Room is very spacious, comes with 2 sets of facial acre products both for man and woman There's even a 6 CD player with preloaded CDs inside ranging from Jazz to sentimental songs for your relaxation Food are delicious and nicely decorated Every day it comes with some free local snacks like financiers and biscuits One incident that didn't quite went well is early morning after breakfast As we are rushing to head out before housekeeping and there's no more water in the room, we return to the dinning hall and try to ask the staff to help to fill up some water in their provided water bottle. one lady took over the bottle and head to the kitchen to fill up, but we can hear she's complaining to her colleagues about it. Shortly, while handing over the bottle, she signal us to leave. We did so but once just stepped out, she simply slams the dinning hall shut! I was surprised by her reaction. It was quite rude of her to do that. If it's against the regulation, they can rightly say so and communicate upfront than doing this repulsive reaction Overall, a nice stay amid a slight mark on the service rendered

長濱是北陸本線唯一一個靠琵琶湖的站點（彥根和米原都不在湖邊），而這個酒店又在長濱港，中間有五分鐘路程，並不遠。酒店客房南北向，這使所有客房都能看到湖景。 酒店七樓有浴場和室內瞭望台（向南），已經是湖邊的制高點了，早晚風景都很好，東南北三面瞭望琵琶湖，向西還有伊吹山。出酒店就是琵琶湖渡輪和去竹生島的遊船。 房間保留了泡沫時代的裝修風格，且非常乾淨。雖然入住率很高，但走廊並不吵。服務沒什麼説的，該給到的都給到了。雖然不是很想説性價比的事情，但和大津以及湖西網上動輒幾千元的湖景房相比，這邊真的做到了花小錢辦大事。 感謝酒店提供一晚令人放空的體驗。因《琵琶湖周航之歌》來到這裏，也真的在酒店看到了歌詞中所言之景。希望這個平價觀景酒店可以一直存在下去。

The location is very quiet and calm. For those who want a break from the main cities this place is highly recommended. The hotel picked us up from the nearby station and the communication was very active and accommodating (I emailed them when we were in Kyoto station in advanced and once we reached the local station, their shuttle was already waiting for us 🥹). Biwako Valley is near so it was our only planned big activity in the area aside from walking along the quiet road and trying convenience store food and using the 24 hour laundry place nearby. The food is very healthy and you will experience traditional Japanese service (they prepared colorful Yukatas for us and we wore them for bfast and dinner in their restaurant) . The private onsen was great and you can also use the public bath in the hotel itself. I cannot list everything but our experience here was truly amazing!

I am very happy to take two dogs to such a beautiful place. The overall environment is very beautiful and quiet, and the dog run brought by the house also makes the puppy have a great time. Dinner and breakfast are made on-site by the staff. The ingredients are fresh and the portion is very sufficient. It is really satisfying. However, at the same time, the overall experience is very good, there are two small suggestions, I hope that the quality of service can be further improved in the future. 1️⃣ Communication on check-in time The hotel's check-in time is 15:00 〜 19:00, so guests arrive before 19:00 is a normal check-in range. On the same day, if the check-in time has not exceeded, the temporary inquiry ”about what time will arrive” will give people a little feeling of being urged. Since the hotel has set a check-in time range, the catering and reception departments may be prepared in advance according to this time period. 2️⃣ About the service experience at check-out The staff was very enthusiastic on the day of check-in. The vehicle just stopped and took the initiative to help carry the luggage, which made a very good first impression. But in contrast, there was almost no assistance when checking out. I didn't even ask if I needed help with my luggage. Since some houses here are far from the front desk, I also saw some elderly guests need to drag a lot of luggage alone to check out. I personally think that a really good hotel is not only the enthusiasm at check-in, but also whether it can still be maintained in the same meticulous and thoughtfulness when checking out. Because the feelings of the guests when they leave, it is often the last impression left by the entire stay experience. The above content is not offensive, only represents a little real feeling of the individual during the stay. I also sincerely hope that the hotel will continue to improve the service details in the future, and do not let such an excellent environment and hardware be affected by the small regrets on the service. Biwako Ryokusuitei was an absolute treat. We had a bit of a wobble at Ogoto-Onsen station as I couldn't find a phone, but luckily we spotted the hotel shuttle. The driver was lovely and made us feel welcome right from the off. The reception staff were brilliant, really friendly and gave us a proper run-through of the place. Housekeeping was spot on too they were right on the ball and had our tatami mats all ready for us while we were away at dinner. The real stars, though, were the dining staff. They were incredibly professional and took the time to explain exactly what we were eating and how to enjoy each dish. Both breakfast and dinner were top-notch 😋I'm still thinking about that food now! A proper (home away from home) experience

The hotel is spacious,counter service very friendly abd help .after 50km cycling trip from Maibara, in time to have good rest and recharge my battery handphone, has bicycle storage area. .Not far on the opposite right, there is 7 7Eleven convenient shop and few local restaurants. cheap and delicious.

Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und hat uns sehr gut betreut. Unser Zimmer war jedoch nicht ganz das was wir erwartet hatten. Die Bilder sahen doch etwas anders aus als das was wir dann erhalten haben. Es roch auch nicht wirklich gut, wir vermuten dass es früher mal ein Raucherzimmer war. Wären wir länger als eine Nacht geblieben, hätten wir reklamiert. Für eine Nacht war es ok. Das Essen war absolute Spitzenklasse, und auch das Servicepersonal war einfach top.

The breakfast is very good and the hot spring experience is also very good. There was no one when I went there, it was just a charter. The location is right by the lake, comfortable and quiet, there is a 7-11 next to it, you can do some simple purchases. The owner of the hotel is a kind and amiable grandmother, who can recommend local activities to us in simple English. I am very grateful to her for taking care of her for a few days.

Gosh, where do I even begin? This stay was frankly perfect. The view was amazing, the open-air private bath was amazing, the service was amazing, the food provided was amazing. There’s even a shuttle bus from the nearby station. I loved it. My friends loved it. The staff even ran across the whole lobby lounge from the check-in counter, and did a full dive into the souvenir store counter for us. Most memorable icecream buying experience.
