Faulty bidet, ie pipe without spray head. Basic amenities not available ie shaver, dental kit. Requested for dental kit and 2 bottles of water at 9am and not delivered when I returned at night. The Merchant was quiet but staff rather enjoyed themselves watching tv then observing the needs of patrons. Stayed twice and this will be the last.
The room itself is nice, but there are several issues that significantly affected our stay. The blanket was quite thin, bed very low, and the location is difficult to find using Google Maps. What should have been a 10-minute drive took us around 40 minutes due to navigation issues, and the car park was also hard to locate.
The lobby has water on floor, no cleaner and maintenance, my daughter slipped and fell when we arrived.
The biggest concern was the lift. It is extremely slow, stops at every floor, and has poor ventilation. It took about 15 minutes just to go from level 36 to B3, which is unacceptable.
Overall, due to these inconveniences, I would not return.
Location next to IOI City mall is excellent. Room air conditioning is excellent. Didn't try hotel breakfast. Front office staff is professional. Shower water pressure excellent. Housekeeping timing could be improved. Room shaver and comb not provided. Bed firmness is good. Good view towards golf view. Good for just sticking at IOI city mall or else you have to spent alot of money on transport to other shopping malls
Nice place but roads are abit confusing for grabs drivers. Other are all acceptable & above average. Shoplots at empire city is getting more and more. Checkin time can be improved to 2pm other than 3pm
The hotel very comfortable and had a nice view. Easy when check in. The staff very friendly and helpful. Definitely will stay again and recommend to friends and family.
Might be due to rainy season, but the sheet smell was overwhelming. You can smell it once you open the room door, the room is ok though, happy they provide the luggage stand in room. Check in was fast, the room is ready before time and they let us in early. We booked a room with x2 single beds but there is only one toothbrush provided, luckily I bring my own, there are x2 indoor slippers though. Shower space is great and water pressure is perfect. Many eateries nearby so we did not try hotel breakfast. A great choice for a quick stay.
The hotel offers good parking conditions for those traveling by car. The parking lot is spacious with plenty of spots, and the entry/exit routes are well-designed, so finding a space and leaving won't take much time.
There's also a public swimming pool in the area with consistent operating hours, providing a nice option for daily recreation and fitness.
The only noticeable drawback right now is that public hygiene maintenance isn't up to par. You occasionally see accumulated debris in the corners of the main roads, and the chairs and linens in the public rest areas aren't clean enough and need to be replaced. If you're staying for a short period, have high expectations for travel convenience, and aren't overly sensitive to hygiene details, then this place is an acceptable choice.
It is quite confusing to find the location when I pin ”Mossaz suite”. You need to find Empire City then it is easier to find the stay.
The lift waiting is long and required a lot of patience 😐.
The check-in and check-out is smooth and fast.
When I arrived, there was a trash in front of the door and only have 1 towel. But then, I informed the receptionist, the action is fast to clean up and provide us the towel.
The pool is big and good. Have a nice view also.
Overall is good but appreciate if the lift issue can be improve 🫡

Even though this hotel is near KLIA 2, it doesn’t matter if your flight is in KLIA 1. Everything is accessible with free shuttle to T1 (every 2hrs) via the hotel or the one provided by the airport itself (every 10mins). You can also do some last minute shopping in Gateway inside T2. The room I booked is enough for a short stay. Its big and kinda nice view. They also have a resto beside lobby with a garden vibes-its cozy and good for a night drink. I highly recommend this hotel. Thanks, Tune Hotel! I

Overall it just nearby airport nothing fancy, for the pricing to be honest not really worth it. The room is very simple and need to touch up, at night can hear clearly ppl walk by and door open/close. But for the crew service is good as they always put on a smile and the next day free shuttle service is on time! 7am sharp the bus left already which is very punctual. Breakfast is ok but not much varieties, starts early at 6am.
However I will not stay this hotel anymore.

SSimone U.Friendly service and comfortable room. Breakfast spread had a wide variety as well. Location was very convenient as it was directly connected to Sunway Pyramid Mall and convention center. Definitely would have a return stay in the future

Hotel staff ok, just the housekeeper leave the rubbish bag on the street infront my room door. Feel dirty.
I chose a Japanese restaurant there for dinner that day. I felt that the staff was not very friendly and anxious to clean up the dishes and chopsticks as if we would leave quickly after eating.
TTomHeeThe bad: on the 2nd day of our 3 day stay, i went to eat breakfast at 8:20am. There was not much food left. I thought they will replenish. They didn't. The staff told me some 200 over had their breakfast and they finished the food. But I've paid for my breakfast during the booking.
Trip.com should seek a refund from the hotel
The good: the staff at the restaurant. She's very friendly and attentive. The chef at the egg station. He was kind and friendly to me. I've uploaded their pictures.
This hotel is very near to the MRT station. Don't follow Google to guide you to the hotel. When u step out of the mrt, the hotel is right in front of your. U don't need to make a big turn like the Google directed. Google is wrong!!
The breakfast for the 3 days are repetitive. So not worth.
The fried rice is surprisingly good.
GGuest UserI've stayed here three times for business trips, mainly because there are no better options in the vicinity. This lack of competition, unfortunately, seems to lead to subpar service and hygiene. The first time I stayed, in a twin room, both duvet covers were dirty. One had unwashed bloodstains, and the other had three foot-like marks. I had to call twice and even go down to the front desk once before someone finally came to replace them! On my third stay, the towels in the cabinet under the sink had a strong mildew smell and were unusable. The amenity box was chipped, and the shower hose was broken. The in-room Wi-Fi signal was also very poor and kept disconnecting. Honestly, there are just too many issues! But due to its location, I have no choice but to stay here. I really hope they improve!

GGuest Userthe parking was a bit tricky for us but we managed to get parked and the check was smooth.
the room was so clean and spacious. 2 queen beds. but you do need to bring your own toothpaste and toothbrush. but they do provide soap and shampoo.
there is stove , fridge and smart tv that you can log your netflix in. however upon arriving we notice we did not get an iron and kitchen utensils. we asked past 9pm and they gave the items at 9am the next day.
kindky check your checkout timung too. sometimes it is 11am
KKytchermaineI booked the Superior King Room for a solo staycation and really enjoyed my time! I arrived around 2:20 PM, and they allowed me an early check-in with a fast and smooth process. The bed was spacious and comfortable, and the room came with two large complimentary bottles of water. The TV wasn’t a smart TV (no YouTube, etc.), but surprisingly there were quite a lot of programs and channels available during my stay.
The location is great. You can easily stay within the area without going out far. There’s a 7-Eleven for quick purchases, and a mall just next door with Lotus, Watsons, and more.
The onsen costs RM28 for walk-in guests, with 45 minutes per session. Slippers and disposable underwear are provided, but you can also bring your own swimsuit. I went during a non-peak hour and was lucky enough to have the entire onsen to myself. They even allowed me to stay longer than 45 minutes. After the session, they served free hot tea and a sweet snack (dorayaki), which was a nice touch.
The hotel also has two restaurants: Birch and Sora. I had dinner at Sora SkyDining, it’s a romantic spot with a great ambience. Prices are quite reasonable for a sky dining experience. I ordered the yuzu iced tea (RM16) and Tiger Prawns Spaghetti (RM38); the portions were generous and the food tasted good.
If you’d like to burn some calories after dinner, there’s a beautifully lit garden right beside the hotel. Perfect for a romantic night walk.
Breakfast is served from 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM, with a wide variety including noodles, nasi lemak, pastries, halal dim sum, and various drinks. Everything tasted good. Check-out is at 12 PM and parking is only RM1 per entry!
GGuest UserI am very disappointed with the cleanliness standards during this stay.
When I lifted the bedsheet, I found many long hairs underneath, and it was obvious that the bed had not been cleaned properly before the sheets were changed. This seriously makes me question whether the bedsheets were actually replaced, or if the same sheets from the previous guest were reused.
Cleanliness and hygiene are the most basic expectations of a hotel, but this experience was truly unacceptable. I hope the housekeeping department will take this matter seriously, especially ensuring that the bed is thoroughly cleaned before putting on fresh bedsheets.
I hope the hotel improves its hygiene standards to prevent other guests from experiencing the same issue.
