I booked Hotel Aryaduta Medan through Trip.com and the whole process was smooth and hassle free. The booking was easy, the price offered was more competitive compared to other platforms, and the confirmation was instant. During check-in, there were no issues at all. Hotel Aryaduta Medan is conveniently located in the city center, very close to shopping malls and restaurants. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast had a wide variety of both local and international options. The swimming pool and other facilities were also great for families. Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience using Trip.com and my stay at Hotel Aryaduta Medan. I would definitely use Trip.com again for future bookings.

The hotel is relatively new, and the room size and layout are excellent. The staff also provide good service. However, on the second day after it rained, the cold water was very dirty, although the hot water was fine. The location is right next to the train station, but if you walk from the station to the hotel, even though it's not far, the road isn't very pedestrian-friendly (there are barely any sidewalks, and lots of motorbikes).

Overall good and would probably stay again. - managed to do online video meetings as wifi was strong - comfortable and large bed, however bedding was a little stained - only one lift worked which meant slight wait times, but the second elevator was fixed by our departure - good location, hectic but as expected, can get all food delivered - gym was decent, not good enough for a proper heavy gym sesh but good to get a little workout in - pool area was nice and not too busy

Rooms were quite spacious. There is no swimming pool or other facilities like in a hotel. There is a nice 24hr restaurant on site. Location is close to Medan train station which can take you to the Kuala Namu airport. Podomoro mall which is a very exclusive mall is just walking distance from the suites. The suites are well maintained despite looking slightly dated. Centre Point which is across the road from Medan train station is a good place to explore for some local food. This is a great choice if you are looking for space and a good locatiion.

No hot water in the shower, a little bit seems dirty/ broken in the bathroom and it doesn’t give the feeling of real luxury, but for this price I think it’s very good still. You have a restaurant which is open 24/7 with friendly servers. The pool is shared by hotel guests with people who pay for usage of the pool, looks clean enough. Staff helped to bring luggage to the room. The location of the hotel is good, it feels a little bit less developed around the hotel tho, but there is a nice mall nearby, maybe 5 minutes with the car.

The hotel is fantastic. I stayed in many 5 star hotels and this is one he best The staff is very attentive and polite, much more than in other countries It is exceptionally clean and everything is just perfect. I originally booked for 2 days and ended up staying 5 The buffet is very large with many options but mostly is Asian foods which I do not eat. They have an egg station to cook to order I strongly recommend this hotel if you come to Medan

Repeat stays at mikie (＞4x) for proximity to funland. Stayed in family room (2 level). Check in was fast, amenities are old but sufficient. Towel is old and not quite absorbent. Knocked room at late night when all of us were asleep to request back swim towels which we had returned to unmanned towel counter. Swimming was fun but water is cold. Breakfast variety is amazing and commendable but not all was nice. Arcade is not new but affordable and fuss free. Water kettle wasnt working well but was quickly replaced upon request. Will stay again and will recommend.

The hotel is clean, luxurious, the view is really beautiful, the breakfast menu is also really delicious. ❤️
