It’s centrally located, just a short walk from the village center, ski lifts, and hiking trails. If you’re coming by public transport, it’s easily accessible via bus from Frutigen train station. Rooms – 9/10 The rooms are modern, stylish, and incredibly comfortable, featuring minimalist alpine decor with warm wooden accents. Most rooms have floor-to-ceiling windows or balconies, giving you incredible views of the mountains. The beds are plush and cozy, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The bathrooms are spacious, well-designed, and stocked with high-end toiletries. Service – 9/10 The staff is friendly, professional, and accommodating, always willing to help with recommendations for skiing, hiking, or dining. Whether it’s arranging ski passes or giving tips on the best trails, they go the extra mile to make your stay special. Dining – 8.5/10 Breakfast – A delicious and fresh buffet featuring Swiss cheeses, cold cuts, eggs, fresh bread, and organic products. The quality is excellent, and the mountain views from the dining area make it even better. Restaurant – The on-site restaurant, Nova, serves modern Swiss cuisine with a gourmet touch. The food is high quality, though prices are on the higher side. Bar – A cozy and stylish place to enjoy a cocktail by the fireplace after a day on the slopes. Spa & Wellness – 10/10 The highlight of The Cambrian is its world-famous outdoor infinity pool, overlooking the Swiss Alps. It’s a dream to soak in the warm water while taking in the breathtaking views. Outdoor infinity pool – The ultimate relaxation spot, open year-round. Indoor pool, sauna, steam bath, and relaxation area – A perfect way to unwind after skiing or hiking. Massage & treatments – Available for those looking for extra pampering."

"We have stayed at the Bellevue Parkhotel & Spa ＞25 times and are fascinated regardless if it is for a full week or just the weekend. There is always something new to discover: a new hiking path or a biking tour, a new delicious dish added to the Menu, a new cocktail to try at the elegant Bar (particularly attractive in Winter when the real fire is warming your heart & soil), a new cheese to try at the famous Cheese Degustation Friday evenings, new cake to indulge on during the 15:30-17:00 Cakes & Tea time, a new treatment offered at the Spa, etc. It is a wonderful place to relax, recharge the batteries and reconnect with Nature and with oneself. Magical."

"The hotel's location is excellent, and the room facilities are good. However, The hotel has an unusual self-check-in system! I booked my room directly through their official website, yet there was no mention of this process. I struggled to find a way to enter the hotel and ended up spending over an hour trying to get in. The worst part was the housekeeping staff. A cleaning lady rudely knocked on our door and insisted that we leave even before the check-out time. This was completely unacceptable. As a tourism professional, I believe that hospitality should come first—before implementing modern systems, make sure to show a warm and welcoming face!"

"Breakfast consisted of poor quality products; single portion in plastic, limited selection and not renewed. Spacious and clean room despite outdated equipment and broken blinds. The bedding was okay, but worn. The staff was pleasant."

"The Steinmattli is very well situated for access to the slopes of Adelboden. There is a short walk, slightly uphill, of about 100m to the gondola which takes you down to the village and links with the gondola up to the ski area. My room was large, with a patio, had a bath (always great when skiing!) and plenty of storage. The meals are good, with great selection at breakfast, and 4 courses at dinner with 3 options of main course. The boot room has enough seating for a good number of people to put on boots at the same time - this is not the same everywhere! The staff are friendly, speak good English and are helpful in the event of any need or crisis. The spa area is very good, though no swimming pool, and a small irritation is that you have to pay CHF 10 per day that you use the spa. Overall, a very good stay in Adelboden."
