"Arrived on Sunday with no luggage after the airport chaos! The reception staff where outstanding from start to finish, supportive and offered to charge our phones as well as pointing us in the right direction for clothes etc. Food was lovely, great selection and fresh. I could not find a fault here and will be returning."

📍 4 avenue des Alizés, Le Golf International du Cap d Agde, 34300 LE CAP D, Agde

"Nice hotel in Cap d’Agde very well located and with a great team. Hotel with limited nbr of rooms that will make your experience unique. The proximity of the golf course and the beaches is great. Rooms are modern and well equipped. Good breakfast is served but 22€ per person is a bit high or should be included in the room price"

Hotel Grand Cap Rooftop Pool
8.4 (49 reviews)

Hotel Grand Cap Rooftop Pool ★★

📍 5 Rue de la Citrine, Agde

"2* hotel, nice room, very clean. The little extra is the swimming pool on the 3rd floor terrace, very good for cooling off after a long drive in the heat. The breakfast buffet is excellent value for money. The weak point is the noise made on the stairs. It is reflected in the room, fortunately most people prefer the elevator. The welcome is also very friendly."

"A lovely four night stay, friendly and helpful staff who couldn’t do enough to ensure you had a good stay. Very clean and nice rooms, lovely area around the heated pool, two minute walk from the beach and fifteen minute walk to the harbour. We ate in the hotel restaurant one evening, fabulous food, presentation and quality- although a little expensive."

Sowell Family Cap D’Agde ★★
"The food is not very elaborated, but for few days, it's OK. All inclusive is very appreciated mainly with the warm and drinks. Personal ae very friendly, at bar and cleaning service, very appreciated. 20 minutes walk to the port, shops, restaurants, 10 minutes to the beach (where dogs are not accepted). The buildings from the Family part could really use a good refresh to bring them up to modern standard. Miss sofa + loungers to relax in our own home. Dogs are accepted on leads inside the Sowell resort."

Palmyra Golf Hotel & Spa ★★★★
"We stayed here as a base for visiting different parts of the area and could not of been happier. Lovely, spacious exceptionally clean room with views over the pool and golf club. The breakfast was very good with a large selection of fresh fruit, pastries and eggs. Lastly the staff, Benoit on reception, was brilliant. Great guy who did everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Secondly, Kieron (my spelling could be wrong) the king of breakfast, a very cool guy from Mauritius who was a real gent, nothing was too much trouble. Overall a really lovely stay, don’t hesitate to book here, it’s a delight to visit."

Capao Beach Hôtel ★★★★
"I stumbled across this hotel when I was looking for a place to stay next to Marseillan where my son was taking yachting lessons with his school. I wasn’t expecting such a great service in France, as sometimes even at very fancy hotels here you don’t get it. However, pleasantly surprised by everything at this hotel: cleanliness, politeness of staff, location next yo the beach, even if we didn’t use it, the sea being cold in June. The breakfast had a great choice, we ate more than should have every time. Think of travelling around to Sète, Narbonne and Montpellier, as Cap d’Agde is a pure beach destination."

Hotel Alhambra ★★
"A perfectly located hotel in a quiet area with large balconies overlooking the harbor. The rooms, while slightly dated in decor, are comfortable. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Although we were disappointed by the lack of electrical outlets (only one for the entire room) and would have preferred a shower gel dispenser instead of the small bars of soap, which are definitely outdated, this hotel is very good for a two-star. It wouldn't take much for it to be upgraded to a higher category."

Hôtel la Grande Conque ★★★★
"Great hotel with fabulous position close to beach and less busy area than the main port area. Spectacular view from sea view rooms. Shame no bar but wine available to buy and enjoy the sunsets! Staff were delightful! Friendly, capable, genuine and pretty much faultless! Secure car parking on site a plus too."
