"A total disappoint with this hotel. Despite reading the reviews and the rating, it was totally the opposite of what I encountered. Firstly, the upon checkin the staff was so unsure of the procedures and took copies of our passports without even providing any explanation on the reason for that as the we know that the informations in the passports are confidential. Upon clarifying, the staff mentioned it’s for record purpose and kept asking for OIC when i tried explaining that the passport has everything. Next, she mentioned that breakfast is not included in my booking and I will need to pay for it, though my booking did mentioned that breakfast was included upon booking and she insisted that the hotel does not come with breakfast for all stay until I had to open the booking to show her. She had to get another staff to verify before confirming, which totally made my whole check in process and very bad experience. The second disappoint come in after checking in into the room. Totally old, unkempt looking, dusty and dirty floors and toilet was full of moulds and filthy looking. The towels were dirty. The making of the room was late. The small of the hotel was bad. The bed had bed bugs that ended up my child had several bites. The breakfast was limited and no top done. The food was not that great. The transport service to the shiridi temple was also not within stipulated time, they mentioned to wait for 10mins but it would be like 20 mins and if there is many ppl we will need to wait for the next car which then takes double the waiting time. Overall my experience with this hotel was a total disaster. The rating and reviews given for this hotel was totally unjustifiable. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. My family has traveled to shiridi many a times and the hotels that are within shiridi temple areas are much better based on their reviews."

"Enrise Sayaji is a decent functional hotel to stay in. The property is well located in the business district of Ahmednagar. The room was comfortable but could use some mending. The upholstery of the lone chair was slightly but visibly torn. Decorative mirror needed polishing or replacing. There was no place to keep the bag, and it had to be hauled on the bed for taking out and putting things there. The food of very good and staff members-in dining room, at the reception and among housekeeping- were polite, courteous and very helpful."

"The restaurant staff is very rude especially the manager and the chef. The hotel managers are also useless and they don't listen to you when u give a feedback and take action against them. Been visiting since yrs and suddenly they tell me the quantity is the same, however post covid they charge more and quantity had become very less. The restaurant falls under Sandeep group, however Sandeep dhaba on the highway is the best when it comes to service and food quantity and quality. Extremely disgusted with the service and the staff. Full restaurant was empty and it took over half an hr fr my food, that too full of oil, despite telling them not yo mk it oily. And post that looking at the food when you question them, they back answer and treat u like shabbily !!!! Never going to step foot again ever. Third class service and cheat customers. "

"The location of raj palace, tilak road, ahilya nagar is in the city and just outside the crowded location. The ambulance is good. The staff is extremely courteous - right from the reception to the watchman. The food at every meal was well suggested and served in the most pleasing manner. The chef believes in the statement "we eat with our eyes first" the kitchen catered to our specific needs of non spicy food. The rooms are spacious and clean. The entire experience was lovely and would definitely recommend raj palace to any visitor/friends travel-ling to ahilyanagar."

Rooms are comfortable and well furnished but it is advisable not to take the back facing rooms because the window panes are frosted and if you open the window, you are looking into the houses of the building which is right next door. It is a very boxed-in feeling. Food is very good and their breakfast spread is very substantial. The staff is very cordial and helpful. On the whole, a recommended property."

The views are magnificent, the roads that lead to the place are worth romanticizing. ❤️ Pros : Location Food Views Rooms - Clean and tidy Very good helpful staff and humble. Service. Although for water you got to go get it yourself which is fine. Overall a very good experience. I actually wanted to extend the stay but then your team there said all the rooms are booked. "The location of the hotel is good. Room allotted to me had a leaking toilet which after bringing to their notice was not rectified. Had to get the room changed. The tariff is also not worth the stay. The pillows are stained and housekeeping staff are not professional enough to handle the facility. Cleanliness is very good and food is excellent ( mutton in black masala is excellent). The management team needs to be trained better to handle guests and they lack professionalism. There are better options available in the vicinity for the price they demand. Rooms are not that spacious. They have a tea-coffee machine of hot water in the room..."
