A very comfortable stay. The hotel is close to Sendai Station and there are several carparks nearby. It was also very convenient to have a FamilyMart next to the lobby on the ground floor. The laundry area is quite small and would have been nicer if there were more machines available. The dryer was unfortunately not very efficient. Service was great and the hotel was very clean. Rooms were of a good size. Would return.

Our 8-day stay at Hotel Metropolitan Sendai East was exceptional from start to finish. We booked a Superior Double room, and it felt surprisingly spacious and comfortable—especially for an extended stay. If I had to sum up this hotel in one word, it would be convenience. Its location directly within Sendai Station makes getting around effortless. Trains, buses, and a wide variety of dining options are all just steps away, which made exploring the area incredibly easy. The breakfast selection was generous and satisfying, offering plenty of options to start the day well. What truly stood out, however, was the customer service—consistently attentive, professional, and welcoming throughout our stay. We would absolutely choose to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sendai.

Location is good just 10 minutes walk to Clis Road. Price is reasonable, and breakfast is good. There are Parking lots nearby, but a bit expensive. Trip described this hotel opened in 2023. But this is definitely not a new hotel, bathroom smell bad and cleanliness need improvment.

Ideal Room Setup: The Moderate Double Room was clean and well-appointed, providing a comfortable space to rest and work. It was specifically a non-smoking room, which was appreciated for its fresh atmosphere. Great for Professionals: As a business traveler, the hotel’s location and efficiency made my logistics effortless. The ”PREMIER” branding truly reflects the higher standard of service and amenities offered here. If you are visiting Sendai and need a reliable, high-quality hotel, this is an excellent choice.

Very nice and clean. The public bath is a plus for travellers who wish to have one in an urban area. The cost per room per night is also very attractive!!!

The location is great, not far from JR Sendai Station, less than a 10-minute walk, and the path is easy to navigate. There are many shops and convenience stores around, and even several drugstores right across from the hotel, which was perfect for our late-night shopping spree until 11 PM! The hotel also offers a good selection of drinks and snacks, plus late-night supper. The public bath is clean and comfortable, and you can enjoy it until 1 AM, which is absolutely ideal for those of us who like to stay out until after 11 PM and then come back to relax and unwind!

The dinner buffet was great, with a wide variety of choices, including Sendai specialties like charcoal-grilled beef tongue, crab legs, Shiroishi Umen noodles, and Hirata pork. The onsen uses 'Tabibijin' bath products. There's also a good selection of souvenirs for sale. The room was quite spacious too.

The hotel is quite new, but it's just a standard business hotel. It doesn't offer any significant advantages over competitors like Toyoko Inn; the facilities and environment are pretty much the same. I'm not sure why it's priced higher 🤷‍♀️ The only unique feature is the Refa hairdryer and shower head, which are both quite good~

The room facilities are complete, and it's not cold indoors even in winter. The front desk service is professional. The hotel's location is excellent, super close to Sendai Station for the Shinkansen, and very convenient for transportation, shopping, and dining in the surrounding area.

Just a few minutes' walk from Hirose-dori subway station, the hotel's location is extremely convenient, surrounded by numerous dining options. Having a convenience store on the ground floor is also a reassuring plus. We stayed in a moderate non-smoking room for two. While the queen-sized bed was comfortable, it felt a bit cramped for two, though it would likely feel quite spacious for a solo traveler. The mattress firmness was just right, and the air purifier was a welcome amenity. The bath area was nicely separated from the toilet, preventing any concerns about water splashing out, and the rain shower was a pleasant feature. The front desk staff were friendly and left a positive impression. One minor point is that the air conditioning throughout the hotel, including the lobby and hallways, felt a bit too strong. The complimentary coffee service in the lobby was a nice touch, but it was a shame that it couldn't be taken back to the room. Overall, it's a clean hotel with excellent service, and we left feeling very satisfied.
