Check in is allowed before 2pm The room assigned was clean & functional 2 big bottles of water provided is plus points. The pillow & duvet in the room is soft & comfortable The hotel located beside Esplanade mall is very convenient,easy to get to Watson's , zus coffee , milk tea and some cafe / restaurants . The swimming pool is nice , the kids love it The front desk is fast n efficient , answering my questions professionally . They provide good quality shampoo ,body foam & hand soap If the hotel can provide some extra TV channel & hair conditioning would be better Due to the hotel not having gym facilities , U can use gym facilities inside Esplanade mall but they only open at 10am , which is slightly upset for me cuz I don't have the chance to use it because of late opening time . Overall it was a good experience for my family at the KSL Esplanade Hotel

Traveling for work. The bedsheet and blanket makes me feel itchy. cockroach in the room. No toothbrush kit provided. The chair has a big white patch as if someone had a great time on it. Didn’t sleep well that night ruined my next work day with important meetings

Room can be a little bit smelly, smell like an old carpet. But the hotel provides unlimited free access to the waterpark during the stay but need to install their apps first. Front Desk service agents are not friendly. Limited breakfast options.

I stayed at this hotel for a business trip, and it was very convenient for getting around. The surrounding area was also great. Although I didn't get to visit the water park inside, it looked really nice. The breakfast was good too. Definitely worth considering!

Just a 10-minute drive from the airport, the surroundings are very spacious. A pleasant surprise was that I barely heard any airplane noise, so I got some good rest. The front desk staff was very friendly and wished me a Happy Chinese New Year. The breakfast wasn't super elaborate, but better than I expected, with bread, fried eggs, freshly ground coffee, fruit, and various Southeast Asian hot dishes. It's my top choice for a layover.

Stayed here for work purposes. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location is convenient with easy access to nearby facilities. Overall, a pleasant stay.

Check in facility was smooth, friendly front desk and manager helpful. we are family of 5 ( 2 rooms) and it was accomodating and great stay for 4 days 3 nights as my parents were staying nearby, and we are back to celebrate CNY. The beach pool maybe can have a bit improvement as its a bit dirty ( a bit dissapointment for my kids) but hotel rooms were very clean and daily cleaned up well. Kudos to the housekeeping team for keeping my housekey i realised i lost it after 3 days checking out and my parents went back to the lobby and got it back. Thankful to them. Its a great place to stay. rooms were quiet no odour and free mineral bottle water and coffee tea. clean towels, good bed.

Service is 5 star because under manage Hilton, service fast . But the mall already closed. Buy food walk far away. But if stay here like peacefull. Bed good , room spaceius and clean. Toilet water good. Everything good. Recomended .

The resort is located on a small mountain nearby sungai long. There are many facilities. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Nice views. There are water park, dino park, go-cart, safari escape, etc. You get 15% for entrance fees with stay in the resort. Infinite pool has superb view to dino park. There are restaurants i.e. thai, japanese, bali.... foods are nice but also pricy. I think many people grab.

The facilities are pretty good overall. It would be even better if there was a rug in the bathroom. Generally, the experience was great; it's a quiet environment, perfect for relaxation.
