"Had the most amazing time here again good could do with a better variety for kids but otherwise all good and could do with more from the animation team and entertainment. Onto the pool well the kids have had a great time the pool is always clean and a great place to sit and enjoy the sun the lifeguard assim has been fantastic with our children never takes his eyes of them plays with them and makes there holiday incredible thank you assim for doing such a great job as a lifeguard the onsite shop is great Ali the shop owner is always friendly and offers such a huge amount for the public"

"The hotel has both positives and negatives. One of the biggest issues was communication from the staff. They rarely tell you anything on their own — you have to ask about everything. For example, nobody informed us about the Wi-Fi password. It was placed in a small compartment on the side of reception, which is easy to miss if no one points it out. The main meals were quite tasty and generally enjoyable. However, the snacks between meals were a huge disappointment. Dry biscuits and sandwiches left in the fridge are really not what you expect from an all-inclusive hotel. It would have been much better if they at least served the pizza that is available during every main meal. The bartenders and the animation team were excellent. They were friendly, hardworking and really tried their best to make up for many of the hotel’s shortcomings. The rooms are below average standard. There were several maintenance issues — something leaking here, a shower door not closing properly there. On the positive side, the rooms were reasonably clean. The sea is beautiful and definitely one of the highlights, although there are quite a lot of stones, so water shoes are useful. You can buy them in the hotel shop. As someone who usually spends holidays in Turkey, I have to say the standard here is much lower than even an average Turkish hotel."
