Nice location, starts kind of in the middle of the trail along the Canyon. We went in one direction the day we arrived and the opposite the following morning. No pictures can describe the magnitude and depth of this area. What I didn’t see anyone mentioned and came as a surprise is that admission to the National Park is $35 per car for 1-7 days. Also that because of the elevation it’s quite chilly even though it’s sunny. The view is truly grand! The deli at the market offers variety of hot sandwiches, a cup of soup with a juicy chipotle chicken sandwich was a great way to finish the evening.

The hotel is very near the national park, just a 10 mins drive to the park entrance, which is very convenient for people who didn’t manage to get the lodging within the national park. Has food options such as McDonald’s and Wendy’s near the hotel.

Upgrade to a better room than the room I booked. All 9 rooms 18 people are satisfied. Clean room microwave and capsule coffee machine. Good soap and shampoo. Almost everything except toothpaste toothbrushes. Free coffee at the front desk is delicious, so everyone likes it. thankyou. we want visit again. See you later.

I booked to see the antelope canyon. This place has a microwave which will trigger the breaker box when you have TV or lights off. I called the front desk, the calls didn't even go through. I went and ask in person, they reset the box, and told me to call a specific number to reach front desk, which wasn't mentioned to me. A few minutes later the breaker box tripped again. Also if you have a floor above you, you will hear lot of noise from the room above you. Other than that I only stayed a night.

1. The hotel is very close to Bell Rock, 5 minutes drive. (The easiest to climb among the 4 energy points) If you are not a mountain climbing enthusiast and don't like mountain climbing, this is the best solution for a visit (the last few dozen meters are also difficult to climb, and mountain climbing shoes are a must. Don't go with Nike running shoes, the rock surface is covered with a layer of fine sand, slippery and dangerous) 2. The hotel does not provide sanitation services when you check in. On the contrary, I feel at ease. No one will come in for several consecutive days, and I am worried about the safety of my property. 3. The facilities are fully equipped, detergent, scouring pads, salt, pepper, and kitchen paper are all brand new and unopened, which makes people feel hygienic and safe to use. It is feasible to go to the supermarket to buy things and cook them yourself. Supermarket Safeway has the most complete. If you want to save money, go to the website to register as a member (a US phone number is required). When checking out, enter the member's mobile phone number and you can pay the member price. The price will be similar to the normal price in big cities, otherwise it will still be 1/4 more expensive than the price in ordinary cities 4. Can't ask for much in a remote valley. The hotel is at the main intersection and is easy to find. There are supermarkets and several restaurants nearby. The service was very average. When checking in at the front desk, a middle-aged man spoke like he was reciting standard lines and answered the guests' basic questions impatiently. Wi-Fi really doesn’t work. Recommend the restaurant at the Hampton Inn diagonally across the road. Although there is only a dusty path into Monument Valley, it is well worth it.

Each area is a two-story wooden house, and the car can be parked in front of the room. The check-in building is very large, with souvenir shops and various food shops. Overall, the accommodation feels good. It is only recommended that there should be obvious road signs on the driveway to each room area, otherwise it will be a bit challenging to find the room area when it is dark.

All that I was okay the shower was had a leak so the shower stayed wet whatever like some hot water too but you know most mostly important I was just a good stay

My husband and I had a great stay. Rooms are very clean. They check on you when you check in and get in your room to make sure you are satisfied with your room. The only down fall we didn't like is you have to pay for parking 😒. But other then that we had a great time anyways.

The house is old, the facilities are outdated, it's hard to see the waiter's smile, the so-called breakfast is a piece of bread and a half on a plate with scrambled eggs and fried potatoes, you can add more food, one serving costs 8 dollars, the most cost-effective hotel in the western United States ~

When checking in, we encountered something very speechless. When we were about to check in and open the door of the room we had arranged, we saw someone walk out of our room. We were really shocked. We went back to the front desk to report the situation. The front desk actually said that when we checked in, someone with a name very similar to ours took our hotel order without seeing it clearly and let others sign it. The key point is that this assistant manager’s name is Desiree!!! She also said very confidently that it was handled by her. She said that because the names were similar, there were many people who handled it and she didn’t check the names clearly. She apologized in a very high-sounding and perfunctory manner. This attitude, tone and expression can easily make people think of discrimination issues! Very upset! Afterwards, we complained to the hotel customer service phone and waited for the hotel to reply to the call later! What I want to say is that although this incident did not affect the use of our card, Desiree’s attitude made our experience of the hotel quite bad! !

The room was very nice had everything. With the exception of a top lock it was broken.they said they would send someone to fix it. I feel it should have been good to go when i walk in. We needed some ice they brought it right away. You can text them 24/7 they will always respond. Alicia and Jessica help out the most with check in and text me with all the info I needed. Also it was my birthday and the upgraded me for free.

It's also a small local shop under the name of a big-name hotel chain. The location is not bad. It's not far from several tourist attractions and trails, and dining is very convenient nearby. The room is not big. There is a terrace on the first floor, which is only half a square meter, connected to the outside and neighbors. It's not exclusively for Chinese as Ctrip boasted. I guess the Chinese make a lot of noise, so they only give rooms on the first floor. Several hotels booked through Ctrip were assigned to the first floor or to relatively poor rooms. I don't know if it's because Chinese have a bad reputation and are not liked. I hope Chinese people will behave according to local customs and behavioral norms when they go out.

The front desk was very friendly and considerate so that I don’t have to get out of the hotel to get my car details for registration in a freezing night when checking in. Coffee was provided in the room as well as at the lobby in the morning. Bed was comfortable, TV channels were ok. Bath towel a bit worn out but that is fine for me. Basic amenities in the room which is fine as well for one night stay. I like the location that I could get a quick bite easily and just off the freeway. About an hour drive from Grand Canyon after the sunset which was not too far. I enjoyed the night there. :)

Others said that you must come and sleep here, so I believed it. The view from the hotel upstairs is very beautiful... I mean very beautiful. But the room is not good. When you open the window, you only see the parking lot. I recommend going up to see the view, go eat, and then go sleep outside. 15,000 ++ per night. The view and the condition of the room are not worth the price.

Breakfast is good comfy beds . Quiet in the rooms slept good all night. Toilet kept clogging but over all was good for the money I spent

Very clean! Service was great! Only bad thing right now is breakfast is in a bag and it’s more like a snack.

I loved staying here because the rooms have balconies, So I'm to drink a glass of wine and watch the sunset. Also is very quiet I enjoy staying here

I was greeted by the nicest receptionist, I told her that trip.com was no help on switching my room from a double bed to a king cause that wasn’t even supposed to be , she never hesitated she just did it .. The walk from the hotel to mill ave for dinner an drinks was 7 min , so nice . At night to go on roof with the pool an view omg gorgeous... very clean an very nice ... will stay again an will recommend to others ..

Hotel location is very good, but the facilities are old, the sound is not good, the toilet space is small, and the water pipes and other rooms are connected. The temperature of the water and hot water will change next door. It is too difficult to take a bath. However, considering the lower price, the price is still ok.

Desk staff seemed a bit rude when checking in. Other than that the room was great, comfortable bed, very clean as well.

Absolutely not what we were expecting for a Hilton. Rooms werent cleaned properly, used water bottles found in the fridge and behind the foot stool. Razor sharp bow n arrow top found in the closet and the Thermostat was faulty and kept saying low batteries even when brand new batteries were put in TWICE. The main door didnt even close and the maintenance team had to come take the door off and replace it. Lauren was amazing at helping us during our entire trip.
