"May 2025 Hello, I’ve just got back from holiday and wanted to share my feedback from our stay. My brother and I stayed 3 nights and I paid for my friend for one night. I also stayed 3 nights and hardly got any sleep during my stay….yes some noise from the Train Station, but mostly from the Discotheque and the bar in the hotel and people slamming doors at 2 :00 a.m. The safe wasn’t working, and I had black mold in the shower. Also I was told parking was included….it wasn’t. This was not the usual quality I’ve experienced in the past… I’m not sure what your policy is but I feel I should get a refund for my stay. They wrote back saying there was nothing to be done despite the fact I used the self check desk ( a joke) to report the problems…."

"The room and particularly the bathroom were SO HOT as there is no Room air cooling and without the use of the small fan I requested from Reception we would have struggled to sleep, get dressed! The room was lovely, the bathroom and storage great it was simply the excessive heat that spoiled it PLUS on the morning of Day 2 (we stayed 3 nights) they forgot to clean our room and worse NO clean towels - so we had to shower and use the dirty ones to have left on the floor. Then unfortunately Breakfast ends at 9.30am weekdays but no one informed us when checking in so on day 3 when we came at 10am we had to beg for some yogurt and juice which eventually we got. "

"I traveled solo for 2 days for a business trip. I had a 4th room floor, with no A/C, incredibly hot, impossible to cool down at night. The hotel is attached to the station and, if you don’t wake up every 5 minutes for a train passing by, one of the dozens of drunk people LIVING in front of the hotel will. Screams all night, every night. Last, but not least, I asked three times, in three different calls, to have another pillow. I gave up after the third request. 188chf for two nights breakfast (really poor) included. Never again."
