via screen mirroring. Orders and deliveries arrive via robots . Quite futuristic. Two elevators working non stop makes it easy to go downstairs - we stayed at 17th floor. Second floor has a gym and a laundry room - yiu can iron your shirt you have all basic requirements covered. Breakfast is an amazing bufet with so much variety and is also available until 11 AM! Check in staff super helpful and kind. They gave gifts to my little daughter and also carried luggage all the way to my room when checking in . Since the hotel.is quite big and not overbooked, it's very quiet at night and you can rest very well. I dont usually have time to leave reviews but I feel like this hotel deserves a big Thank You for our stay.

Had a great stay, and they even upgraded my room! The bed was super comfy and the bathroom was huge. The overall facilities were complete and well-maintained, and the cleanliness was top-notch. The garden environment was very pleasant. The service was also excellent, and breakfast could be delivered to the room. All the staff were very enthusiastic. I forgot their names, but I definitely have to mention the front desk guy today – he was especially helpful! I'll come again next time.

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, right above Century Park Station on Line 2, making it incredibly convenient for anyone traveling by metro. I particularly loved the lobby's floor tiles and overall decor style – it's bright and airy, and they even have a self-service tea station. My room also had a balcony, which made it so well-ventilated that I didn't even need the air conditioning. Standing on the balcony and looking out was incredibly refreshing and comfortable.

My colleague told me this is a very old hotel. It's clean and tidy, and the shower pressure is great, very comfortable. I checked in quite late, and the front desk staff kindly upgraded me to an Executive King Room for free. The 50+ square meter space was very enjoyable, though it was a pity I was on a business trip and in a rush. The breakfast was plentiful, and they even gave me a complimentary meal package for the revolving restaurant on the top floor. Although served in small portions, the food was genuinely delicious. I highly recommend this well-established four-star hotel.
