I had an absolutely amazing stay! Everything from the hospitality to the cleanliness and ambiance exceeded my expectations. The staff was incredibly warm and attentive, making us feel right at home. What truly made the experience unforgettable was the thoughtful complimentary arrangement they made for a birthday celebration. From the beautiful decorations to the surprise cake, every detail was taken care of with such care and effort. It added such a personal and memorable touch to our trip. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a perfect getaway with exceptional service and thoughtful gestures. Would definitely love to come back again!

Breakfast is average. The room is small and cannot accommodate an extra bed. Suitable for taking children. There are two large shoppingmalls next to the hotel, where you can go shopping and have a Chinese restaurant. There is a parking lot. That is to say, good 19, why is it still a small room. Both suitcases can't fit.

We stayed at the Taj Mahal Palace for 5 days and 4 nights as a couple, and our experience was truly unforgettable. We were thrilled to receive a complimentary upgrade from the Tower to the Palace wing, which made our stay even more special. The welcoming ceremony set a beautiful tone, and the complimentary drinks and chocolates sent to our room were a thoughtful touch—especially the hot chocolate, which was honestly the best we’ve ever tasted. The breakfast buffet had a good spread, and everything we tried was delicious. The à la carte portions were perfect as well. A special mention to Kiran, our waiter, who was incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was always spotless thanks to Sachin, our housekeeper. His attention to detail truly impressed us—flower-petal art on the floor, towels neatly placed under our shoes, and beautifully arranged toiletries. These thoughtful touches made us feel genuinely cared for. We also want to highlight Sapna from the front desk, who went above and beyond to arrange breakfast to be sent to our room on our last day since we had an early morning flight. Her efficiency and kindness made our departure smooth and stress-free. K. Singh, the bell boy, was always welcoming with a pleasant smile and ensured we felt comfortable each time we entered or left the hotel. The gym was well-equipped and enjoyable to use, rounding off a perfect stay. Overall, our time at the Taj Mahal Palace was exceptional from start to finish. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment and will definitely return soon.

Overall are good except when I and my friends enter room when check in. I have 4.rooms & all room facing room not completely clean. 1. Stain on bed sheet. 2. Stain on pillow. Call to HK to change & please make sure a small thing may effect customer trust. Thank you...Room 371 (23-25 Nov. 2025)

Fast check in and check out, polite personnel; large and clean room; very good breakfast. There is only one negative comment - every evening at app. 21.00 some electric engine started switching on and off every 20-25 seconds and at least until midnight, somewhere in the hotel close to my room. This noise did not allow me to sleep normally. After first night I applied to reception staff and they said if the noise repeats next evening, they will change my room. The next evening at 19.00 they called me and I told that there is no noise and everything is fine. Unfortunately, this noise started again at around 21.00, but at that time I was already in a bed, and did not have any wish to change the room.

Overall, it's decent. It's not exactly luxurious, but considering the price, it's reasonable. The food isn't very diverse, but the food served is clean and appears to be of good quality. Everything else is reasonable, but the pool view rooms seem a bit pricey. Still, it's much better than the city view.

We had the most amazing 2 days at Taj Lands End. We had previously been in Bandra for 12 days and our return flight got postponed due to Typhoon Ragaga. By this time we were over the noise and chaos of Bandra and needed a peaceful luxury retreat to decompress and recharge. We had amazing massages, food, service at Taj. The hotel was first rate and the staff amazing. We will be back.

Very nice staff and services, the chef helped us when my daughter was not well and prepared some bland food specially. Thanks to them. Also Mr Babar at the reception was very helpful in getting the room amenities

Clean and nice hotel near Aurangabad airport. But the stars of this hotel are the staffs in the restaurant. Their service and friendliness just make our days. Thanks to Shiklong,Rahul,Rameshwar,Imnasua and Digambar. Keep up your good service

Regenta The Place at Sindhubhavan Road truly lives up to Regenta’s high standards. The ambiance perfectly reflects the Regenta vibe, paired with amazing food. I thoroughly enjoyed their pure-veg menu — highly recommended! We feel truly fortunate and grateful to have earned the trust of the Regenta owners as their interior designers.
