"Such a convenient location and walking distance to the Feng Jia night market. They provide snacks and drinks in the hotel room, but pls check the expired date. Hmmm"

"The room was smaller than expected, amenities was also fewer than expected. However the location was good, bus stop was just infront of the hotel and train station was a few minutes away only. Service was also great but its sad that we have to pay for extra hotel card. Overall hotel was good, just hope they improve the amenities considering the hotel wasnt cheap."

"The hotel location is unbeatable - it is located right beside the Love River with beautiful and relax view. There is a 7-11 is right next to the hotel which makes my stay easier. I enjoy the hotel overall, however there is an odd smell when I stepped right into the lobby and the smell remained constantly during my entire stay. Luckily the room smells fresh. I like the hotel and highly recommend to others and will come back if I visit KH again."

"Pool was under maintenance during the period of stay. Location though at night market was still a distance away from railway station. Taxi fare abt TWD220. There was hotel shuttle service but no clear instructions on how to book in advance. Info not available on trip.com. Concierge staff did not readily offer the service also. Was told only available to members. Not for 3rd party booking. Am disappointed. Room was spacious. 2 queen size beds. But toilet and bathroom were small. Head will hit the door if I sit at toilet bowl and lean just a bit forward. The bathroom door hits the rain shower head, so if not notice, and open the door with force may break the glass door. Yellow lights in the room were very dim. Make ambience cozy and classy but very straining to the eyes. 2 out of 3 laundry machines out of order. Laundry powder did not dispense from vending machine. Hv to change coins at lobby when laundry is at 6th floor. Overall, not quite up to expectations unfortunately."

"the hotel is very decent but it is a self service hotel so no active service, you have to find the staff by yourself. but everything's are fine the only bug we have is the card is in the middle of the machine. but the staff fixed it very quick"

"It was an amazing stay. Top-notch service. We felt at home in Taiwan for the time we stayed there. Very clean and generous. They even offered to pack us breakfast on our last day since we won’t be able to make it to the breakfast buffet due to early checkout. Location was very convenient; no need to cross the road to get to Ximending as it was just behind the hotel. Very accessible to food spots, shopping, convenience stores. We loved it at Westgate and would come back again."

"Fantastic hotel in a very strategic location. Easy access to Tainan's main attractions. Comfy beds and good air con. Overall outstanding value so I stayed here twice. Amazing views especially at night time from the upper floors. Sadly a pretty average brekky spread with cheap ingredients. Keeping the hot food hot would be a great start before they work on improving the dishes."
